This "light-weight" disabled lift system can be found at Fairprice, Marine Parade Central. Compared to a full blown lift, maybe one can consider installing such a lift. You can see that all one needs is a "hole" from one level to another. And the exterior is like any other room doors and wall panels.

Tai Sui or the term suggests: Grand Duke of JUPITER, is asociated with the planet Jupiter. Planet Jupiter being the largest planet in our galaxy, has the greatest mass. And the tendency is that it has an impact on our life. A few months ago, I had a longer term client. They recently moved into a semi-detached home. Prior to moving in, everything was fine. But, the husband had "itchy" fingers and decided to get digging and landscaping for his backyard, which is located at SE sector. Thereon, his whole family fall sick one after another. Thus, there are many instances or coincidences of road digging outside of the premises that can directly impact on those staying "nearby".…

The actor: A car. Common sense says that a car can't fly unless it hits a ram. In this illustration, even if one stays at 3rd, 4th or 5th floor or even 40th floor and directly peer downwards, can see a straight road "coming towards the stack". The direct impact if any of a straight car is at most 1st storey or if it does fly it flies up to no more than 2nd storey. As to whether the entire stack may collapse after the car plough into the 1st storey home (apartment) is another story, here.

1. Chinese New Year starts early this year; 2. This year's Chinese New Year starts on Monday 23 January 2012. 3. As mentioned in the earlier posting of 1/15/2011, below; it is a tradition especially by the majority of Singapore Chinese who are Hokkiens to start operations on an auspicious day on Chinese New Year itself. 4. I have mentioned that for the opposite: for the dead, burial is always done on ODD days e.g. 1st day, 3rd day, 5th day, 7th day etc... immediately after death. 5. However, for business opening; it is always considered auspicious to start operations on EVEN number of days. 5.1. Thus for 2012, the first day of Chinese New Year is Monday 23 January 2012; …

Further to what I had mentioned, a pie chart is much easier a tool to "define" where a room or place is located. For example in the same attachment, the location of the Master Bedroom, the Master Toilet, the Staircase area, the Dad's bedroom, Dad's bathroom can be clearly be defined from the pie chart. Only two sectors: East = Study and West = Family area is less hazy and can fall into another sector. Please see attachment.

1.Frankly, in Singapore many temples have both space constraints and rare occasions where there is a request to take in tablet(s). 2. Thus, certainly, you will have a very hard time finding a temple to taken your grand parents in. 3. Actually it boils down to money or (a large) donation. Otherwise, it is near impossible, here. ========================================== Other matters relating to urns + tablet 1. Many of the very popular sites in Sin Ming are (were) already fully "booked" or full house thus often they are not prepared to assist you. 2. In fact, …

1. Frankly, poison arrow is not rocket science. Or a subject that needs so many threads. 2. As I mentioned in my most recent posting:- 2.1. The poison arrow runs from "A" to "AA" in the attachment. 2.2. Another poison arrow runs from "B" to "BB" also in this attachment. 3. You are at the ground, and if you can imagine what I had mentioend under Para 2.1. and or 2.2; you should make your own judgement as to whether it is a poison arrow or ARROWS. 4. We are not we can't tell from your photo. 5. Again, I must emphasie that it is A to AA; B to BB and nothing else. I mentioned this is not rocket science. And not the "death ray kind of thing.".

Dear Marilyn, marilyn o wrote: I dont really understand what the table means. Like Self and Spouse is Rabbit Metal. Does that mean something? Or on the earthly branch yin yang Wood column, there is Intelligence,Earned Wealth does mean something? The chart I extracted for you was simply to show you some of the combinations that occured and thus why your five element is like that. Which I included just to explain my previous point on why your percentage is like that. Those information like the relationship (self & spouse), can tell you about general relationship with your various family members. While ten deities can tell you about given characteristics. Dear Alex, 1. In fact, if one does a research or a key SEARCH in this forum (even as far back as 1999), there are lots of resources on the topic of fish tank or keeping fishes. 2. Please click this link to have a better understanding of fish tank & keeping fishes from a Feng Shui perspective:- http://www.geomancy.net/resources/art/arowanafish.htm 3. It is good to review Q2 in the above hyperlink to understand the real relationship between the Five Elements Concept to a water position i.e. be it a fish tank or a water feature. 4. Key extracts from the above article are as follows:- " ...We can introduce the following elements:" …

Previously I took some time to compile a list of calendar events of Chinese festivals: http://www.geomancy.net/calendar/ And list of Major and Minor Chinese Festivals. Some of us, use this information to choose `auspicious' dates. For example, on 16 October 2000, it is the Celebration of " Chinese Goddess of Mercy becoming a Bodhisttva ". This is another method of finding a good date. In addition, I made the effort to compile the extensive list of calendar of events is to share with fellow overseas Chinese, the significance of certain dates and providing a brief description of the event. This is a way of looking at our `roots'. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hi, There are a few `variables' with regards to the placement of the `White Tiger picture". 1. Some Feng Shui practioners say that it is generally auspicious to place a White Tiger picture at the West Wall if this is your inauspicious location e.g. under the Eight House. 2. In most books, the Chinese are " afraid " or scared to see a real White Tiger is they believe that it will bring them bad luck. This has correlation to their understanding that it is very unlucky to give birth to a child especially a girl born in the " Tiger " year. For example, under this URL: http://www.geomancy.net/love/amenu1.htm I have this short write up of " The Gate of Hope, Singapore " (Former…

Dear Bill, Apologise for the late reply. I just got back. -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed> Date: Sunday, June 06, 1999 3:37 PM Subject: Flying Stars and my house built in period 6 Yes, Flying Star requires a clear understanding of the various foundation, otherwise you will not be able to apply them. For this portion. It depends on which theory you want to employ them. Currently, there are 3 different theories for this. If you take the default theory (being each period is 20-years), then 5 is being assigned to the base star. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Eve, Actually, I personally do not think that is absolutely correct. It is similar to saying that everyone has the same Eight House Direction or Pillars of Destiny. To determine if a statement is accurate, we need to consider which theory the Feng Shui Master used for their prediction. I am not sure if you have seen the recent emails about Chinese Astrology and the 12 Animal Signs. From that perspective, you will notice that everyone’s luck for the year varies, depending on both your own animal sign and the animal sign of the year. You may want to continue using the cures suggested based on your Pillars of Destiny. In addition, you could also consider …

Dear Xin Xin, Please see below: Feng Shui is all about symbolism. And since 6 represents big metal; six coins are often used as a cure. Sometimes 3 coins are used also because the number 3 represents wood. And as the coins are symbolic of metal (real metal), under the five elements concept: metal destroy wood to "create wealth". This is why, sometimes, some FS practitioners or authors recommend using a string of three coins. Often, if one has these items for more than a month and found no problems - life goes on as usual, then, there is no problem in not doing a spiritual cleansing. What you mention, sounds like an amateur cleansing, and more likely it is made to…

Hi, Frankly, this is usually considered too insignificant to be a major concern in Feng Shui—the influence is simply too minor. It’s similar to the idea of using an imperial Frankly, this is usually considered too minor to be a big concern in Feng Shui—the influence is very small. It’s like using special measurements or a Feng Shui ruler, but for most people, it’s not practical to buy custom furniture, such as tables, just to get lucky sizes. While Feng Shui recommends furniture with good measurements, what should we do when shopping? Many practical Feng Shui experts say to trust your own feelings.
