Further to what I had mentioned; these are further considerations: 1. As much of the forum message(s) goes back as far as 1999; this was where we hosted our forum on our own servers; previously; in 1996 to 1998 - used a free forum. 2. Do take note that for example; some of the information on Eastpoint Green was based on the critical period where there was a change of Flying Star (qi). 3. Here, Flying Star qi changes every 20 years: 3.1. From 1984 to 2003 (Period 7) and 3.2. From 2004 to 2023 (Period 8) 4. Thus, some of the concerns may or may not be the same. For example, I could remember clearly; on top of my busy schedules; 4.1 I had calls or urgent cases. And "s…

Dear Master, I've been following Feng Shui and can you give me your opinion on this. Generally, house on cul de sac street is bad. Does it apply to every house on the cul de sac? In the picture attached, does it affect houses (houses labeled A, B, F & G) at the mouth of the cul de sac at all?

Hi Master Lee: I am looking to purchase an apartment and saw that there may be a few poison arrows from looking out the window. I've included pictures standing in front of the window. Do these look like poison arrows to the apartment unit? Thank You.

This plot of land itself (I call it Land A here. It's the land I am asking for) is flat. The left neighbor Land C is on a slightly higher ground. This qualifies for the green dragon. The right side neighbor, however, is on a slightly lower ground. Thus, there is no protection for the house-to-be-built on its right side. The back neighbor land (Land B ) behind Land A stepped down to a flat land too. Thus, it's lower than the Land A. Then, Behind Land B, there is a hill. 1.. Does this hill at the far rear qualify the black tortoise, despite the fact that Land B is sunken?2..Overall, is this a good landform? Thanks

Hello Cecil. Thank you for your advice previously. We are now in our new home. My husband needs to do some work under the side of the house which faces north. He wants to fill in the underneath side to make a garage and workshop. Part of it is northeast and he needs to put materials up under the decking to create a sealed roof. Being aware of the dangers associated with loud noises, Disturbing the dirt etc, can you please advise if there are any days that work can be done? He can't wait for 12 months unfortunately. I thank you for your help, in advance.

Dear Mr Cecil, We did use your awesome services for Home Audit (2006) and Selection of Baby Name (2007). Now, we're going to do renovation, we want to install the mirror facing dining table. It's actually mirror door for the cabinet. Would you please advice on these followings: 1. Should I install full length from floor to ceiling if need to reflect the full human body (not being cut on the neck or legs)? However, it'll be quite heavy for the door with such a big panel (min measurement 60 x 290 cm). Or can I just have the height of human size (60 x 180 cm)? which parts of body MUST be reflected i…

Further to what I had mentioned: 1. Please see attachment. 2. Three of themore important concepts under Can or Cannot Buy a home (apartment) are highlighted in RED box areas: numbered as 1, 2 and 3. 3. Location, location, location. This imply that even if or "so what" if the frontage is suitable to the person?" especially if the external Feng Shui has either threats or not so fantastic. 3.1. Here, even when seeking advice; can't just say " the frontage (or you may like to call it main door) is suitable to the person. But, one is looking at isolation. 3.2 One can have the most perfect home within the four walls of the house. But if outside is "condemned".. this is even wo…

Would the other house be better? Option #1 fireplace house Option #2 North facing house (maybe use the garage door instead?) I really need Star #8 in an auspicious place so let me know which house is better for extra income. Thank you in advance for your advice Lollie (Apr-1-1978) central us time

Further to what I mentioned, Oops! I forgot: I strongly believe many house-husbands will not be so forgiving as all the great mums around! Most like, he could "accidentally, let loose these dogs, rabbits and other pets. And if the house-dad's do get too angry, these dogs may end up being shipped to Beijing, China to be served as dog meat, rabbit meat etc...! Frankly, in my opinion, if one is starting to rear fish, then, it is best not to go for three tanks at one go. Try out one and go from there, Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Cecil Lee, I have just moved into a rectangular rental that has a protrusion in the North (covered carport). After reviewing the building page, the explanation would be positive as it says - If the protrusion is at:-North : Can easily make friends. Because I follow Flying Stars feng shui school, does this mean that the NE and NW are still missing? A consultant told me to bury 8 copper coins to square off the NE, but did not provide any information on the cure for the NW. Can you help with some advise on what I can do to cure these areas? I am a KUA #5/8 female Thank you Art

Hello. We recently had a dog that is not ours pass away on our property, outside in the back yard. We had no emotional attached to this animal, but it did belong to a relative. Literally just dropped dead. The animal was immediately removed, within 20 minutes or so, and taken to a veterinary clinic. I have been told this is bad feng shui and can bring bad luck. Is this true? If so, then is there anything that can be done to remedy our problem? Does the same go if any animal dies on the property? Does emotional attachment matter? If this is not feng shui-related, can you please point me in the right direction, if possible? I am not very familiar with fen…

Hi Master Cecil, Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have stumbled across a property that I really like, but I have a few concerns. It has good views except part of the view includes a cemetery, which could be seen from the living room and bedroom. Also, I may be wrong but the structure has a pointed edge as could be seen from the windows that could be pointing towards the main door, although as one enters the main door of the unit the first thing they see is the kitchen. If I am not wrong the property also faces southwest, and that will place the kitchen in the northwest direction. I will post the floor plan once I have it. Thanks. …

Mr A: Hie Master Lee, may I know how much is your charges to choose a car plate number? There are many formulas under numerology. Frankly, this area is subjective. Some also use individual Gua number. While the most common is generalised beliefs based on a person's particular dialect group. For example, the Hokkiens favour no. 6. Here 6 = Luck While many Cantonese favour 8. One man's meat is another man's poison. There are those who even swear by numbers like 4 or 44 or 444! While some non Christians go for 6, or 66 or "devil's number 666". What is stopping one or the other from getting such a number? Deemed auspicious for A. But inau…

I am a university student about to be 30, this is my 6th year of a degree, I am a single mother of 4. My studies have been difficult and very exhausting, I am taking longer than others. I am intelligent, I have difficulties concentrating at home, for various reasons (children), stress, sleepy and time management. I just moved into a brand new apartment building, on the 14th floor, I am paying very special attention to the North and North East. I have a wood desk I got given to me today it will be delivered whenever I am ready, however I am almost scared I will place it the most negative of the three options I have...Although I do not know which position is the most negati…

Dear Casey, Casey Wong wrote: hi I'm planning to get a tattoo design of a KOI fish on my leg somewhere around the calf area. Therefore, my question is whether will this effect my feng shui, since tattoo is permanent. Thanks in advance. Frankly, tattoos are more commonly associated with gangsters especially in singapore during the 1950's, 1960's and 1970s. So it already have a negative impact. You see just like why people have bad impression on number say 4 = die, when most think about tatoo it often relates to something bad or illegal. In feng shui, you want to have more good influence than bad influence, so naturally, tattoo would also be viewed as having bad influen…
