Renovation-Period 7 House change to Period 8 House
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_120062's topic in General Help
1. This is based on the assumption that one current is within 1984 to 2003. Or rather, we could now be in the Year 1984 not 2019. 2. Thus in 1984 to 2003; #7's will remain the 20 year reigning stars. And during that period again 1984 to 2003. The mountain star (MS) and water star (WS) #7's are the current prosperity wealth stars for THAT period only. 3. Today in 2019; even if your home's chart is a Period 7 chart; however, TODAY, these #7's are in this period called "Past Prosperity" stars. 4. And again, TODAY, since we are now in Period 8, these #7's turned inauspicious. 5. In Period 8, assuming your house uses a Period 7 chart, one should instead be looking at where the MS and WS #8s are in the chart. 6. These are now the Current Prosperity stars. In essence, the Period 7 chart will not change. But the definition of the stars such as #7, #8, #9 and #1 will change their definition 6.1. For example: Between the period 1984 to 2003: #7 = Current Prosperity #8 = Future Prosperity (usually range from 2 to 5 years) #9 = Future, future Prosperity (usually range from 6 to 10 years) Between the period 2004 to 2043: #7 = Past Prosperity #8 = Current Prosperity #9 = Future Prosperity #1 = Future, future Prosperity -
Q: Does it matter if the house is under whose name? So it’s like legally one person’s name but the fengshui is under my hubs and my bazi? Reply: Earth luck is about Feng Shui. Thus if one will be staying there, one can be affected by Earth luck. Feng Shui cannot be done by remote control. Thus if one does not stay there, one will not be affected by the earth luck of another home!

Renovation-Period 7 House change to Period 8 House
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_120062's topic in General Help
Usually, this would normally not on it's own change into a Period 8 house. Please take note that although Period 8 is from 2004 to 2023.. in reality, it does not stay exactly or Period 8 does not expire exactly on the dot at end of 2023! Usually, from past experience, Period 9 starts around 2021.. 2023 thereabouts. Thus if you are technically trying to benefit from a Period 8 or have studied the chart of Period 8, please note that especially Period 8's #8 will become Past prosperity pretty soon...as it will last roughly only around 2 or 3 more years to GO! Therefore around 2021.. onwards even if the home changes to Period 8, wealth stars will change! As the Period 8 stars will become Past prosperity..... -
I am always afraid of this... once a person post such a question.. it opens a flood gate for everyone to ask similar question.... Immediately.. the next day... this comes in... Dawson... Hope everyone understand, not possible for me to answer such micro level Feng Shui questions ..... For example, assuming there are 800,000 sites. Each site has perhaps on average 3 blocks of flats and many stacks.. then there are a few million blocks ... I really cannot look at so many... All it takes of users is to post: Any information on... blah blah blah... Who is going to ..... locate or view the site plan, analyse and reply?

Hi Cecil, hope you've been well ?! Q: Wanted to check with you regarding our dining table. You mentioned in our house layout plan that our dining table should preferably have 4 legs, can I ask if the picture below is considered 4 legs or 2 legs? 1. Ideally it should be 4 legs. More to do with common sense. As often the four pillars would be at the edge of 4 sides of the table top. 2. Thus provided it is built solidly, it will not topple down due to centre of gravity concerns especially if it is one leg. 3. The table shown above even makes the table more destructive proof. Thus a blessing in Japan. Where the Japanese can always hide below the table ... in a 7 to 9 earthquake. 4. As the table looks solid, it fits the common sense concept. But in practise, hard to clean.... below the table due to the additional support so close to the floor.

These are some considerations: 1. Over just the last three years, I have at least 5 requests for Can or cannot buy at The Peak @ Balmeg to look at the Feng Shui before my clients decide to whether to buy a unit at this development. 1.1. Out of the 5 clients, 3 of them eventually settled on the purchase of a unit there. 2. Common concerns:- A. All Five decided to call upon a Feng Shui Master (FSM) as they were concerned of this development which is next to Haw Par Villa. Perhaps on a normal circumstance, many would not have engage a FSM if not for this concern. B. Two who had purchased a unit there AVOIDED purchasing a unit next to or near to or have a view of Haw Par Villa (HPV). The third, was also concerned as some of the openings (not frontage) faces Haw Par. However, it has external views of the walk-way and part of the greyish theatre wall. Eventually, the third couple purchased a unit there. 3. Thus one may share the same fate if having purchased a unit there and later, during a resale, many potential buyers are equally concerned like my clients, above. 4. Frankly, this boils down to a "stigma" associated with such a development. Even if there is really nothing "evil" about the place (HPV). P.S. Anyway, in my opinion, the only condo that is 200 metres along Pasir Panjang Road is this development LOL or the smaller Sea Suites...

Based on the site plan there is no noticeable Sha Qi or poison arrow aimed towards block 808 unit 05. Instead, the ones that may have to be concerned are block 808 stacks 03 & 04.

Frankly, it would be good if you have a simple sketch. Thanks

Q: Yup I agree, now as it is , very convenient to serve food from kitchen to table Reply: Again, such things are based purely on common sense. You have to weigh .. the considerations... Especially, if one likes to serve hot soup ... or hot plate stuff... then better think twice... (Appended: chances of spilling hot soup etc.. is much higher.. given that the dining table if swopped would be twice the distance away! And or clashing with someone walking by the living room area) Q: But just curious about the grandmother take if ceiling fan above dining table.... what about it? If you have visitors to your home. Some comment that no good to have fan above the dining table. To them, "YOUR FOOD BECOMES COLD" Inauspicious lah! Again common sense... if meant to serve "steaming" hot food, then switch off the fan. And tell them.. mind your own business, lah... When serve hot dishes.. I will not use the fan... MYOB.. Mind your own (Bloody) business... this is my house. I stay here, you don't lah..

Another common sense consideration is that serving food would now be further. Given that the kitchen is beside the living room. And in order to bring food to the dining table, one has to walk past the living room sofa area. No issue for a large home. Good news, here is that if some family members prefer to seat on the sofa.. to eat.. (traditionally not the case); then this is an "advantage". Again this is not Feng Shui = common sense. Lastly, technically ceiling fan above dining table is still no issue. More to do with stigma or "grandmother tale" of no good, lah

Hi Cecil. I just went to my new neighbor house beside us. They have the sofa/seating area in front of the lift and the dining area in the hall, looks very spacious. Can we do the same? Any negative impact geomancically? More to do with common sense: When one enter the main door and or from the living room sliding door, in this case, we will now encounter the dining table. Thus if one's dining table is messy .. cluttered .. then first-impressions count. Fortunately, your currently your living room and dining is raised one level high. Thus even if one dines at the front (living room side) not many outsiders can see dinner or lunch time nor see the type of food you are eating.. If living room is facing the lift, is good if visitors enter the lift (instead) and when it opens to 1st level, towards the living room. This good. As usually living room areas are no matter how .. won't be that untidy (if any) Thus based on the above common sense reasoning, you can do so. However, based again on common sense, now, your eye-sight would be "facing" the glare .. unless the sunlight is controlled. If looking towards the glare .. that of the pool side (west side)... family members may as a result have to wear thicker glasses (if any)... As one can see.... the above has more to do with common sense, here and there. But many just conveniently just lump this as Feng Shui.
