  1. Burn incense not compulsory right? (Newly TOP CONDO UNIT) Response: If you are non religious. no need. Anyway, if so, better check with them (Developers representative/facilitator/MA) where to burn. Because, outside the corridor of all unit lobbies got such thing as a smoke detector. If need to burn, then inside your unit and close doors. No need for most people. Other than the religious fanatic
  2. Yes, Appreciate....
  3. Yes, it is possible. Try to flush the table as close to the wall as possible to avoid debris dropping down the edge towards the God. As traditional enclosed altars have a backing behind it. And this does not have one.
  4. Client just bought a Re-sale unit... paid a visit recently... Pilot Floor lights embedded into the flooring. Noticeable in the evenings...
  5. Old Singapore 60 years ago The above video emphasizes the importance of rekindling childhood memories for elderly citizens, highlighting that such experiences can be beneficial for all Singaporeans, regardless of age. This connection to the past fosters a sense of community and shared heritage among generations. +++ Old 1970’s Singapore Map
  6. BY RANKING COMBINED PUNGGOL POINT COVE & TAMPINES GREEN GEM =========================================================== Note: Tampines Green Gem is represented by a "G" in front of the stack number e.g. G While Punggol Point Cove is with a "C" e.g. C1xxx 1ST CHOICE = Cxxxx Cxxxx Gxxxxx 2ND CHOICE = Cxxx Gxx Gxx 3RD CHOICE = Cxx Cxx Cxx Gxxx Gxxxx 4TH CHOICE = Cxx Gxx 5TH CHOICE = Cxx G1xxS G1xxx G1xxx 6TH CHOICE = C1xx G1xx G1xxx 7TH CHOICE = C1xx C1xx C1xx G1xx G1x G1xx G1xx G1xx Gxxx LAST RESORT = CV Cxxxxxx CVxxxxx Gxx GxxxABDEJT GxxxCKT GxxxxCDEH GxxABNPR GxxxAEKT GxxAJKT LEGEND: ======= A = Frontage suitable for Mr xxx & sss: (standing inside the living room facing either NE, NW, West or SW). However, this Compass School Feng Shui is not always the TOP priority as it only accounts for 30% out of 100% points. Thus don't be surprised that stacks/units that are suitable for Mrs = North, South, East or SE may even be ranked higher than these. B = Indirect afternoon sun all year round. Also depends on floor level and whether other blocks/stacks provide some needed shade. For GreenGem no issue for stack G189 as it is only to the service yard area which is considered no issue. Also no issue for Stacks Cxxx, Cxx and Cxx C = Afternoon sun may bathe the master bedroom wall. And hopefully on a sunny day, the heat does not ooze out in the evening making the bedroom very warm unless one can cool down the bedroom. D = Stack Gxxx has a direct view of the Bin Centre (PWCS) at 1st storey. While stack 111 also has a view of the Bin Centre (PWCS). E = Stack Gxxx has a distant view of the vehicle entry and exit of the covered carpark. Stack G157 also has another entry and exit point. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, this is less than ideal also. Most inauspicious is Stack G141 as it is at the immediate vicinity. F = Precinct Pavilion (PP): Directly below Stack Gxx is the PP. Higher units preferred. Plus expect prayers and religious ceremonies (noise) on some occasions. Gxxx & also Gxxx share the same concern, here. Really high floors is preferred. For stacks Cxxx and Cxxx must get high floors to compensate for excellent Shapes and Forms Feng Shui and no direct view especially for Cxxx of the internal of the PP and occasional funeral ... (if any). H = Expect some traffic noise. Higher floors preferred. J = In close proximity of the central rubbish bin. Not perfect but still not a major concern or issue, here. K = However for Stack Gxx & Gxx it is the closest as it is beside the central rubbish bin. thus best to avoid such a stack/unit. Stacks main door with a view of teh central rubbish bins: Gxx Gxx L = The bus bay close-by. Higher floor preferred to avoid noise of the buses stopping and moving off. M = Inauspicious for the Kitchen to be at NW. But especially for stack Gxx, it has good Shapes and Forms that can make this become a minor issue. N = Under symbolism and Poor Shapes and Forms Feng Shui as "curved" road into the stack/unit. High floors preferred for stacks Gxx & Gxxx. Stack Gxxx has no issue, here. P = Sharp corner of stack Gxx aimed towards stack Gxxx. Q = Athough there is no known problems with an Electrical Sub-Station (ESS). But it is more of a stigma of living in close proximity to the ESS. R = Stack Gxxx frontage partially blocked by stack Gxx and with partial view of the service yard area. Stack Gx by G111. Stack Gxx by Gxx. Stack Gxx by Gxx. Stack Gxx by Gxxx. Stack Gxxx by Gxxx. Not that critical. But a consideration that the unit is "sunken in". Sometimes also the reflective glare and partial look into the service yard especially from the Master bedroom window(s) if any. S = Expect around 3 years construction noise if the plot next to the development is being developed. Plus depending on how the blocks are laid, hopefully, it does not pose a poison arrow if any from their sharp corner towards this stack/unit. T = Main entrance door is in full view of the lobby lift(s). There is a stigma attached to such a situation. Actually more to do with common sense. For example, if the main door is opened, those coming in and out of the lift would often get a glimpse of the unit - more of a privacy concern. But if one always close the main door most of the time, is not that of an issue. This is why 1/2 hour fire rated doors are provided for each unit. In the unlikely event of a fire breaks out at such a unit, it does not spill into the lift lobby area. In a future resale, some may have a harder time selling such a unit = due to this stigma. U = No issue with morning sun. V = Close proximity to future temple and/or temple view. W = Unit main door side facing a long corridor. Fortunately, the corridor is not as long as those facing stacks Cxxx and xx which is in fact that of a straight path at the "turn" of a lift. While for stacks Cxx and Cxx there is a "gentle bend" that results in a slow down the sha qi. For example, it is not like stack #Cxx where this stack/unit is in full view once one turns right after getting out of one of the three lifts! Given that the unit has a commanding view of the eastern-direction of the sea, this long corridor is not a major issue as it has very good or excellent Shapes and forms Feng Shui.
  7. This is the first HDB development in SengKang that has dry walls for the interior walls.
  8. Flying Star Charts of Northwave EC As this development is curved, the Flying Star plotting differs greatly for various stacks/units:
  9. 1. Actually the word Petit in French literally means small. 2. For some, it sounds quite odd to name a development "small." 3. Especially for Asians who favour auspicious names. 4. Thus how odd to be staying in a "small" place. Have "small" ambition. Have "small" profits! 5. A successful Asian business person often would steer clear of staying in a "small" place. 6. But wait a minute! The French language is so peppered with colourful expressions or flowery language! 7. For example, in the past, I own a Renault Grand Scenic. By the way they had two models of this Scenic. The base model is a standard 4 to 5 seater car. While this Grand Scenic can sit 7 persons. 8. Thus what Grand means here literally means BIG or Large vehicle. Not so much of what the English language's Grand means to most of us. Where we sometimes consider "impressive and important". 9. Often we hear the word.. this woman has a "Petit Figure!". Here it means "small but beautiful package". 10. And usually a petit figure is a compliment meaning that this woman is not "huge" but rather slim and perhaps.. sexy! ======== CARICATURE ========== Look, here my man is a shorty! And his play-thing is so tiny! No thrill! If you know what I mean... But I am different! I am Petit! And yes HOT, HOT, HOT!

  16. Petit Jervois by SC Global About to demolish the current flats = Jervois Gardens. The main access is via Jervois Road. While these photos were taken on a new connection road for Princes Charles Crescent. Good for both The Crest and Principal Gardens condo as no need to depend only on the Alexandra View/Jervois Lane links. Have still kept in contact, a previous client at Jervois Gardens. Will be doing a Feng Shui audit with him.
  17. President Xi Jing Peng of China said: . When I was a small child , I was very selfish, always grab the best for myself. Slowly, everyone left me and I had no friends. I didn’t think it was my fault but criticise others. . My father gave me 3 sentences to help me in life. . FIRST DAY: One day, my father cooked 2 bowls of noodles put the 2 bowls on the table. One bowl has one egg on top and the other bowl does not have any egg on top. He said ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want”. Eggs were hard to come by those days! Only get to eat eggs during festivals or New Year. Of course I chose the bowl with egg! As we started eating. I was congratulating myself on my wise choice/decision and wallop up the egg. Then to my surprise as my father ate his noodles, there were TWO eggs at the bottom of his bowl beneath the noodles ! I regretted so much! And scolded myself for being too hasty in my decision. My father smiled and sad to me, ”My child. You must remember what your eyes see may not be true. If you intend on taking advantage of people, you will end up losing!” 2ND DAY: The next day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles: one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. Again, he put the two bowls on the table and said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want?” This time I am smarter. I chose the bowl without any egg on top. To my surprise, as I separated the noodles on top, there was not even a single egg at the bottom of the bowl! Again my father smiled and said to me, ”My child, you must not always rely on experiences because sometimes, life can cheat you or play tricks on you. But you must not be too annoyed or sad, just treat this as learning a lesson . You cannot Learn this from textbooks. THIRD DAY: The third day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles, again one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. He put the 2 bowls on the table and again said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do you want?”. This time, I told my father, ”Dad, you choose first. You are the head of the family and contributed the most to the family. ”My father did not decline and chose the bowl with one egg on top. As I eat my bowl of noodles, Sure in my heart that there is no egg inside the bowl. To my surprise! There were TWO eggs at the bottom of the bowl. . CONCLUSION: My father smiled at me with love in his eyes, ”My child, you must remember! When you think for the good of others, good things will always naturally happen to you !” . I always remember these 3 sentences of my father and lived and do my business accordingly. True enough, my business was a roaring, success. . Xi Jing Peng
  18. This is how a TOP class landscaping looks like... One might say they are not the same. But the same principles can be applied. LOL A snapshot of what Principal Garden looks like. Clean lines. Others including The Trilinq and lots more... Passive safe grounds... not the ridiculous roller coaster landscaping full of hidden pit falls of The Visionaire! Even PARC Life also an EC also has similar clean looks as these photos... Thus, no excuse to say “don’t compare” or it cannot be done. If so, it is considered a lame excuse.
  19. A nice stroll around the development.. Using the wired call system. One thing I don't like the FERMAX was the "scary" sound it makes when a call comes in. Seems like FERMAX nowadays updated to the digital version with a combo HID card access module incorporated into the system. More: Blocks are on "stilts" similar to The Foresque at Choa Chu Kang. Canal and PCN:-
  20. Pool steps .. navy blue tiles, not perfect. But can live with it. Given that the pool tiles are of lighter blue colours. Green algae if any is easier to spot... Unlike the dark greenish pool tiles used especially at The Topiary and more.
