Gem Residences @ Toa Payoh Flying Star Feng Shui Gem Residences comprises of two blocks of flats. Both blocks are situated beside a temple complex. These two blocks are aligned in a North-South purecardinal points of 0/360 vs 180 degrees. Thus all stacks in this development are either N2 or S2 facing directions. N2. Stacks/Units such as1, 2, 3,8, 9, 10, 11 & 16 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back"/rear of the unit. Thus not as favourable as compared with S2 facing stacks. S2. 1. This image depicts the clubhouse. 2. Upon closer inspection, the roof of the clubhouse resembles a knife directed towards the bedroom of the ground floor unit. 3. The remedy is similar to the example; where the owner employs a day curtain to shield the interior of the apartment from this "poison arrow." 4. Even a rectangular roof (such as that of this clubhouse) located near a stack can generate a poison arrow directed at the apartment.

Best stacks/units generally are those facing neighbourhood park such as stacks: 107, 109, 111, 209, 211 and 213 Of course there is the concern of indirect afternoon sun all year round at the frontage of these stacks depending on the floor level. Frankly, there is no issue or concer…

Seaside Residences @ Sigap Link takes advantage of the seaview; thus many of the units have an outstanding view of the sea. On a clear day and high floors; one can even get to see Indonesia's Batam island. My major grouse is that even if majority of the blocks are set-in a distance away from the busy ECP; many lower floor units will still "enjoy" the traffic noise along this highway... Anyway, this plot is the last plot at the fringe of District 15 that is virtually, next to the seaside... From Laguna Park onwards.. it is district 16. In 1975, the land where Seaside Residences situated is a small bus depot for bus service 16. Then, Victoria Junior coll…

Rivervale Shores Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans rivervale-shores.pdf HDB Rivervale Shores BTO August 2017 The planners of this development has given much thought in how to maximise as many stacks/units as possible to enjoy the view of Serangoon Reservoir. The planners of HDB Rivervale Shores did this by adopting a unique and less common snake like configuration for block layouts:- Thus at the West end starting with block 170; this snake undulates along 170A, 170B, 171, 171A and ending at 174A. This snake feature is not perfect. As it does result in e.g. Block 175B stack 338 has sharp corner(s) that may be aimed towards stack …
