These are some of the considerations:- 1. Feng Shui and Commonsense. 2. Yes, you are already aware that under Feng Shui; a home at a"T-junction" is unfortunately, not the best choice. 3. However, it also depends on things like: 3.1. How fast the vehicles can or may travel on such a road and it also depends on Right-hand-drive (RHD) or Left-hand-drive (LHD) road. As the way, the vehicle turn-in and out of the T-junction also applies. 3.2. For example, when we stand at the front gate area of the home. How "fast" and whether does vehicles are "aimed" towards your property before it turns is another consideration. Here, under commonsense; we hope that sincerely; one…

Hi, Apologise for the late reply. As this message is posted as an anonymous, we do not receive the posting to the mailing list. Most of the books I know of are in traditional chinese. I have yet to come across any Feng Shui books in simplified chinese. You will have to source them out yourself. The books written by Cecil are currently in available in English. Sorry if we are unable to help you on this matter. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Niap Vun, Please see below:- The above is a stand method to usher in good luck to an office in the `Traditional' method. I am aware that not many people may want to practise the above especially if the office is situated in an open area (no privacy). And it can be rather inconvenient. Frankly, this is the only method. It is not possible to elaborate on Shapes & Form in a single message. But you may have to read more about it. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Geral, Ideally, rooms including bedrooms should be either rectangular or " square " shaped. Sorry, I am not sure what you meant by "Meat Cleaver". Do you mean that the L-shaped represent a `meat cleaver'. If one has an L-shaped room e.g. the living room "joined" to the dining room forming an `L' shape, the best situation is to place a `partition' dividing the rooms into `two rooms'. Similarly if your bedroom is `L' shaped, try to `partition' it e.g using a screen etc.. to create `two square/rectangular' shaped rooms. If your room is `odd' shaped e.g. a circular room, usually one can built cupboards and `change' the room into a square and rectularly shaped. Warmest Re…

These are some of the considerations:- 1. The most important consideration is where does the true cardinal point of NW? In this example the true cardinal point is at purple marking "A". 2. While again in this example, the range of NW covers until the dotted line at purple marking "B". 3. Thus, the key consideration; is not just reading a few paragraphs and by default; it has to be this or that. 4. In this example, the NW is also close to the main entrance door area. So, for this attachment (I have blanked out many details) instead of placing "items" or colours; for this year, this owner simply when at home or after a rain; opens the main door to let good qi follow in. 5. …

Dear Peggy, Apologise for the late reply. As this message is sent anonymously it is not sent to the mailing list, and we do not login to the forum every other day. Depending on the situation. It is sometimes better to shift to a better room. It is ok for Feng Shui. Most importantly, your bedroom should in the room which is in your 4 good location. This would be better then staying in rooms which is not under your 4 good directions. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

These are some considerations on Block 403:- 1. The Block's facing stretches from NW facing to NE facing. And there are even some units that face "Easterly". 2. I assume that the block of flats was built or TOP under Period 7: 1984 to 2003. 3. Period 7, NW facing directions NW1, NW2/3generally today (2004 to 2023) as having small luck as the water wealth under the Period 7 is trapped in the centre. 4. Better units are those facing NE but these units face 406 thus blocked view. 5. Lower floor units of block 403 especially the ones facing the T junction i.e. the road leading from Gardens at Bishan / Bishan condo park etc.. should pay more attention even though it is…

1. Graphic illustration of best working direction based on the Eight House can be found under this url link:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-workposition.htm However, this Eight House or Gua 1 (thing) is considere NICE-to have and not a MUST-have. Anonymous wrote: HI , I am seated at the NW corner of my office , i am facing the window and my back is directly facing the door . 2. Your above statement is a concern under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. 3. Between Para 1; Eight House and Para 2; Shapes and Forms prevail over the Eight House concept. Here, under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; it is not favourable to seat with your back directly facing t…

Dear Christina, Please see below:- Yes, from a business perspective, this makes economic sense and being new, is equally attractive senario. There are 2 units Under Flying Star FS, the facing directions for NW1, NW2 and NW3 is particularly (good) proposition. While for SE sitting or facing is still pretty attractive. In my opinion, this unit may seem less attractive if (in particular, IF neighbouring roof-tops seems to slice or cut into the unit. But, this is correctable. In particular, as you have not mentioned how much "tinting" is on the windows, if the windows are well tinted, or looks like reflective glass from outside, this is often not a major issue. I…

You may want to go thru this link especially the part about: How one can boost one's Human Luck. http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=26690 In essence: some of us may not have luck from heaven (ie. no favourable ba zi luck) and also no auspicious Feng Shui luck? How? Make an effort to lead a fruitful life: eg. filial piety to parents; provide a greater listening ear to family members and colleagues .....

These are some considerations: 1. Often, what seems to be missing corners may be the reverse i.e. a protusion or protusions. 2. Frankly, verbal descriptions like I have missing cornders at SW and SE. 2.1. Even within this simple sentence; there are lots of unknows: 2.2. How large a missing corner, whether the missing corner straddles between one true cardinal point(s) and or 2.3. How large is the missing corner(s) 2.4. Is the missing corner narrow or fat or thin or what...??? 3. Seriously, so far, I believe no geomancer or let's say in a doctor's situation: 3.1. Your posting is like calling up a doctor to describe some medical situation. What is even more pressing is, …

Dear Daniel, Daniel Ho wrote: I got a Solid Bronze Prosperity Pig with Gold Ingots and Jeweled Necklace and would to place it in my office desk for Wealth Luck. True feng shui has nothing to do with items at all. It is more about good location of the home/office, favourable colour scheme to balance up the room or your individual ba zi, best sitting/work/sleeping positionetc. Thus, a person luck is affected by the Heaven, Earth and Human Luck. Heaven Luck is luck that is given to you. Which is usually assesed by the ba zi to tell you what colours, what facing, and how to harmonise with another person. Earth Luck is your home/office. The location of the home/office is wh…

Dear Leena, Leena Abraham wrote: In our flat (home) we got a fish tank. We kept it left side (middle of theroom)of the sitting cum dining room. Please advise me the best place for a fish tank at home. 1. The best location has to be determined by where your auspicious water star is found for your house facing. Please make use of the free flying star report to generate the flying star for your home. URL: http://login.geomancy.net Once you generated the report, look at your chart. In general, the best locations to place the water position is where the water star is the current or future prosperity number. So for period 7 houses, look for the star 7 (current) or star 8 …

Dear Jason, Please see below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed> Date: Thursday, May 27, 1999 10:39 AM Subject: Fengshui Of a un-occupied new house. Yes. As long as the building has four walls and a roof, an internal Feng Shui assessment can be carried out: 1. The Shapes and Form School can be applied to examine both the exterior and interior, and may be used at any stage—even before the building is completed—especially for assessing the exterior or the site. 2. Under the Compass School of Feng Shui, once the house is built, you can conduct a survey using a standard com…

1. If possible, don't see the sharp tip of the dome - slicing into any of the bedrooms especially the living room "view". Anonymous wrote: The masterbedroom window will be able to see the mosque if you look dwon from the 10th floor. In addition, the sleeping direction of the bed frame will be pointing towards the mosque. 2. Thus from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view:- 2.1 So long as the pointed dome roof is not in full view (same level as) of an opening e.g. bedroom window or living room, then this is acceptable. 2.2 Some temples are "unclean" as sometimes, a local priest may get it's permission to bring in "spirits" or some of the temples even go as far as …

Dear Ann, Thank you for the information. Currently, it is difficult to know what is the actual cause. This is because, only a full audit and especially a site survey would be able to pin-point what is actually `wrong'. There are a few points: 1. Usually, due to time dimensions, unauspicious stars could have `flown' to that sector of the bedroom. 2. An indirect result could also be the clearing of trees. I am not suggesting anything but, if dogs become `noisy', without apparent reason, more observations may be required on this. 3. Do stand at the window, and see if there are any poison arrow aimed at the house. Especially, a lone lamp post which may now become prominent, b…

Click this link to view pictures of the God of Wealth Did you see the various views of a bronze God of Wealth in the above link? Did you see the God of Wealth riding a tiger and holding a tael of gold, ingot? Does the God of Wealth look `fierce'? Dear Dylan, 1. It is quite common to find such bronze statute i.e. of the God of Wealth, sitting on a tiger. 2. Frankly, I do not see any problems with such a statute. Firstly, usually this figurine is small and the main `character' is the God of Wealth. 3. Symbolically, since he rides on the tiger, the Tiger can be considered as `tamed' by him. 4. Although this is not Feng Shui belief, ideally, it should be `accorded' the respe…

Dear Sophia, Please see below:- Many of us think in terms of enhancing wealth. But many of us do it literally the wrong way. For example, some people force themselves to maintain a fish tank even though this is not their hobby. Imagine, to some of these people, the toil of weekly cleaning the fish tank and other maintenance chores like feeding the fish. To a fish hobbist this is entirely different! To him or her, it is a pleasure to maintain their fish tank! It is the same senario. This "fool" was told that he has to cover his TV set each day before sleeping. And this really silly fool, adds to the sillyness of having to enslave himself with such unnecesary rout…
