  1. 1. More importantly; it is good to spent time or have family activites especially located at a double #8 location. 2. It does not mean one has to purposely stand in the sun or that nature. But good to have human activites. 3. On a roof, thou, the water feature is not compulory, but it adds to the so called ambience of the home or the roof top area. Often, for practical reasons, each area in any location be a home etc.. has a certain structural load or threshold. Having a large water feature - means the per kilo newton loading of say a support should not be breeched. Especially if other things like water reservior is on the same area of a building. 4. Otherwise, the key success is more about having activities in a double #8 sector - provided if it is feasible to do so. We don't want to see a family at night all tanned and when the family smiles, some people "literally" gets a shock! Ebony and Ivory!
  2. 1. Usually, for those who own a landed property, should activate a water position on the ground floor. 2. At the attic, unless it is "sheltered" or some form of acitivity upstars e.g. a nice garden, outdoor "coffee area". Otherwise, if it is on it's own and fully "unsheltered" not the best.
  3. 1. If you are asking about whether this home is at a 'T' Junction - the answer is No. 2. A home at a T junction is where physically cars or vehicles move towards (and away) from the home. This is technically no a 'T' Junction home as it is separated by a big drain.
  4. 1. Usually it is difficult to guage what kind of problem or issue as it also depends on the height of the pyramids, whether it is a full pyramid or simply it looks like a partial pyramid like Conrad in Singapore. And the distance to it and/or is any of the sharp points pointed towards your office window. 2.One can apply the concept: "If it cannot be seen it no longer can become a threat. " If so, often most or all offices uses some kind of a blind - close the blind as a possible "solution" to the "problem" if any.
  5. 1. For those who do not know what Pian Cai is; it refers to a person's hidden wealth. It range from "lottery luck, bonus and promotion, luck". 2. For this sample Male, his next best Pian Cai luck is in 2011, 2016, 2026 etc... 3. In this example, this person should better work for others instead of going into his/her own business. 4. As usually those who work for others have higher category of numbers under the highlighed "Yellow" fields:- His Zheng Cai (Earned wealth)= 4 Zheng Guan (Authority) = 4 Zheng Yin (Main Funds) = 5 5. This person is less suited to doing his /her own business. As a business person often have higher ratings or numbers under the "PINK" fields.
  6. 1. Pian Cai This is a sample of a basic Ba Zi Summary chart that shows a person's personal Pian Cai luck. Please see attachments: 1. Bazi Summary report in .pdf format 2. Sample-piancai-1.gif 3. Sample-piancai-2.gif (please click below) 2. In general, the industry for design and medias is Water element. Butif your job scope is related to a higher weightage to:creativity, ideas, planning, then overall the job scope could be : Wood element Anonymous wrote: I wanted to know how is my 'Pian Cai'. But i try searching the whole web, i just cant find it. also can i ask, for job scope related to design and medias are belonging to which element?

  8. 1. Some use ba zi to check whether a period is good for them i.e. financial gain or loss or be careful of purchasing of a home. 2. Others look at auspicious dates for negotiations. 3. There are others that feel that the Feng Shui is good before buying a home. 4. Many of us have our motive for purchasing a home and other factors include ability to obtain loan, bank evaluation of the home etc.... Overall, discuss with your immediate family and always bring along the whole family to view a home.
  9. 1. For novice, suggest that you get a competent Feng Shui practitioner to review your home. As what you are asking even the first question is focused on your children's personal ba zi elements and other considerations like Flying Star numbers etc.. 2. If you have working knowledge, then, you may consider DIY. Otherwise, it may be an uphill task to do-it-on your own. Anonymous wrote: What is the good color wall for kids study room ? Bedroom ? 10. 1.As a strong fire person; your good elements are: earth, metal and water. 2. Your wealth element is metal. This type of career is suppose to lead to greater wealth. 3. Your power and authority is water. Thus a career associated with water is considered favourable for you. Can reach higher position of authority.
  11. For Chinese, ROM is just a formality (in the eyes of the law) and I believe, still today, many older folks still feel that only after one has gone thru the traditional Chinese customary wedding especially where there must be a tea ceremony can then; be considered as truly "being married".
  12. 1. In my opinion; based on your pictures, the two cars are parked parallel to the frontage. Frankly, I don't see a real T junction. 2. A house facing a real T junction is one where the road directly faces, say your unit. Here, it does not seem to be so. 3. The major consideration usually is the flow of the water in the river from either left to right or right to left of your apartment. But this has to be looked at from further investigations. 4. Thus, from your pictures, your home, does not seem to be a threat from "facing a T junction". 5. It is more of a commonsense - that some people say that it is no good to place a wedding photo behind the bed. There reasons could be:- 5.1 Imagine if the wedding photo is large and heavy. And often when we have a child, the young child loves to stand up and grap anything even try to grap the photo. And if it falls on the child.. dangerous 5.2 Some wedding photos have a piece of glass covering it. And again, it may be dangerous. Or the glass is like a reflection. Some people feel uncomfortable with reflection facing their bed. 6. At lower floors e.g. 1st floor or 2nd floor, many don't like to place a wedding photo, also close to window "openings". As passer-bys can easily peek at the photo.
  13. 1. You can check out procedures on setting up the bed etc.. under this documentation:- http://www.geomancy.net/info/ (In particular: Modern & Traditional Wedding Procedure ) 2. If not "properly" marrried, should avoid setting up a queen or king sized bed in the master bedroom. It is preferred that one sleeps in another bedroom when visiting the new home - until actual marriage. 3. House move in can be done anytime, before marriage or before actual marriage. But if one intends to stay on weekends, than try to find a good date to do a proper "move-in". You can bring in all your furniture, electrical appliances and again, set a good day to move-in. 4. For buddha figurine, if you are not "dottting" the eyes of the buddha, than it should be treated as a decorative piece. Anytime can bring in - no issue. However, if one is bringing in a buddha figurine to pray, then it should only accompany you into the home when you "permanently" moved in. 4. As mentioned under Para 3, house move in is distinct from setting up the bed etc... Please view Para 2.

  15. Please ponder over the following information:- 1. Under Period 8, is it true that #8 is the auspicious number? 2. Under Period 8, #8 especially Mountain and/or Water star(s) are considered the current prosperity stars. 3. When one hears of double auspicious #8's, especially the 20 year flying star; it is always good to have these two stars at the most yang qi area e.g. frontage of the home. 4. Under Para 3, if the MS#8 can live happily side by side with WS#8; then just imagine when a #8 flies in.. what is the outcome of a MS#8 and this monthly WS#8?
  16. This three novice Geomancers; got an Army Officer to train them in Shapes and Forms appreciation!
  17. Like an Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan, recently one of my ex-clients made a huge effort and investment for the Can or Cannot Buy:- http://www.geomancy.sg Dear Master Lee,
  18. Dear Master Lee,
  19. Further to what I had mentioned, in several past messages; just ponder over these:- 1. Many don't realise that they are asking questions based simply on a 2-Dimensional info (2D). 2. 2D in the medical field is equivalent of roughly taking an x-ray photo. And then, questions start to follow on this on that .... 3. Nowadays, if one needs to really find out more; even a doctor will tell you: go for an Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the specific part of the body. And a 3D map or cross-slice of the body can be looked at both in colour as well as each slice. 4. Maybe perhaps a large tumour may be seen as a blob or sometimes cannot be seen clearly as this is tissue - as x-ray is meant more for harder materials like bone. 5. Naturally, you have spent money to do an MRI to discover specific information. 6. Here, say showing alayout plan is equivalentof just a x-ray. And as it is not specific to a person (block, stack, unit). 7. Like modern science and technology, Feng Shui has many concepts and principles that need to be fully analysed. One has to use the full set of Feng Shui audit tools - in order to make a proper anlaysis. Some homes can easily weather - leaks as what you had mentioned; others may not... 8. Again, there are so many examples I can think off: I had also mentioned: you can't just run into a doctors room and "demand" an immediate answer e.g. I have frequent headaches! You must tell me ... Here, again one jolly well may have to take more tests or go for proper scanning, first. Before the doctor can really tell you what is really wrong.
  20. What is all these bed allocations for the East and West group?
  21. Anonymous wrote: 2. There are 3 toilets in the center of this unit, especially the guest toilet - not attached to external wall at all, big problem? 1. Your question is purely focused on micro-feng shui. For example, an apartment does not only consists of the four walls in such a tiny apartment. There is such a thing as MACRO Feng Shui. Macro Feng Shui have very high weightage: Shapes and Forms Feng Shui and also things like facing direction of an apartment. For example, if an apartment has especially very good shapes and forms and flying star, definitely these havehigher weightage than the 3 toiletsyou are refering to! Even if youone were to approach an A & E, even before getting to see the doctor? Don't the patient have to go thru a tirage? (French - term for investigation). 2. It is so simple ask a question: 3 toilets than how? orso many missing cornersthan how? 3. For your information, even in Feng Shui, it is ABOUT maximizing one's LUCK. Url link: The Concept of Maximizing Marks 4. During the capture of Singapore by Japan, while many anticipate that Japan would invade from the south, the invasion comes from the north! Thus are you really looking at the right sort of leaks? Anonymous wrote: 1. Does this unit have too many missing corners? If NE & SW corner all missing, is there any way to overcome it? 5. I believe I had received your call and I think you mentioned that the existing or previous owners are upgrading ... If they are upgrading then to these people have stayed in such a home.. are they at peril. 6. Even if there is a missing corner ar NE or SW, it has to be looked at e.g. NE where the kitchen is etc. or living room area or bedroom area or whatever. And how is the size of the missing corner. 7. You have to realistic. We don't live in an utopian world, look around, many apartments especially condomium units have lots of missing corner. 8. Of course, there are ways to circumvent - important missing corners. 9. Are you living in a real world or a make believe world? And like the Japanese invasion, I will not be surprised that when you are looking at leaks, most likely they are at the wrong locations. Where you may be looking at leaks from the south .. but the trouble spews from the NORTH. 10. Believe it or not, there is no such thing as a perfect home - unless one tries to built it up from scratch. 11. I have many clients who had lived in the Tropica, and many have upgraded to landed property. And they also have leaks you are so.. so concerned of! 12. If you want you have to conduct your own proper Feng Shui in relation to today and again like in the past, maximise your feng shui luck since this is now Period 8 and the apartment there was built under Period 7. A propery analysis of such things like Flying Stars will yield more fruitful result than whatever fears one may have of missing corners, toilets ... ...
  22. 1. We are all grown-ups or adults. So let's not get cheated by con artists selling such products in the same of something else! 2. The sellers find it very lucrative! Make tons of money at our expense! 3. At our age, we should'nt be conned into believing in such things as these also does not have any scientific basis. WHEN THE BUYING STOPS! THE SELLING CAN! 4. For more on the modern invention of so called commercial products (rubbish):- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commercial_Products
  23. 1. These are modern inventions. 2. Look at it this way: How do you treat all the souvenirs that you had bought. Or a decorative piece? 3. Just ponder over this: Your great-grand parents, grand parents or even your parents don't have such objects. What make so special? 4. The people making it so .. so special are those that laugh themselves to the bank: the sellers of such "rubbish" in the name of whatever Feng Shui! 5. Do you know that these rubbish Feng Shui commercial products are manufactured cheaply. Just check how much you had paid for it. And do you know where all your hard earned money went to? It goes to enrich all these unscrupulous sellers! 6. Morale of the story: These rubbish products are not magical! I would have used the money more fruitfully e.g. simple things like saving for a rainy day or even brining family to a simple mac donald outing etc.. 7. The rich gets richer. and they hardly if ever had seen such RUBBISH! Go visit a filthy rich person's home... they have this silly turtle toad or frog... all these are rubbish! 8. We don't need all these rubbish to run our lives! It is sometimes a little complicated already. 9. Rubbish is thus the in-thing! So say rubbish and get rid of these rubbish!
  24. As this is only a general free advice forum, there will be no specific analysis; if so; since you had read the advice, you have to ask whether you believe in it or to play it safe - take extra caution when you may need to travel on those days.
