Frankly, air wells are nothing new. In fact, I can immediately recall this HDB development such as blocks 584, 585, 596 etc... There are many HDB estates with such similar characteristics. Although many don’t even realise this. For example: Eunos Tenaga Ville, Eunos Damai Ville, shows some vague resemblance to such airwells. Eunos Spring also bears this resemble abit a much larger scale: as it involves many blocks instead of one single block: which of course seems more pronounced! For example, please take a look below:- Blocks 132, 135, with 133 and 134 and more pronounced are a combination of 128 with 127, 130 and 131 makes a large “air well like” development. In general, for Eunos Spring and there are lots of these scattered all over the island, air wells surrounded by other air wells... In addition, the architects in the past had done this: such as the prewar closed courtyards. And tightly packed terrace houses with internal airwells etc..

A murder cum suicide at Q Bay Residences. A 35-year-old woman was found dead at block 3 Tampines St 86 (Q Bay Residences) on 1st May 2018. The other also 35 years old: a male person (her Husband) was found injured with multiple stab wounds in their unit. The man later succumbed to his injuried and passed away at Changi General Hospital. They were a married couple, who are believed to be Filipino. The couple’s only child, a 14 year old, reportedly witnessed the fight and was found in the unit. Apparently the woman fell down from her condo unit.

HDB Northshore Edge BTO launched November 2017

This is just a hypothetical illustration. Taken from One Sims Lane building. Some HDB drop off rooflines are as pronounced as this semi circular arc. It can be come a potential Sha Qi or poison arrow if the “blade” points towards a unit’s living room windows or bedroom windows. Note: this is not found in this estate. I am just giving an illustration, that’s all. -

In my opinion, the main road you mentioned is really not a “main road”. But rather this is the estate’s road or commonly referred to as a service road. Often a main road leads to a service road. And as the name suggest; the service road is a means to “service” the estate. Since this is not a main road, there is relatively no concern. Unless the government decides to hold a rally much like the formula one. Then again, this is not plausible in this estate. Low floors especially 1st (void deck?) and 2nd storey should be avoided because of the concern (if any) of poison arrow(s) if any from a pedestrian walkway or even that of the drop-off point. But looking at the siteplan, highly unlikely, here. More likely traffics noise for this stack, may be heard more from the living room / bedroom side. This some might prefer higher floors. Generally 5th storey is in my opinion a fair level. Of course, higher is preferred. Not withstanding more money (costs). -
First Time Open Door Procedure for new or re-sale home

No harm placing close-by to the former stove or if the previous stove space is still a table TOP, can place it at the former stove position. Look at it this way: Many new "owners" of new HDB flats have kitchens with only the flooring done. Here, many have placed these items roughly at a spot in the kitchen which they felt could be the location of a potential stove. -
Shifu, Kong Meng San is launching new niches for couples. It is one level below my grandparents. [Name hidden] and I are thinking of getting one couple niche for ourselves. May I know if it is best for the niche to be located in or facing NW, since NW is the direction of Heaven's Gate? Many thanks Reply: Once cremated = neutral or ashes to ashes. No difference whether it is NW or other facing. Or even which level the niche is. As for level usually many prefer table height so that they can make offerings with a table = height. That's all. So long as no direct afternoon sun. Like your photo(s) is okay. Please don’t rely on this price list. It may be outdated.. if unsure.. please check with source:

Yes, very likely. However, it depends. If it is aimed towards a window; drawing a day curtain permanently is a possible solution. If aimed towards exactly at a wall; then no issue. If balcony... -
