Dear Cynthia, You can actually use the free tools located at www.geomancy-online.com. Since u mentioned that the house is directly at South or (I assume is 180 degrees) you can generate the Free Finding a Good House Report which can help you check whether it is a good direction or not. (Note: Only the paid report has analysis for all 24 directions) Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Master Cecil: I thank you a lot for your answer.Last year I placed a six hollow rod windchime hanging outside my bedroom.I also have a metallic clock in my bedroom as you suggested in a previous post, I also have six chinese coins attached to a red paper as a photo shows in the resource area and two chinese flutes on the wall with red cord( "to lift up" a slanting ceiling).Could this be inconvinient?.The bedroom is painted in a greenish tone.Shall I replace the wind chimes or shall I clean them with salt? Thanks a lot for your kind answer Carlos Miranda H. Santiago de Chile, Chile

Further to what I mentioned earlier, this is the rationale for the reason for placing e.g. two plants on each side of the main entrance as an alternative:- You can also use the SEARCH feature in this forum and simply type in " triangle effect " to list out past forum messages on it. --- Past Reply --- Topic: What is the `Triangle Effect'? Please note that the 10 Yearly Luck Pillars shows on average each 10 yearly luck of a person. It is based on an OVERALL AVERAGE luck for that 10 years. In any ba zi report, it will have the Yearly and even 6th monthly luck. For example even in any 10 year period; there are always "ups and downs" even for any year and even every 6 months.

Dear Chris, The stars are identified by the use of Flying Star theory. Based on the formula and calculation, a base star, the mountain & water star will be worked out. Thus, the main door direction is needed. Once the details are worked out, the analysis for each sector can than be deduced. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Andrew, Andrew Leon wrote: I knew that in 1992 a fire destroyed the 4 buildings where my apartment is located that are attached to each other, leaving only the exterior walls standing, and the apartments were completely rebuilt. Based on this information, your building even though it was built in 1971 is rebuilt in 1992. Which means that the buildingwas confirmed to be converted to period 7 (1984-2003). Dear Kewpie, 1. It is very difficult to comment on the `generic' term, a townhouse. This is because, it also depends on the location it is sited, the plot of land holding the row of houses. The elevation, the front, the back areas in relation to Shapes and Form. 2. Personally, I have also purchased a townhouse unit, two years back and now it is nearly ready for occupation. What I did, to take advanage is, to looking at the Flying Star, using the Good House program which Robert specifically developed, mainly for our own use, to locate the best house amongst one of the town house. 3. We had an advantage because speed was essential in such a situation. We used our program t…

Common sense (Cs) 1. The concept of "Common sense" takes precedence over Feng Shui in various aspects. For instance, the visibility factor plays a crucial role. Leaving the toilet door open may not be considered appropriate as it can be unpleasant to see inside a toilet or toilet bowl. However, some individuals, particularly young boys and men, may not mind it. The scenario changes if an attractive girl is using the toilet with the door slightly ajar. Common sense & more Cs 2. Another common-sense consideration is the direction in which the toilet door opens. It is recommended for the door to open inwards, while sliding or folding doors are …

Dear Charlles, Frankly, auspicious date services aren't a free service that we provide. Itit s avalue added services we provide for our fullfeng shui audit services or a paid services on its own. However, it seems that there are many users who keep posting such questions in our advise forum where we cannot reply simply because in order to check dates many additional information is required. Anyway, for the benefit of all users, I have specially created a 30-days Auspicious Date Analysis report users to check out themselves:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/reports/free-report/freerpt-dateboth.htm The only limitation is that is that it allows users to analyse only 30 days…

Dear Elena, 1. Since Period 8 is "reign" by earth element, most likely the article, applys the Five elements concept to relate seasons (months/dates) to the element for the year. 2. Reference: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/theories/fs-5element.htm 3. Under the above link, please see the destructive cycle: where 4. Earth is exhausted by water 5. The article applies the idea that the water element is not favourable to Earth element e.g. Earth Period since under the destructive cycle, earth is exhausted by water. Thus, it would be inauspicious. 6. If we follow the same guideline, in the same token, the article should article perhaps indicate that wood months may not…

Dear Vivi, 1. My earlier comments are very general. 2. In my opinion, the statement has to do more with my personal preference. 3. Actually, black represents the water element. (Water element is either blue, black or grey). 4. In general, since water element does not increase or aid bad earth sickness elements. As compared to yellow or fire element. Especially yellow / beige. Particularly for houses under Period 7. And bedrooms are especially in the EAST. And in some layouts, South is equally inauspicious. 5. In my entire life, I have never used black pillows, therefore, have not considered using it in the future. Personally, I do not mind driving a black car, but, not us…

Dear Jen, If you have a sketch, please upload to this forum so that I can guide u on how to determine the centrepoint. Usualy the garage should not be taken into consideration. But I can understand that it may be quite difficult for you to `cut-it' off. Do draw a sketch. Dear Anon, Every home (landed property) and apartments (condos / apartment / flat) have their distinctive Feng Shui. So in terms of Feng Shui for a condo: The Centris; if we consider an individual unit vs other units, then there are always some units that may have superior Feng Shui vs other units. Thus, a recent post asking how is the Raintree condo, again, usually in each plot of land there are invariably good or not so favourable units. As mentioned previously, all homes may or may not be affected by the "hot" afternoon sun; Your question relates more to the "marketability" and whether your unit can become an asset or end up as a loss. Thus in terms of good m…

Dear Gerry, Thank you for raising a pertinent question, particularly for new users in this forum. 1. It is traditionally beneficial to comprehend why the Chinese utilize the compass with TOP representing the South and BOTTOM representing the North. 2. Upon closer examination, it is evident that China is situated in the Northern Hemisphere, where the majority of mountain ranges are located in the North. 3. For those who have visited Beijing, the capital of China, it is common to observe that many houses have their windows and main doors oriented towards the South. Furthermore, the absence of windows on the North side is attributed to the dusty storms of…
