Anonymous wrote: Hope you're doing well. I would like to ask for your advice regarding the placement of my bed on the master's bedroom in the apartment I'm moving into. I read that the bed should not share the same wall as the toilet, nor should it be placed facing the bedroom door nor the bathroom door, which leaves me with a conundrum on where to place my bed. Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated! 1. Kindly be advised that the guideline stating that "bed should not share the same wall as the toilet" is not a universal rule. It is only applicable in specific situations as illustrated in the attachment. 2. Your statement regarding the positioning of the bed in relation to the toilet, bedroom door, and bathroom door is not entirely accurate. As long as the legs of the bed are not directly facing the toilet door, it is permissible for the head of the bed to face the bedroom door.

1. Facing direction is often looked at : based on the mouth of the apartment i.e. where there is the most yang qi coming in. Most likely would be south. 2. Have elaborated thatfor facing directionin general, in terms of ranking:- NE /SW ranked one of the highest between now to 2021-2023 South is the next best ranking (Hopefully is S2/S3 Flying star and not S1 facing) Lower down are the: East / West NW / SE and North ranked the lowest. 3. If you have more openings at South vs North and if you don't often open the condo door, then you can tap the qi coming from the South. As i'm not able to find any NE/SW facing unit in Springbloom, i've foiund one unit in Amaranda Gardens across the road but this project was completed in 2004 and the unit is facing South (living room window) and the main door is facing North. Sorry, cannot comprehen what was written, below:- PY W. wrote: is this apt suitable ? also, can you pls send me position requirement for this period when the apt was built.

1. Frankly, your question is too general. 2. If you are really interested in a home, it is always a good investment to consider Feng Shui service like "Can or cannot buy" especially if one has superficial knowledge of Feng Shui. 3. For example; the pros and cons include:- 3.1. How suitable is the house to the breadwinner(s) 3.2. What is the Flying Star facing direction? 3.3. What is the external Shapes and Forms Feng Shui of the home or apartment like. 4. What you have mentioned is only a tiny "prick" of shapes and forms of the centrepoint + toilet + kitchen 5. In addition to 3.1 to 3.3. many other considerations include where is the stove situated; is the stove facing direction suitable to the female of the home etc... etc.... 6. Thus just to base a decion on Para 4; is too premature. Sometimes.. these are leaks and if there are more wealth or health "leaks" under Para 3.1 to 3.3 and Para 5.... "Dead meat.... my friend"... Good or bad... once purchased... like the saying goes " once broken considered sold... and wait long long for the next sale and purchase of another home..."

1. In general, a refrigerator is considered as belonging to the metal element. 2. Thus especially if the kitchen requires metal element; a fridge can help, here. 3. This is why, there is no issue for the fridge to face the stove... 4. However, if the fridge is in bright red or bright yellow, then, colour does play a part.. in determinding the element of the fridge.

Can a lamp become a poison arrow? If the lamp has a pointed shape: bottom sharp point like a pencil point; and if it is placed at a balcony ... it can become a poison arrow aimed towards a home...

1. For dining tables and dining chairs, the Chinese favour even numbers. 2. For example, this antique table has four supporting legs. And for all dining areas, chairs must be even numbers e.g. 4 chairs, 6 chairs or 8 chairs (excluding baby chairs).

1. How nice if we can create man made water falls that has water flowing vigourously ... in an area. 2. Here, when water frictions with air, it is suppose to create negative ions. And negative ions is suppose to bond with positive ions - found in cigarette smoke, certain chemicals and virus. 3. That is why, the air around a real water fall is always... refreshing and healthy...

Do consult your geomancer before placing any items. A light such as the one shown can be used to disarm Flying Star #3: Disputes, Quarrels, Conflicts and romance issues. Please note that the actual lamp shade is red colour and the light is warm light. Here, ordinary items are often used instead of those highly commercial in-the-name of Feng Shui products that only benefit the seller(s) thru high mark-ups.

In this picture:- 1. Can you see the entrance door facing the partial wall... much closer than "your HDB flat" electrical riser wall. 2. Next door neighbour's units are so close to each other! In fact, those who stay in HDB apartments are "blessed" or won't find flats that have entrance doors that close rite? Many HDB flat doors are at least 1 bedroom or one living room wall apart. 3. This is like the senario that: sometimes we consider ourselves in "bad" shape but there are always others out there that are "worse-off" than us.

Compared to your electrical riser partially facing your main entrance door; take a look at this example. This is a new condo : Casa Merah at Tanah Merah Kechil Avenue. When one stands inside a unit, looking out of it; the partial wall is both wider and closer to the unit. In fact, many many condos share this type of layout : from La Casa in Woodlands, to Carabelle, to Botannia to lots of many existing condos. Thus, your main door facing a partial wall quite a distance away is like "peanuts" compared to so many condos that don't have the luxury of having a super wide common corridor.

1. Frankly, there are walls that are even much closer than that shown in the picture. 2. There are totally no right or wrong answers as to whether it is good or bad to have a wall facing the main door: as the wall can be as far as 2 or more metres away like in your case or a wall that is as close as 1 metre away. 3. One should not look at "such things" and then give a premature answer to say immediately whether it is good or bad. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, your passage way is quite deep and again, so long as there is a collection of qi in the foyer, this is a plus point. 4. Other homes have main door that immediately faces the window... isn't this a concern? If you have a wall then there is no way qi can leak directly from the main door to the windows or balcony area etc... 5. Generally, based on your picture, the Shapes and forms is still sound. Whether good or bad to place a mirror depends on micro or even flying star feng shui to see if that sector is good or bad.

These are the considerations:- 1. Any of the breadwinner(s) doing your own business? If yes, be careful, this is certainly one down... so there should not be more wealth leaks in the home. 2. If any of the breadwinners are salaried worker(s) - not so bad. Generally, still "manageable" or acceptable. 3. From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view, so long as a car can (may or maynot) slam into the home from the junction; it is a considered a leak. From one of the pictures.. from outside looking inwards.. it does seem so. Therefore, in Feng Shui, this is one equivalent of a home affected by T junction. 4. From the inside, it looks more comforting as the garden seems quite large and the home main door seems quite a distance away from it. 5. Frankly, with the limited information, the comments can only be superficial. As things like the rain water drainage and even the facing direction of the home has to be considered, properly:- Want to build your dream home? 6. For example, in terms of wealth, the facing and sitting direction of a home also has a important weightage incluse of how suitable the home is to the potential owners.. etc...

Many Geomancers and buyers always feel uncomfortable with the unit circled in the picture. Most Geomancers would consider that it is no good to stay in a home with a hollow below the home... And visually, many would feel "insecure" even if it is structually safe! Thus most likely, it can affect the re-sale of that unit...
