Dear Lionel, I have to delete your message containing the two graphics. This is because, you did not add Source and Credit to the attached copyright images belonging to streetdirectory.com Or another test is that does the buidling block your e.g. entire view or over-cast such that it blocks the wind-flow to your home. If any of these affect the proposed home, than it has a strong bearing on the home. Otherwise, they are considered too far away.

Dear LeAnne, I searched this forum and came up with a previous article, I wrote on stone lions. (Often, if the fu dogs are suppose to resemble the lions, then, the items held under their paws should be similar.) If you want to view some of the .gif files mentioned below, please go the the conference below and search for the subject (below). Warmest Regards, Cecil Posted in: Info :: Feng Shui Tips & Guidelines on Thursday, April 18, 2002 09:41 AM Subject: How to properly place a pair of Chinese Stone Lions We have seen many pictures of buildings with the Lion figurines. In many of the ancient Chinese buildings, one hardly notice that:- 1. The Male Lion 1.1 This Lion s…

Dear Josephine, Yes, usually, it is best to check for `leaks' in the house, first. It would be nice if we can enhance but often, we forget that we must first fix-the-leaks. From a Shapes and Forms point, there are several leaks in your home. (Frankly, I have not used other tools, it it involves more anlysis - due to a busy schedule). But from a Shapes and Forms and forms view, there are several leaks:- 1. Narrow hallway, which is on one side of the house. 2. Markings A to B:- The back patio sliding door. The path of qi from A to B is a direct path. And not auspicious. (Especially if the door is opened). In addition, because of this long corridor, there is supressed Qi. An…

Hi Ms. Lee, Thank you very much for your reply. What you have written seems to impact my luck in my work and health directly. I became hypothyroid after moving in my home just over a year ago. Your reply mentioned that Qi is compressed near the center of the house (X marking) and that I have direct paths of Qi (markings AB and EF). How can I improve the flow in these areas and uncompress the Qi near the center of the house? That is my main concern. Thank you for your reply. It has made me aware that the opening of my home is not taken cared of correctly and that luck that wants to come in is shut by the wall facing the door or goes out by its direct path to the garage or…

Dear Kelly, Yes, although it would be better to look at pictures, from your description, your house looks or rather sounds Ok to me. For off-site audit, I personally handle the all off-site audits. In many of the off-site audits, many of our clients either fax us and/or if they need urgent responses can use reliable courier services such as FedEX and DHL. So far, many of our US clients use FedEX - which has benn proven to be very good. Or if one is not in a hurry sent the information thru snail mail i.e. postal service. Which has a turnaround time of just one or two working days. Alternatively, scanned images or scan layout are equally acceptable. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, Please see below:- In your case, actually, there is no harm to try and work on both Period6 and Period 7 Flying star Feng Shui. Since you have stayed in your home for quite sometime, you can take the opportunity to see which chart (P7 or P6) that is a better match to your home. The above method of doing two charts is in my opinion, a practical and sound practise amongst good Feng Shui practitioners and equally applies to everyone keen to understand their home birth chart. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Edwin, edwin tay wrote: I read with interest when you mentioned traditional Feng Shui and the Black Hat Sect. Can you tell us what's the difference between them. Basically, Traditional Feng Shui practise feng shui through the use of many concepts such as Shapes and Form, Compass Schools (Eight House/Flying Star), Ba Zi, I-Ching etc. They make use many of these tools which helps to personalise a person to the home. Black Hat Sect practise using static templates (ie South-West is Romance corner for example), so every's Romance activation sector is South-West. Also, a lot of such Black Hat Sect commonly tries to factoring selling products which claims to be able to c…

Dear Steven, For a clear glass or see thru glass, such as those in modern shopping units, can be threatened by a `poison' arrow from a distance. Frosted glass or opaque film, would do the `trick'. Here, if one cannot see, it no longer becomes a threat is `half-true' i.e. half-solved. The treat has still to be neutralised outside the building to take effect. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hello Feng Shui masters, I'm looking at purchasing a property and while the apartment itself is not trapezoidal shaped, the detached garage (on the basement level) has a storage cage which is very obviously an irregular shape. Is this considered trapezoidal shaped land (since I will own the storage cage)? Kind regards and many thanks.

I am looking at a period 7 house that faces NW. I understand the 8 wealth star is trapped. Is there a cure? There is a large sky light in entry way as one walks in the front door. Does this effect the period of the house at all? If it is a period 8 house than that changes the luck, right? Thank you, Amy Belisle When truth and desire meet, dreams are born.

Hi gerret, What cecil wrote in the previous post is true. Here is my point of view. The below is apply to hotel rooms. 1) Avoid choosing room that is at the end of the hallway. 2) Avoid windows which is shaded by trees. This may cause the room to be too YIN. My personal opinion. Steven

Dear Anon, 1. Based on 965, where 9 represents fire, six metal element and 5 (bad Yellow five or earth), the 9 with 5 is not ideal as fire (9) enhances earth (5). 2. A 6 (metal) may not be enough in such a situation. 3. Many FS practitioners, consider a computer as belonging to the fire element. Therefore, if you can, try to add more `metal' e.g. 6 coins to further destroy the two combinations of fire-earth. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Could not find any discussion on traveling in different directions and how that effects us. Specifically traveling to country or a city which is in direction of ones death direction. Generally, most people do use this travelling information in this way. I mean to get from one place to another by car or plan, there can only be a certain direction you can travel. So if you follow it strictly like South is Death, that means you completely avoid South. But what if South is the only way to get to your destination? So this is not practical and that is why you do not see anyone following this strictly by the book. Furthermore, for the Eight House di…

Dear Tri Nguyen, I wrote this reply recently and I hope you find it useful:- I mentioned earlier in some of the replies in the forum that it is common practise of Hong Kong Feng Shui Masters/pactioners to use fish tank as Feng Shui `cures'. What I mean is that between the two : fountains / waterfall, which is considered to bring beneficial ch'i to a home. Placed either outside the compound outside the front of the house or in the living room. Fish tank as a cure. For example if a lone lamp post can be seen from the living room entrance, a Feng Shui practioner would then suggest that a fish tank be placed `overlooking' the lamp post. Notice that the lone lamp post being th…

Dear Jody, I feel that currently, because of the small size of the tree, it will not pose too much of a `threat' to the house. At this stage of growth (of the tree), you may seriously want to consider, replanting it away from your main entrance area as it will one day bound to grow bigger. Although it is not a `threat' today, but it will be one day. When it grows taller, and if you do not decide to re-plant it, then I suggest, you may have to consider a `cure'. For example, placing a semi-circular carpet at the main entrance door area radiating outwards. Warmest Regards, Cecil -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppres…
