A. In my opinion, this is based on perception!
The key essence I believe is that it really:
1. It looks shiny
2. Silver on a shiny surface looks "metallic"Then of course, if we were to seek opinion; from not only just myself; but be it your friends or on the collective whole... I believe that many will echo that to them is metallic thus? METAL element.
Frankly, there may be others who say that silver looks greyish. Thus to this group, perhaps they argue that because it looks greyish. To them it belongs to the WATER element.
For a fridge: many fridge are spray painted silver + a glossy look.
Thus, one can use this argument: Silver paint + GLOSS finsh and go for this argument. BUT, it is no point convincing those who have made up their mind and say otherwise. Thus even if "a person were to argue until the cows come home" how to convince some or any at all.It is just like GOLD. If one were to use curtains and some curtains may not be shiny.. instead of saying that GOLD = Metal.
Some will argue that the curtain looks YELLOWISH. Thus to them Yellow = Earth Element.B. Please THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!
Let's say if one is half-hearted and sitting on a fence.
Can't I say this:"Frankly, what is wrong if I argue that the car's paint belongs to a combination of METAL-WATER element?"
C. For example in the Science and art of Strategic Management: And looking into works by Michael Porter of Harvard etc...
There is such a thing as:
1. The Industry one is in.
2. My job specification in this industry.
Thus if I work for BMW; and the car industry is in the manufacture of cars. This car manufacture core business is METAL element.
And if I work as a Public Relations Manager in BMW: my core job specifications is considered as Fire element. Can you fault me if I say that my job has to do with METAL-Fire element?
In Ba Zi: we have:
1. Career related to WEALTH
2. Career related to POWER and Authority
3. Carrers that are suitable but not fantastic.
Can't I be in a career with WEALTH. And my wealth element is Fire?
And even better! If the industry I am in is my POWER and AUTHORITY? = METAL?

99.9% of food establishments frequently showcase appetizing roasted chicken on their signage.
However, this chicken rice stall aimed to stand out!
In reality, individuals with sensitive dispositions might feel uncomfortable when confronted with live chickens; for some, this could be off-putting, especially when placed alongside cooked meat.
What about you? If you are comfortable with this, that is perfectly acceptable! It indicates that you do not possess a sensitive nature in this regard.
P.S. Two pairs of male and female chickens: Roosters and hens x 2

Case Study: A development such as this often has a bin centre. Often the bin centre is along the access road/main road.
1. For this development, the bin centre although is at basement 1, is in close proximity to Block 22. And the closest stack is #06. The other closest stack is #05.
1.1 Furthermore, often units next to the entrance / guard room very often are the last to be sold especially the lower floor units. (With the exception of heavily discounted pricing - touchwood.. this is often the last thing the developer wants!)
Case Study: Each block also has shared common central rubbish bins on each storey. Before signing on the dotted line, always insists on looking at an actual block plan.
2. Thus I would ask the agent to obtain the block e.g. Block 22 and examine exactly where the common bin chute is.
2.1 I would personally not want to buy a unit with the bin chute just beside the main entrance of that unit.
2.2 Not only that after 5 years, some have a hard time selling such a unit.
2.3 Or if so may have to give further discount in order to clinch a sale (re-sale) of the unit.
2.4 Note: This is not from Rivercover residences EC. But a sample from ANOTHER development:-
2.5 In fact, should get a better layout with the exact block and each of the four units to understand the central rubbish bin.
2.6 Please be careful! Some developments like this one has TWO (2) yes! TWO bins. Often one bin is for common rubbish. And another can be for Recycling.
2.7 All new HDB flats taht T.O.P. recently are fitted with both a common and recycling bins. HDB can afford to place these two bins side-by-side.2.8. But in an EC or condo, if two bins are needed; then often one could find each bin similar to that of the Hillion Residences at Bukit Panjang.

Flying Star Feng Shui
Blocks 20, 22, 26 & 28 - Are N2 or S2 facingFor the above blocks:-
Stacks 01, 02, 07, 08, 11, 12, 13 & 14 have facing directions of N2 facing.
Stacks 03, 04, 05, 06, 09, 10, 15 & 16 have facing directions of S2 facing. Do take note that some of these stacks may be afflicted by an issue of "Fire at Heaven's gate". Where kitchen may be at NW sector.
Blocks 30, 32, 34, 36, 37 & 40
Are either NW3 or SE3 facing units

Case Study: Shapes and Forms (Symbolism) inFeng Shui and Rivercove Residences EC
1. It is remarkable how our brain perceive objects. If the site plan were to be placed as follows, don't you think this reminds one of a pistol?
2. On the other hand, if the site plan shown, below. One often recognises a sock or a boot instead (Remember Italy's boot?):-
2.1 For me, I can even visualise a third symbolism (A tick or a pass):-
2.2 The above symbol is easily recognisable. Thus, I don't need to mention it. It is an auspicious symbol. No need to create an auspicious 8 block plan like some developments.
2.3 I think the developer may even if reading this, use it to boost their sales? As they can finger ... a certain geomancer ... says this is a good sign.. hehehehe..
2.4 Maybe future residents, here can do a GROUP BUY of...... Nike shoes! Hahahaha! Remember, can also chip me in on your group buy: Guys and Gals?3. The good news is that the planners did a remarkable job in planning the ten (10) blocks in this development.
3.1. As well as each of these blocks are of the "proven" point-block type of flats.
3.2 A variant of those mid-1970's HDB 5 bedrooom type of blocks.
3.3 These blocks are considered safe design as this allows qi (chi) to circulate more evenly throughout each block even if each of the 5 blocks have a siamese twin (not stuck together) but a small gap between them is acceptable, here.
4. The only slight concern is Block 32's close proximity to Block 26. Where Block 32's stack 21, 22 and 23 may have poison arrows (IF ANY) aimed towards Block 26's stack 11, 12 or 13 (IF ANY). Those looking at Block 26 stacks 11, 12 or 13 should be more concern of this consideration (IF ANY).

Case Study: Confirming the accuracy of the sales brochure with actual street map from onemap.sg or Can I rely on the sales brochure site map's accuracy?
1. Blocks 30 to 40 runs parallel with the site, I have taken the liberity to first do an initial check with onemap.sg:-
2. Blocks 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 and 40 seems to be facing either 333 degrees = NW3 or SE3 (153 degrees).
I took a copy of the sales brochure and independently ploted the compass directions:
2. The good news is that the actual Sale brochure compass directions shows 150 degrees and 330 degrees respectively.
3. Thus there is only a small tolerance of 3 degrees difference. Here the earlier onemap shows 153 and 333 degrees respectively.
4. These degrees are well within the comfort margins of either a NW3 or a SE3 compass directions.
5. This means a high confidence level with these readings. And the compass readings on this sales brochure can be trusted.
6. In this development stacks 17. 18, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 39 & 40 face NW3 facing direction.
6.1. While stacks 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 31, 32, 35, 36, 37 & 38 face SE3 facing direction.

This is what your potential new home looks like and it's surroundings in the 1954 colonial map of Singapore:-
In 1954, there was a road known as Jalan Tongkang Pechah. What remains of the road was demolished. And today, part of this road is within Seletar Springs condominium.
Why was this road named: "Jalan Tongkang Pechah?"
In the past, Sungei Punggol or the banks of this river was the remains of broken tongkangs. Thus the name Tongkang = boat and pechah = broken in Malay.
Today, the last Kampong in Singapore is still there. But perhaps in a decade or two.. maybe no more.
This is also how HDB Buangkok Edgeview gets it's name. As in the past, see map, there is a road : Lorong Buang Kok where this development resides today.

Have you ever explored the historical background of Balestier Road?
Novena MRT & Novena Square were previously located on a Jewish cemetery. Alternatively, Balestier Hill Shopping Centre used to occupy a Chinese cemetery.
Novena Church was constructed on the site of a former Chinese monastery.
Here is a map of Singapore from 1954: -
Presently, Kamgpong Chia Heng road has been replaced by Irrawaddy Road, which now connects Balestier Road directly to Thomson Road.
Next to the former Thomson Road Police station stands the Thomson Medical Centre. Novena MRT and Novena Square were once located on a Jewish cemetery, while Balestier Hill Shopping Centre was built on a Chinese cemetery.
Additionally, Novena Church was constructed on the site of a former Chinese monastery.
This information is based on a 1954 map of Singapore.

Did you know, or for those who are remaining in the vicinity, that there exists a Muslim cemetery situated between Frankel Estate and Opera Estate?
Let us take a journey back in time to the year 1954:-
The cemetery was formerly referred to as the Mohammedan cemetery. In contemporary maps, it continues to be depicted merely as a Muslim cemetery.
The cemetery remains in existence today!
It is located south of the Flamingo Valley condominium and to the west of the Elite residences.
Since 1954, the cemetery has existed for at least 60 years or more.
Currently, Siglap Road connects to Fidelio Street, providing additional access routes to and from the Opera Estate.
Historically, as Opera Estate was situated at a lower elevation, it was susceptible to flooding many years ago.

Personally, I have been to your Block/stack a few times when the development had T.O.P.
Although it is right next to ____ and a ____ near the project, frankly, these aren't exactly next to your block/stack.
However, there is always a bias or stigma associated especially if they have not been to your development and simply read your posting.
As much as we see, Geomancy.net has great web presence built up over the years and is seen as one of the SG market leaders in residential house audit.
