Is it bad fengshui when flat facing cross junction
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_145803's topic in General Help
Case Study: Prive Condo @ Punggol Field unit facing the cross junction Accident prone-junction...Punggol Field with Punggol Road... 1. Around three years ago, one of my clients purchased a unit at Prive Condo. 2. The unit is as shown in a red box = "X". 3. Once I visited his family after he had moved-in. 4. He had no problems other than telling me that sometimes.. it can be "quite scary" to hear heavy braking by vehicles and/or on occassions vehicles smashing into each other. 5. Don't you think his explanation has more to do with pure common sense? As one of the reasons not to live facing a cross-junction? -

Case Study: What type of Kuan Yin (Guan Yin) Figurine is suitable to my family? Clear cut that the photo below is that of the metal (gold) element 1. In many instances, one method is via the binding element analysis of the two owners / married couples (Mr and Mrs). 2. For example, Mr A is a Strong Earth person. 2.1. And Mrs B is a Strong Fire person. 3. Their binding element is Metal and Water. 4. Here, I would usually recommend that they get a "Gold" Guan Yin (Kuan Yin) 5. I would strongly recommend an overall white Guan Yin (with a natural face). 6. Some prefer instead a Gold coloured Guan Yin. Still acceptable as this also belongs to the Metal element. 7. A Guan Yin wearing blueish clothings is also acceptable. Although it has more to do with personal taste + less common. And may thus not be as acceptable to some. 8. Case Study 6: Based a a quick random eye-ball search, most likely #17, #41, #539, #543 & #577 might have the kitchen at NW 1. A short write up on Kitchen at NW can be found earlier in this posting thread... 2. Note: This is just a quick sampling and thus not exhaustive. 2. Is this a concern if my unit is one of these: #17, #41, #539, #543 & #577? 2.1. Related resource: Want to have a better understanding of Kitchen at NW? Will it affect me and my family?... -

How to Apply Sleeping and Work Positions
Cecil Lee replied to Ace's topic in Feng Shui Tips & Guidelines
Case Study: Proposed who sleeps where in the master bedroom is not an accident + the application of the Eight House Concept... If you had seen and understood the earlier example, you should be able to comprehend why I placed who sleeps where: Mr close to the bedroom door/toilet door vs Mrs sleeping closer to the windows.. (Below) Option 2: Alternative bed-head direction + who sleeps where... (Below) Applying Ba Zi Feng Shui... -

Locate centre of the house and where is the Cai Wei = Wealth Position?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in General Help
Case Study: Where is the Wealth Position or Cai Wei in my home? 1. (Below) A sample Feng Shui audit applying Flying Star Feng Shui. 1.1. The Cai Wei are in BLUE colour... 1.2. Plot the Flying Star numbers and interpret the combinations of Mountain and Water Stars:- 2. NE = [2] & [8] - "Water Wealth" sector from 2004 to 2023. When at home and especially after a heavy rain. Open windows at THIS SIDE of the house e.g. living room windows / bedrooms. [Where #2 = Mountain Star and #8 = Water Star] 3. East = [7] & [4] - Romance Luck. 4. South = [1] & [7] - Good luck in romance. Very lucky when going out. Prosperous. 5. SW = [8] & [5] - Networking, relationship luck from 2004 to 2023 6. West = [3] & [9] - Good for studies 7. NW = [4] & [1] - Good for sales, going out and business exploration. Will get unexpected wealth. 8. In this sample report, one can see that in some instances, there can be several Cai Wei locations + different kinds of wealth luck (Cai Wei). 9. If the Cai Wei is at this location, most likely it is a coincidence only.. nothing more than that: "As what I know from the Door 45 degree toward corner of the Hall is the Cai Wei(Wealth sector). which Corner? A or B as i stated on the plan or is it true that Door 45 degree toward the corner is a Cai Wei?" Reference resources:- Note: Not all Feng Shui Masters give detailed reports. If in doubt check, first. -

Case Study: Aiyoh! Not too late to change the name to Grand Mangis, lah! La = "That one" in Italian Mala = This word is composed of a combination of two Mandarin characters 麻 = numbing and 麻 spicy (hot). Mala goes together with the word sauce = Mala sauce = this flavours the food with a combination of Sichuan peppers and dried chilli peppers. In recent years, many local food courts and kopitiams sell this dish. Puasa = Malay word for fasting.. Thus this elderly lady calls her new condo: "That spicy one .. so better puasa, instead" Huh? P.S. Si-beh (Hokkien) means "a crude way of describing" Very difficult -
