Hi, We moved into our condo about a year ago and our neighbour has always had these Feng Shui items at their front door. They have lived in their unit for over a decade. I've not thought much about the placements but visitors keep pointing them out and our relationship with the neighbor has just been cordial that I cannot help feeling bothered by them now. Our front door and our back door are actually both directly facing our neighbours front and back doors respectively. They use their back door most the time while we have ours permanently closed. They rarely use their front doors but have placed: 1) a regular large (bigger than A4 …

Dear Master, I know this is quite old post and I'm not sure if it's still valid. But I'll just try my luck posting a quick question here. i've recently bought a bokken (japanese practising samurai sword made of hard plastic), which I'm keen to learn sword technique martial art. Does this consider bladed weapon as the edges are blunt except for the tip which a bit sharp. If so, what are the precautions to take note or fengshui figure to place in my room if I'm keeping it in my wooden wardrobe/ drawer ? regards, Chris.

My husband and I are interested in giving our front porch a much needed makeover. I have been interested in Feng Shui for a very long time and I definitely want to do this right. We removed the bush this afternoon and would really like some advice before moving forward. Our front door faces northeast (34 degrees). I am thinking of painting the front door orange and adding some type of water wall and possibly a pergola. I would greatly appreciate any direction provided. Thanks!

Dear Master Cecil, I recently bought a flat at Cavenagh Gardens, 73 Cavenagh Road. Do you have a view on the general fung shui of this development? Does it matter that it is very old (built in 1975)? Does it have any potential negative impact since it's adjacent to The Istana? Thanks for your kind advice. Best, Young Jedi

I am living in a south facing house. The house has two doors, the main door facing south and another door from the car park which is south-west. Just below the car park is the drainage which I feel is not auspicious. We have been having water related issues ver y frequently either leaks, water tank damages, pressure valve issues, drainage clogging etc. Also job wise not seeing growth, but having so much pressure too. I bought two fengshui mirrors through one of a friend's colleague who bought from China. Please advise where should I place these mirrors. I was thinking to keep one mirror inside the house after we enter from the car garage that has a drainage below and insi…

Hello master, I'm from Eastern Europe, I am a feng shui enthusiast and amateur and I have studied the art of feng shui for 8-9 years now. I came to understand a lot of things about feng shui, but not all of them, and I can't say that I know everything regarded to it and still trying to understand some aspects, that's why I wanted to ask for help from someone that knows this better, and verify if what I am doing is correct. I’m practicing feng shui only for my family. I don’t do it and don’t talk about it with other people, because our culture is based on christianity and some look at feng shui with doubt, fear or skepticism. I was ra…

Hi there, I received from my mother a pakua mirror that she received from a friend of hers. I don't know the exact source of the mirror and it might be already used. I think I received it last year or maybe 2 years ago, can't remember exactly. The pakua mirror is for the exterior of the home and I never used it. I just wrapped it in paper and placed it in a cabinet and that's where it's been all this time. Now I want to dispose of it, because I'm not sure of its origin and don't want bad luck. What is the best way of disposing it? After disposal, should I do anything else inside the home? We are…

Hi Master, I would like to seek your advise in the placement for the altar at my new home. The place that I have in mind is right beside the main door however as I was researching the altar placement online I came to understand from a few online articles and web postings that it may not be a good idea. I am envisioning a large altar right beside the door that will be custom made and according to the yin and yang calculations for both the main altar and the di tzhu kong altar below. Is it really a bad Idea to have the altar beside the main door? Look forward to your advice and thank you master. David King

Hi, I have a sedimental souvenir I bought from Paris. It is a miniature Eiffle Tower replica made of metal. While it is not super pointy at the top, I am wondering if it is a bad Feng Shui object or it has to be placed at a particular place since it is metal. I've seen similar replicas placed in a French Vietnamese sandwich shop and they are doing extremely well. Hard to believe it is bad. Anyway, my apartment is a rectangular shape with living room on the left upon entering, then open kitchen in the middle and then 2 bedrooms on the right. Should I stove it away in a box or any suggestion where to place this? Also, not doing quite well with job hunting. What's one small …

Dear Sir I would like to know how is the Fengshui for Blk672 Klang Lane the entire estate. This is a very central location and the blocks are less than 20 years old. However, the prices of the flats here are very low even BTO flats are more expensive? Is there a reason for this? Fengshui? Or simply it is in Little India? For your kind advice pls.

Hi Master, I'm a Kua 5 female and a breadwinner in my home. Attached is the intended furniture placement for my new place. I have been reading the general dos and don't for fengshui and I have a few concerns which I will like to seek your advice. If I stand at my main door and take the compass reading, the door is facing north. However, my valuation report actually shows the living room is facing north east. What should be the right way of looking at the direction? Main door or center of the living room? Due to the squarish layout, I have no place to put my dining table. The current layout is blocking the pathway between bedrooms …
