The Bridge Retail @ Cambodia in Phnom Penh The Bridge Retail @ Cambodia jointly developed by a Singapore company spots a typical safe rectangular design. The development is based on rectangular lines thus representing the earth element. One of the most stable forms of design. The building is similar to that of many other designs found along Jurong East Central eg. JEM or Westgate. In a recent article, I wrote about Hotel Royal which was built in the 1970’s. The frontage shares some resemblance of it. Even if that builiowas already close to 40 plus years:

China welcomes overseas Chinese who can prove their ethnicity.. The new policy, which takes effect from February 1, is an improvement on the current one-year multiple-entry visa for this group. Foreigners of Chinese origin with residency will be able to extend the period of their stay from three to five years. The changes, announced by the Ministry of Public Security last week, are expected to attract more overseas ethnic Chinese people to do business or live in China, according to the authorities. This is indeed a win-win situation for everyone! Source:

In this depiction of a HDB 5-bedroom flat, it is less than optimal for the stove to be positioned at the location marked "A". In this scenario, one must exercise caution regarding the wind vortex. The wind can either extinguish a flame stove or direct the heat towards the kitchen entrance. Furthermore, the stove should not be oriented towards the sink as illustrated here:-

Hotel Royal 4 star hotel with outdated designs
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
Hotel Royal in 1975 In the 1980’s, the hotel underwent expansion...and more squarish. Then Catholic High school was located nearby.. -
Hotel Royal an old establishment at Newton ... the external facade remained the same as in the 1970’s. While other hotels with the same type of facade such as Mandarin hotel and Hilton had already upgraded theirs many years ago.. Thus no wonder it only has 4 star rating This facade with its iconic murals remains unchanged since it opened And the nearby Hakka Methodist Church

Case Study: Another type of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) = conCAVE towers at Duo 1. In my opinion, Shapes and Forms Feng Shui does not look favourable towards concave tower blocks. 2. On the contrary, there is no issue if the tower blocks are the usual convex design or the circular design. 3. Majority of many building towers allow excess qi or wind to flow away or distribute more smoothly away from the surface area of the tower:- 4. What about horse shoe design? 4.1 Horse shoe design buildings although do have some concave areas, however, the difference is that the concave areas are "protected by the outer shell of the horse shoe design. This resource was done for CDL prior to the launch / sale of The Tropica condo in the past:- https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/site-review/the-tropica-condominium/the-tropica-singapore 5. Contrast to Duo (above) and the illustration, below:- [Note: This is for illustration purposes only and in no shape or form an image of Duo. Other than the resemblance to the concave sides of the building!] 5.1. Wind flow by the RED arrows shows that excess qi or wind is unable to flow off the surface of this concave "shell". 5.2. Invisible sha qi as shown can be seen to be able to "penetrate" into the building as shown by the yellow zone. 5.3. Or rather, those seated along the yellow zone would face the greatest impact of such a sha qi. 5.4 This can lead to many health concerns for office workers in this development. Take care! If your company is trying to upgrade to buildings... do not take this lightly... 6. In addition, did you notice that the surface area of each of the window areas has this distinctive pop-up shape. 6.1. It would have been better if such surfaces are smooth to further reduce the sha qi or allow some of the sha qi to be channel out instead of being trapped at the concave surfaces! This ceiling looks more like a nuclear reactor core..

Part 1: Feng Shui of Commonwealth Towers Condo
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in General Help
Commonwealth Towers Just T.O.P. Some units in this development has a main door facing the staircase cum household (bomb) shelter. Not ideal, but as there is a requirement that the staircase door has to be closed: thus the main door should never face the stairs directly. As it is inauspicious to do so: -
Footnote: I used this bulb for a while. Unfortunately it did not last that long. A mere two months and it went dead. I understand that as fast as it came into the market.. it totally disappeared also... A real disappointment ..
