  7. Case Study 1A: In general which is more lucky? A Period 9 North (N2) facing or South (S2) facing units? 1. HDB River Peaks I and II only have units that either face N2 or S2. 2. In Period 9, N2 units are generally considered more auspicious as due to the double auspicious #9's at it's frontage (N2). Yellow = N2 facing stacks/units 3. Good news is that this plus Shapes and Forms Feng Shui account for a whopping 70% out of 100% score in evaluating the Feng Shui of a home. Case Study 1B: What happens to the remainder 30%? 4. The remainder 30% or 30 marks out of 30 marks is on how suitable the unit is to the main breadwinner. 5. And the three (3) major considerations are (a.) Frontage, (b.) Kitchen and (c.) Main Bedroom: 6. Once a unit is considered unsuitable to the main breadwinner, often there is no way that the unit can achieve either an A+, A or B+ score. 7. Geomancy.net uses this grading still used by many tertiary institutions to grade their students:-
  8. Case Study 1: The bad news? Some stacks/units facing especially the Chinese Temple + Home for the Aged Sick. Okay not so bad as the Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) acts a a buffer to the Health and Medical Centre. The good news? Okay it is either separated by both the neighbourhood park + road or just a road such as Hougang Street 13.
  9. Case Study: An In-depth understanding of the Frontage of a home. Is it always the main door? Who are the Conservatives & the Modernist. What lead to the Conservatives use of the Main Door only? 1. Who are the Conservatives and the Modernists? 2. An in-depth understanding of why the Conservatives has misunderstood the knowledge passed down by the ancients. https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/16637-an-in-depth-understanding-of-the-frontage-of-a-home-is-it-always-the-main-door-who-are-the-conservatives-the-modernist-what-lead-to-the-conservatives-use-of-the-main-door-only/

  11. Case Study 2: Another temptation? How about a unit facing a park + waterbody + another park? (Higher floors to avoid the slight traffic noise along Tengah Road What a find! "Sounds good, right?" "Can consider?"
  12. Case Study 1: First Looks - Common Green View + Majority no afternoon sun Huh? "I want, I want!" You want? Hmmmm....
  13. Case Study 4: Watch your front! Say again? 1. There is a potential poison arrow from neighbouring HDB Parc Residences block sharp corner aimed towards stack 346. 2. No need to be concerned about "Watching your back" for Stack 215 = No issue since it is the "solid" kitchen wall.
  14. Case Study 3: Facing greenery (common green) + no afternoon sun + better Shapes and Forms (Feng Shui)? Are you implying that units facing such common greenery is good? What do you think?
  15. Case Study - Flying Star Feng Shui Calculations for Kent Heights Kent Heights stacks/units have facing directions of mainly N1, SE2 and SE3:- Below: Various workings...
  16. - = = Final delivery is to the BIN CENTRE = = - Case Study 2: Any issue with living in a development that depends on a Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS)? 1. No, PWCS is not Price Waterhouse Coopers Singapore. LOL 2. Please do a SEARCH in this forum for this topic and there are "scary" stories of the unfortunate abuse of this system. And in some cases lead to two or more years of inconvenience and oh dear! That STINK SMELL! Bright Yellow = Too close for comfort! Light Yellow = What a close shave! Reference resource:- For example, when The Venue (a CDL project).:- This signage (see above) was displayed at the common bin. There are like Twelve (12) cautionary: what not to:- There was a cautionary sign with lots of Don'ts. A while back at The Criterion also by CDL. This notice (User guide) was displayed at the common bin area:- Hopefully, the residents may come to terms to avoid doing all these don'ts:-
  17. Case Study 1: Block 306C Stack 292 and BLock 308C Stack 237 are cutting too close to the Common Bin Lobby. 1. Looks like the two bin chutes: common and recycle seems to sharing the same wall with the stack/units. Yucks! 2. Dread a trail of ants visiting making unwelcomed visits or even worse, making their homes (nests) in one's beloved home! Double Yucks!
  18. Case Study 2: Living near a Common Bin Lobby (CBL)? 1. Do consider when choosing units close to the CBL = Stack #125 and #157
  19. "May be hard to convince those who have it" Case Study 1: Should I buy a unit facing or near a Health and Medical Care Centre? 1. If some of us have some doubts or concerns, this simply means also others may do the same. 2. Sometimes it may be a good thing for units facing the centre. Especially so when these units have unblocked views. 3. Concern also if one choose to sell (re-sale). There goes perhaps the re-sale value.

  21. Good day Master Cecil Lee. My name is [hidden] and I read about your good reviews various times across various feng shui forums. May I ask if you perform residential BTO feng shui audits? How much do you charge for a 5-room flat? Thank you very much.
