  1. Case Study 2: Is it inauspicious to purchase a unit facing a junction? 1. There are two perspectives:- 1.1. Common sense 1.1.1. Around 3 years ago, after a client moved into their unit at Prive (EC) Punggol. 1.1.2. The client told me that at times it was quite scary to hear heavy braking + often metal kissing metal. 1.1.3. What the client wanted to say that there is a higher possibility of accidents occurring at traffic junctions; then say a home facing a road. 1.1.4. He was staying at high floor; yet could still hear all these unpleasant encounters. 1.2. Another is hear-say from someone who says that a runaway vehicle may in a one in a million chance plough towards the "home". 1.2.1. Fortunately, here the home is not a landed property but a unit in the "sky". 2. Some junctions can be "dirty". Dirty in the sense that at sometime or other, if one is unlucky, death had occurred at a specific junction. 2.1. If so, this is not good. Thus could inadvertently invite some malignant into the house.
  2. Case Study 3: Avoid buying a low floor unit that faces the entry/exit towards the development. In this example, stack/unit #410 directly faces the entry/exit into Kim Keat Ripples estate service road. Thus avoid low floors as the vehicles coming into the development can "displace" sha qi towards units like #02-410 and #03-410.
  3. Case Study 2: Male breadwinner purchasing a unit at Kim Keat Ripples + Fire at Heaven's Gate 1. Based on a sample of one of the stacks/units = #430; part of the kitchen and most likely the stove could be located at the inauspicious Fire at Heaven's gate. 2. Do look out for similar or same facing and orientation of the layout. As they might also be affected by the above concern. 3. Learn more about this Fire at Heaven's gate, here: P.S. Coincidentally the above is another estate at Kim Keat.
  4. Dalvey Haus consists of two blocks: 1 block at 3 storey and 1 block of 4 storeys communal facilities and basement car park. A total of 27 units in this small development. Expected T.O.P. is under Period 8: 31 December 2022.
  5. In today's digital communication landscape, it is essential to prioritize meaningful interactions; therefore, individuals should refrain from sending unnecessary messages if there is no substantial purpose. This approach not only enhances the quality of communication but also respects the time and attention of others.
  6. Master , dreaming of cats under the car is it good or bad Many cats generally means wants more freedom..or career change Lol So true woe
  7. Practical approach to Feng Shui...not just NE etc...
  8. You wrote: "Why is the facing based on the window rather than the main door?" Please check out this link:- You wrote: "What are the pros and cons for NE or SE facing?" This depends also on the interior layout. For example, often for even a NE facing unit; one layout has the master bedroom located at say the SE sector. But another layout has instead the master bedroom at NW sector. It is best that a person plot the relevant Flying Star Feng Shui chart and analyse each sector individually in relation to their ba zi...

  10. 1. Frankly, this has more to do with Chinese customs + symbolism. 2. Thus as the above implies, more related to the Chinese culture. 3. Therefore, if one is a non-Chinese, often can overlook this area. 4. In our Chinese customs, it is bad luck for someone to give another Chinese a clock (such as a wall clock) as a gift! Here, it implies that one wants that other person dead, ASAP! 5. Coming back to your question: When we enter a house, a clock facing (us) when we open the main door.. symbolises hope for death.. towards the persons living, there. IN SUMMARY " The text highlights the significance of Chinese customs and symbolism, particularly the negative connotations associated with gifting clocks, which are perceived as symbols of death and bad luck within the culture. It emphasizes the importance of understanding these cultural nuances to avoid unintentional offense. " - Cecil Lee, Geomancy.net
  11. On 3 March 2020 The text highlights a lack of consideration for others, as indicated by the late-night WhatsApp messages from an unidentified Singapore phone number. This behavior underscores the importance of being mindful of the time and its impact on others.
  12. No choice. Had to try it. As Guan’s noodles and the beef kway Teow which were my favourites = both stores permanently closed at this food court.
  13. Most probably the worst fried rice that I had tasted... The rIce meant for the fried rice was mostly uncooked (hard). Vegetables especially the tiny cubes of carrots (raw) not cooked... one bitten, twice shy.. LOL The only thing nice was a few tiny “crystal” prawns... Not worth the $6.80/- for it.
  14. Same food court.. but always snaking queues at the Chinese rojak stall
  15. Vegetarian Hor Fun Healthy with lots varieties of vegetables ...

  18. Yes, on my opinion also, it is a non-issue. Furthermore, Feng Shui does not micro-manage this area. As such designs are pretty common: Based on common sense to cater for the thickness of a standard mattress.
  19. Case Study 3: It would have been nice if the the 2nd MSCP can also act as a buffer between the estate and the Canberra MRT station. I would have liked this 2nd MSCP near the yellow arrow zone...
  20. Case Study 2: An eye-ball look at the layouts of this estate suggests that there are some stacks/units that may be affected by the inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate. 1. What is the inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate? 2. Fortunately, the three specific 3 Generation flats: stacks #307, #409 and #429 facing Sungei Simpang Kiri/Yishun Sapphire with or without including the 3rd generation flat are not affected by the Fire at Heaven's Gate. 2.1. As the kitchen is mainly at West cardinal point:- 2.1.1. In red the whole unit inclusive of the 3rd generation room. 2.1.2. In purple, purely the actual unit less the 3rd generation room.
  21. Case Study 5: Some South facing stacks/units in Ola EC may be affected by the inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate. Learn what it is about?
  22. Case Study 4: Ola Site plan superimposed onto the surrounding map Virtually all stacks facing the road looks towards Sengkang Community Hospital.
