Sometimes register for an e-brochure. 3.1. But often even at developer's site even directs to an Agent. 3.2. Understandably the Agent wants to handshake with you only if you want to buy a unit there. 4. Thus all these lead to a delay in the reviews. As often, I can only review when I have also the time.
