Part 8A: Credit goes to the organizer of this development for strategically placing the Precinct Pavilion (PP) away from the view of any stacks/units. 1. As far as I can remember, this is the sole HDB development this year without any units directly facing a Precinct Pavilion. 2. If you're new here and wondering why it's not ideal? 3. Funeral wakes cannot be pre-planned, so the use of such a pavilion during festive occasions cannot be controlled. Touch-wood! For the Chinese, it is hoped that there is no wake occurring in a pavilion if one's unit is, for example, on the 2nd storey directly facing INTO a pavilion. 4. For this development, stack #358 is the only one closest to the PP. And only low floors may have a view into the PP. However, if one purchases a low floor, such as the 2nd to 5th storey, one may hear religious chants or even religious music played there. 5. On happy occasions, especially a Malay wedding, expect some music, announcements, or even the smell of curries, etc... 6. Low floors of Stack #356 may or may not hear the activities at the PP. Part 8A: Electrical Sub-Station (ESS). Again, the planners did an excellent job in placing the development's ESS on both sides of the IN/OUT. 1. Once more, the ESS in this development is strategically positioned on both sides of the IN/OUT, with no other structures nearby.

Hi Robert! It’s been so many years since we last communicated! I am a paid member of your site from maybe 10 to 15 years back since 1998 and I hope you remember me. I was wondering whether you could send me the link of your website and help me do a feng shui report for my new home here in _______. I moved from California (where are you did a feng shui for my family members and I, to bless our former home). Please let me know if you can help me With my new home. I need to activate my job and career section. I wish you and your brother well, keep in touch!

Case Study: Another consequence of living next to (or near to) the roof-TOP of a commercial building are the various noisy extraction fans and air con cooling towers.. Can hear the daily humming noise from the air con cooling towers and turbine fans/ extraction fans... do hear this.. Please turn in the volume.. IMG_2024.MOV Also applies to mixed development units where there is a mall below the residence blocks... IMG_2017.MOVIMG_2018.MOV IMG_2019.MOV

1. Has to do with symbolism. 2. Warp it in an old newspaper and discard it. 3. No replacement necessary.

Case Study: Type B1 : 3 bedroom + Study = Inauspicious for sink to directly face stove 1. Frankly, in Singapore, architects/designers seldom make the same mistake as in this kitchen layout plan of placing the sink directly facing the stove. 2. My proposal is for the purchaser or if possible, get a few purchasers of this layout design to write to the developer on behalf of all "affected" units to move the sink towards B. Given that table B has a wider width. If so, I am confident that based on the above, it is feasible. 3. In the past, I seen many clients from other developments are able to communicate with their developer on some minor changes. For example, this year, a client did not want to wall-up their store-room. The developer was happy to oblige. Since they even save money by not installing the dry wall for that area! 3.1. As it "affects" three stacks get the developer to get some changes done. I am sure, the rest of your potential neighbours would be glad that this is done. (Whether they know it or not does not matter... Lol) 4. Instead of later, having to do a "costly" modification by many due to such a well-known Chinese taboo/stigma. 5. Feel free to quote this page if you need a reference guide.

1. As mentioned in an earlier message: 1.1 "Visiting actual site next weekend to survey the location, mosque and One Tampines Hub." 2. It has been a while since I been to the area. As the last time was to the AIA office for Feng Shui review. And Tampines DBSS Premiere last year. 2.1. This morning 15.11.2019, passed by in the early hours. But was raining. One Tampines Hub is one huge block... facing the Greenspring site... wanted to understand the site better... 3. Also a few have shown interests in the BTO. Quite a popular site..

15.11.2019 Main Entrance signage up. Expect T.O.P. in a month's time! Subsidiary Proprietor (SP) Owner says: "Let's hope 100 palm trees are planted, here!" Developer's Rep.: "What? Who says there will be 100 palm trees! You Seow (crazy) or What?" SP: "Huh? No 100 palm trees? Developer: "Cannot understand England or what?" Developer: "We promise 100 palms. And what we actually mean is that there will definitely be 100 palm MOTIFS! LOL Not trees, lah!" Developer: "Even the gate already has an actual Palm symbol next to the words 100 Palms.. All blocks and stacks/units also have these PALM motifs!" Ok, this is already 11 Palms... 89 palms to go.. LOL
