  1. Just in... The profile of the estate looks more like a barber's shaver:- Did you manage to see a profile of the barber's shaver?
  2. Please note that for a home at a cul-de-sac: Feng Shui (especially) takes into consideration the house in relation to where it is on the cul-de-sac etc.. etc... Frankly, an essay with lots of paragraphs ain't going to help, here: "Only the writer knows what she is talking about". Not the readers...
  3. Le Cresendo visit... a former client upgraded to this development ... Hmmm... not sure if my eyes are failing me... the pool water does not feel appealing to go in for a swim... LOL... Reminds me of swamp water... LOL
  4. Stop over at HDB MacPherson Regency before proceeding to an appointment at Le Crescendo condo...
  5. Recent visit to HDB Tampines GreenWood One of the few HDB estates that have clusters of bamboo trees
  6. Majority of HDB Tampines GreenWood stacks/units either face Period 8 Flying Stars NW3 or SE3.
  7. 1. Feng Shui accounts for only 33.33% of the total luck. The other two areas are: 1. Heaven Luck via Ba Zi and 2. Human or man luck. 2. For some, either they may have doubts about this and/or feel unease of this or get feedback from relatives and friends. Such doubts may be unsettling. And may inadvertently affect the other luck = Human or man luck. 2.1. If one wants to find out more ... then do a search for "Holy trinity of Chinese luck".... 3. Furthermore, when it is time or should one want to sell the home; may even get low ball offers or a situation where someone may bring their FS Master and advice their client not to purchase such a unit. 4. Another common sense factor is the remote situation (TOUCH WOOD) that a unit caught fire. Here, it is not so much of what is bad for the unit (which in itself is bad luck already) but rather, that is why all units close to the lift have half-hour rated doors. To protect people along the common corridor and lifts. Anyway, for many years already, HDB provided all new homes such 1/2 fire rated doors. 5. Although the majority of the concerns in this write-up are for condo developments, however, there is a section on common bins...
  8. Cooling drink on a hot humid day... Rojak... I don’t fancy.. this... however this stall seems to be very popular...
  9. 4 May 2019 A new neighbour ... URA sale site closing bid on 3 July 2019. Thus don’t know the developer or it’s name... most likely with a name including “CLEMENTI something” LOL Took these photos while visiting the recent TOP The Clementi Canopy...
  10. Tender closing on 3 July 2019 for this plot of land on Clementi Avenue 1. Fairly sizeable plot of land. This plot is between HDB Clementi Peaks and The Clementi Canopy. What this translates to is noise and dusts if one’s stack and unit is beside this development. This is the border between HDB Clementi Peaks and this URA Sale site... I am within this plot looking towards the south fringe of HDB Clementi Peaks: I am on this plot or field looking towards The Clementi Canopy:- Panaroma view: extreme left is HDB Clementi Peaks towards the right ... The Clementi Canopy.. a sizeable plot of land
  11. I feel that the common rubbish bin door is kinda of heavy.. but I believe, it can be adjusted... A stylish Icon for rubbish bin.... but still the same for a stack/unit in each block facing it... LOL
  12. 1. In numerology there are 1,000 and 1 formulas. As the result is always 50-50. It is like flipping a coin: Heads or Tails. Another concept is: "One man's meat is another person's poison". Thus for some, a number sounds unlucky, for others it may be neutral or lucky number for them. 1.1. However for the Chinese, especially in Hong Kong and Singapore, this #4 is influenced by the Cantonese dialect group. As we know, Hong Kong prior to the unification of China has the majority of Cantonese dialect group. In Singapore, it is the Hokkiens. Cantonese also has it's influence, here. 1.2. A few years ago, I had a client who had bought a condo unit in Sengkang. They were a Filopino couple. After they had bought the unit, the seller's Real estate agent told them that he had a hard time selling the unit. As it was put on sale for over close to two years! The address happens to be Block 4, unit #04-04! Thus, in Singapore and especially Hong Kong, this has more to do with resale value. 2. Have to do a closer study and the use of some of the following concepts to improve on the Feng Shui of the home:- https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_Marks https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Feng_Shui_Triage https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Fix-the-Leak,_First! 3. Yes, based on Symbolism, the roof-line does seem threatening.
  13. Another nice Mee Pok within Bukit Panjang Community Club: With fish maw or fish bladder and a nice fish ball within it a tender juicy meat ball also. Juicy meat ball within a fish ball... great! Actual location as shown by the red arrow...
  14. I paid a visit to the location on 30 April 2019: The fringe of The Alps estate: The current empty plot of greenery. After which lies Tampines Greenlace (not seen)
  15. This link is helpful. Thank you!
  16. Morning Master Cecil, We considering to have platform bed with storage/drawers for kids rooms and bedframe with drawers for adults, is it ok, acceptable? Thanks Reply: it is acceptable. however, if child is allegic to dusts and dust mites.. see whether can clean or not that's all Got it. Main concern is cleaning.
