Hi Master Cecil, Happy New Year! Can you advise the approach one should take when the life kua favorable directions conflicts with the house kua? For example, bedroom in the east for a person with West Group Life Kua is unfavorable according to 8 mansions but because the house is facing N2, the house kua shows that east is suitable for bedroom (sheng qi). But the flying stars for Period 8 in a N2 facing house has 5 & 2 in the east, which are bad numbers for health. Also does it make a difference on the orientation of the headboard of the bed? The head is facing east and feet are facing west, or vice versa? Thank you for your advice!

Tai Sui or the term suggests: Grand Duke of JUPITER, is asociated with the planet Jupiter. Planet Jupiter being the largest planet in our galaxy, has the greatest mass. And the tendency is that it has an impact on our life. A few months ago, I had a longer term client. They recently moved into a semi-detached home. Prior to moving in, everything was fine. But, the husband had "itchy" fingers and decided to get digging and landscaping for his backyard, which is located at SE sector. Thereon, his whole family fall sick one after another. Thus, there are many instances or coincidences of road digging outside of the premises that can directly impact on those staying "nearby".…

The saying goes " a picture tells a thousand words". Frankly, might as well throwa dice if you are asking whether to move-in solely on general (brief descriptions) - and usually, hope you understand, I don't usually have time to scan and figure out a whole paragraph of information. It is similar to a resume - it has been widely stated that a human resource personnel takes a "three seconds" glance at it; and just chuck it away. Rob K. wrote: Thank you for getting back to me on this. This is a top view of the flat, our other concern is that it is above a successful celeb cosmetic dental clinic. The main door/enter…

Dear Anon, 1. Please email to : robert-lee@geomancy.net for a Flying Star credit. 2. You can try to use the Flying Star suggestions in the report to neutralise any bad sectors. More importantly, it is best for you to do some `leg work' by using the compass to locate the direction and generate a report. 3. Do check the report closely, for such things as Eight-One Combination Explanation [9] & [3] - Lawsuits, gossips, disputes struggle. 4. As we are currently helping a few users who also face problems, do, try to read up the suggestions provided in our report. 5. And if you need clarifications, please let us know. 6. The Flying star, if …

A client like this shoe cabinet design as it is functional. In summary, Option 1 is still the safest choice, and Option 3 is only suitable if the clearance is checked carefully, ideally around 1 meter. Also, cabinet door designs should avoid reflective finishes and louvers to stay in line with both aesthetic and practical Feng Shui guidelines.

Hi, Master, I know that a triangular land is not ideal, especially the sitting/back of the land is smaller than the facing/front. I can understand how the energy flows with difficulty or is interrupted by Sha Qi, if this triangular land is an island defined by no other lands around it. Most of lands are connected with one another in the USA, and each shape of lands is defined only by county records and surveyors, without physical boundaries. I wonder if the principle of the land shape still effective? Chi/energy/environment/Feng Shui wouldn't know how an owner's boundary of the land is defined. I am looking at this triangular piece of triangular land (#5181) with …

1. Please see attachment; 2. For this layout; the best or preferred location of the Altar is at marking "A". 3. If the Altar is at location "B"; then the bed-head in Bedroom 3 must not share the same wall as the Altar. 3.1Furthermore, under location "B"; if joss stickers are lighted up daily; then the joss-smoke would often flow into all three bedrooms. Not ideal if some family members are often at home. As inhaling such smoke in the long term may not be health. 3.2 In some other units; the altar may be located at marking "D". But since every six months; the rays of the afternoon sun may shine towards location "D". Thus considered "disrespectful" to have t…

1. The image also depicts a tree (tree trunk) positioned in front of the house. However, it is important to note that the tree does not present any danger to the home. Please refer to the attached file for more details.

1. In many busy parts of Singapore, it’s quite common to find homes and apartments located close to temples or other places of worship. 2. Both newer and older apartments are often situated near temples, so it can be hard to avoid having a view of one from your home. Some recent examples include condo developments along Guillemard Road, Compassvale Bow (Sengkang), Telok Kurau Road, Serangoon North, Boon Lay, and Balestier Road. 3. Here are some things you may want to keep in mind: 3.1. It’s generally better to avoid buying a home that looks directly onto a temple, such as a ground-floor or second-floor unit where the living room or balcony faces the temple.…

1. Appreciate if you can do a SEARCH in this forum e.g. Partition or Partition at Main door. 2. For example:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=17460&new= Under this link please go and read PARA 5. 3. There are already lots of resources on this subject. And Para 3 under the above link is another consideration. 4. Furthermore, your question is so general. And in addition there is no clue as to whether the partition serves any purpose at all i.e. is there a direct path from the main door to the "window" or balcony window etc...

I am looking at the stack 1 (3+study) for this condo. It has a private lift lobby and private pool . As according to the floor plan, though very squarish, the back of the private lift lobby is the yard area which leads to the back door to the common lift. May i know if the private lift lobby creates a missing corner for the house? Or the private lift lobby belongs to the house as well? Because the main door opens from the private lift lobby. Also is the location of the private swimming pool good feng shui? Does it add value to the property? Or the facing and direction is bad for the unit. Located across this project is also river valley primary school. Beside …

Dear Master Cecil, Thank you for your views which are helpful. Regarding yourcomment in point 5 below, I would like to clarify the details: Cecil L. wrote: 5. Generally, based on your picture, the Shapes and forms is still sound. Whether good or bad to place a mirror depends on micro or even flying star feng shui to see if that sector is good or bad. the flying stars here are 3m-8b-2w as the entrance is in the NW Sector with the main door( and mirror on the wall) facing SW. So is it good or bad to have the mirrorhere ? I've heard from some friends that its taboo to hav…

Good day to all, may i know how do you classify such a floorplan? It doesnt fully resemble a gun shape floorplan though it looks alittle similar. May i ask is this a terrible floorplan? As it seems everything is squarish and rectangular except that there are missing corners here and there. How to find the centrepoint of such floorplan? Does the centrepoint means inauspicious if it coincides in the empty part that is not part of the floorplan? Does it means the centrepoint is in the air? thank you
