  1. Part 5: Site Reserved for Electrical Sub-Stations (ESS) 1. Unique to HDB Planation Acres is a large plot of a nearby neighbour dedicated specifically only for many ESS! 2. Although there are no known effects from living near to an ESS, nevertheless, this has more to do with a stigma attached to it. And often it is so difficult to brush this stigma-off. 3. Of course, many would agree that there is no issue. But personally once one is given a choice and also have to place our money to buy a home; I am sure, many of us would think: twice, trice! about doing so. 4. In addition, this may in the future affect one's resale value or even ability to sell such a unit! 5. Although an ESS is often no more than 2 storeys high and the roof line is always flat. 5.1. However, many of the flats within HDB Plantation Acres faces this ESS plot of land. 5.2 And one would assume that it can be both an unusual sight as well as remind a potential future buyer of this contention. 6. Thus why give oneself the hassle of such a concern (if any).
  2. Part 4: Numerology and HDB Plantation Acres: Block 114B Unit #666? Can Buy? 1. Do take note that house Block and Unit numbers has nothing to do with the science of Feng Shui. 2. House numbers has more to do with personal or group preferences. 3. For example this development has Block 114B and unit number #666. 3.1. Some Chinese especially don't like the number "114". As to the Cantonese dialect group, it sounds like "Sure, sure to die". Sometimes this can be rubbed into other Chinese and to some they don't like this 114 be it Block 114A or 114B. 3.2. To some be it Christians or others... may not like "666". 4. Again such numbers are highly subjective. 5. In fact, there are some who even find such numbers lucky for them. Here "One man's meat and another's poison applies". 6. Sometimes, it has more to do with FUTURE resale value. 6.1. I had once a non-Chinese who had purchased Block 4, unit #04-04 in a EC in Rivervale, Sengkang. 7. Thus, it is always wise to take this as one of the considerations why selecting an apartment be it at HDB Plantation Acres or other developments.
  3. Part 3: Common Rubbish Bins / Bin Lobby and HDB Plantation Acres Less than ideal to purchase a unit under the following conditions:- Main door has a view into the common bin lobby = 500, 572, 658, 664, 684 Main door close to the common bin lobby = 502, 624, 660, 662, 698 Main door next to the common bin lobby = 522, 572
  4. There are sufficient past materials on this subject matter in past resources of the 2004 change over from Period 7 to 8.
  5. 1. There are many examples of past Can or Cannot Buy reviews. And many of such reviews will consider the current wealth star of #8 and an understanding of what it will be after 2024 onwards. 2. This is one such example.. where most of the past reviews can be found at close to the bottom of this thread: 3. Please note that although current prosperity #8 is suppose to be exactly between 2004 to 2024. 4. Often, in real life; by around 2021...2022; #9 will often take over and gain strength! As such #8 slowly looses it's wealth luck prosperity and fades... 5. Thus in all Can or Cannot buy reviews, that I have done in the past few years will highlight to the potential buyer what is in store for them after 2021.. 2022... 2023 towards 2043. 6. For example in the above thread on Stirling Residences, one of the reviews was for: Sample Can or Cannot Buy on stack #30 Stirling Residences.... 6.1. This is also a Period NW1 chart. 6.2 Here, I talk about the current wealth star #8: where this Mountain star #8 is at SE. And the Water Star #8 is at NW: 7. I have also highlighted and made comments on the coming prosperity wealth star #9. Where under Period 9, a #9 becomes the current prosperity wealth star and makes the home unlucky... 8. The full review or example is shown above. The home can belong to a specific period as it could be built under Period 8. But wealth lucky will change when it goes into another Period! 9. Thus Flying Star Feng Shui is about "Timely stars".
  6. 1. Yes, it also applies to a female breadwinner but to a lesser extent. 2. Under Period 8: 2004 to 2023, it is correct to say that the current prosperity wealth star is #8. 3. However, on or after 2024 to 2043; this #8 becomes past prosperity. And during this range of period; #9 then becomes the current prosperity star. And #8? becomes the PAST prosperity star. 4. This is why Flying Stars is called “Timely”.
  7. Part 5: Electrical Sub Station (ESS) at HDB Kempas Residences It is good that the ESS is partially facing the entrance towards one of the Boon Keng MRT's entrance/exit. Even if Block 2B stack #39 is closest to this ESS, seems non threating. Especially if one does not purchase units at levels 2 or 3. If so, this is fine or okay.
  8. Part 4: Good that Block 2B stacks #36 and #37 does not directly face the Central Sikh Temple as shown, below:- Above: A section of the HDB sales brochure superimposed onto the onemap streetmap.
  9. Part 6: 1966 Streetmap shows HDB Champions Green (circled in red) was formerly both "ulu" (remote) + virgin land This plot is midway between Mandai Road and Woodlands estate.
  10. Part 5: Precinct Pavilion and HDB Champions Green Best to avoid low floors of the following stacks/units: #171, #191, #193 & #195
  11. Part 4: Sampling of Potential Poison arrow from sharp corner of neighbouring buildings aimed towards a unit:- Please note that the above list is not exhaustive as I simply did a quick glance of Champions Green site plan only.
  12. Part 3: Common Bins / Bin Lobby and HDB Champions Green 1. Best to avoid purchasing one of these stacks/units: #127, #153, #195, #227 & #237 as their main bedroom doors are just too close to the rubbish bin lobby area. 2. In addition, it can also affect future resale value.
  13. Part 2: First Impressions? Wow! Nice name! Champions Green @ Champions Way "We are the champions! LOL" O'Dear! The name just back-fired!
  14. Part 2: Potential poison arrow(s) from sharp corners of neighbouring blocks 1. Please note that this is just a sampling. And not an exhaustive lists of potential poison arrows. (There are lots more of such poison arrows.) 2. The attached is illustrative only... 3. It is inevitable that blocks that are angled 90 degrees in close proximity mighl have potential poison arrows aimed toward another neighbouring stack/unit.
  15. Part 3: Precinct Pavilion (PP) and HDB Kempas Residences It is good that the single precinct pavilion is placed close to the busy road junction. Avoid low floors of stacks #1 and #3 which is directly facing the PP.
  16. Part 2: Common Rubbish Bins and HDB Kempas Residences Stack #29 is sharing the same wall as beside the common rubbish chute lobby. While stack #37 is exactly opposite the common rubbish chute lobby very close to it's entrance. Thus if possible, make these two stacks the "last resort," These photos are actually from the recent Just T.O.P. At Macpherson Spring.. with similarities of the common bins beside one of the units in future Kempas Residences: May most certainly also affect the future resale value of the above unit to the right of the photos. For example: in the future, when it is time to resell the unit and if the potential buyer brings a "Conservative" Feng Shui Master [FSM] for advice.. "wait long long".. as the answer will often be.. "LOOK ELSEWHERE!" To understand who is a Conservative FSM find out more under this link:-.. P.S. Often a Conservative FSM eats and sleeps with emphasis on the main door. And with a view like this.. where the main door is next to the bin centre... Yeah! Good LUCK to ..." LOL!
  17. Part 6: Electrical Sub Station (ESS) and HDB Garden Vale Although some stacks are close-by to the ESS. They are a service road away. And should not be a major concern. Unless one purchase units at #02 which may just look at the flat roofs of these ESS. Again, not a major issue.
  18. Part 5: Precinct Pavilion and HDB Garden Vale 1. Good that the planners place each of the two precint pavilions diagonally opposite side of the development. Call it good "old" school planning. 2. As such few lower unit stacks have a view into the Precinct Pavilion.
  19. Part 4: HDB Garden Vale and Lobby Common Rubbish Bins 1. I believe the planners did a reasonably good job for HDB Garden Vale 2. Not perfect but reasonable given that no unit's main entrance or main door has a view of the common bin lobby or the rubbish bins.
  20. Part 3: Stepped or Jaggered edge border of HDB Garden Vale. Is this FAKE news? 1. One would have thought that the border shared between HDB Garden Vale and it's neighbouring plot would be in a straight or slightly curved line. 2. But if one were to look at the HDB Garden Vale site plan, it is highly noticeable that this border takes a very unusual stepped or jaggered edge profile. Was the planner in a drunk state when he/she drew this site plan? 3. Such stepped or jagged edge shape is unfriendly under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. 4. Imagine if the neighbour is an Executive Condo or Condo. Building their fencing not only costs more.. but may look weird after the built. But if there are ground floor units within this EC/Condo.. good luck to these units! LOL 4.1 This Townmap by HDB confirms the stepped /jaggered edges is for real!:- 5. Why can't the planner do it like this? 6. In addition the Notes seems nowadays to have more and more escape clauses... LOL
  21. Part 2: Site Reserved for a Chinese temple at 8'Oclock of HDB Garden Vale 1. Always seems like a taboo to purchase a unit next to a site reserved for a Chinese temple: 2. Below: A temple can be build following one of these profiles: A, B or C:- 2.1. PROFILE TYPE: B 2.1.1 Most likely we may leave out B given that many temples often do not like to be built based purely on the North/South cardinal points of 0/360 and 180 degrees. 2.1.2 In addition, may be quite awkward as it is like placing a square peg in a round hole. Here, the plot cannot be fully maximised. 2.2. PROFILE TYPE: A 2.2.1 This could most likely be the future profile/outline of the temple. 2.2.2 Here, the temple will be facing SW, sitting NE. In some instances can activate a spiritual portal of : Devil's gate: Devil's front door and Devil's back door. More about this can be found under this link:- 2.2. PROFILE TYPE: C 2.2.1 This profile is equally less likely because of the outline of the plot of land. 2.2.2 A few famous Singapore monastery is aligned in such a profile. 2.2.3 For example: Two of the most famous Monasteries in Singapore: Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery and Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery at Toa Payoh:-
