Waterway Cascadia Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans waterway-cascadia.pdf 1. HDB Waterway Cascadia Just T.O.P. 2. In my opinion, Punggol is like a mini-Singapore island. 2.1. This is because bulk of Punggol stretches from the East e.g. fringes like FLO Residences / Waterwoods / HDB Sundial. 2.2. Frankly, I personally prefer this stretch i.e. the "land of the rising sun". And we find Katong and Tanjong Katong. 2.3. With the correct unit; one typically enjoys the morning sun. 3. HDB Waterway Cascadia including HDB Punggol Opal, Topaz are at the western most part of Punggol and the division is that of the Sungei Punggol ... 3.1. HDB Waterway Cascadia is at the "land of the setting sun". And closes names that actually refers to this seems depressing names like "Sunset way"; Sunset place., sunset close / drive etc... 4. I took many photos of the bicycle park because; what impresses me is that this developer actually buried the usual 4 bolts each! into the ground. Unlike similar bicycle racks at the new Compassvale Mast / Choa Chu Kang etc.. that had 4 bolts each. 4.1 Imagine, that new bicycle that one trustingly has... locked to these frames. All it takes is just a few minutes to unbolt 4 bolts x2 and that bike goes missing forever!

1. If one were to use an EMF meter; often all LED TV sets have an extremely high or exceeding 20+ milliGAUSS. If exposed long, this is unhealthy. 2. Coupled with the fact that many new condos in Singapore has dry-wall plastering (gypsum boards) for most bedrooms. 3. Thus, we do not want a situation... just imagine if this layout plan (see attached) has one bedroom turning on the TV set. And especially if it is a dry-wall; the EMF may leak from Master Bedroom to Bedroom 2 - if a TV set is mounted at the "wrong position" on the wall. 4. Each TV manufacturer and even different TV models may differ in where the highest EMF radiation are .... it depends on the architecture of that TV design.

Currently, very busy and oversee overseas projects. Recently, I just came back from Indonesia. And reviewing many others all over the world. 1. Location, location and location 2. Applying Flying Star Feng Shui for the property. For example; for my personal homes; I would always look at the Period e.g. 2004 to 2023 and especially for me find a home that has double auspicious #8's at the frontage. And remind myself that "forms (Shapes and Forms = Location x 3) prevails over this. 2.1 Personally for me, I don't think too much about how is the house's Feng Shui looks like in 2023 onwards. For the simple reason, that if I have the money; I can always sell this unit and buy another one. 2.2 Another personal preference is that all my life I have never stayed in a re-sale home. Frankly, because of my mum's preference. So, I do not need to worry too much of where the #9's are at say around 2022 .. to 2024 onwards... 2.3 A little side-track: My mum never wants a home that does not have a built in rubbish chute. And her priority is also that the home owner is entitled to 1 : 1 carpark. 3. Personally, my personal buy is based on just to Paragraphs : S/no. 1 and 2. above. 4. For those who may be planning to keep the unit on or after 2024 onwards... should consider the coming prosperity wealth stars #9's and where they are location. 5. This was because; I remembered clearly.. the year was 2002. In that year, I was flooded with SOS calls to audit existing-lived in homes. 5.1. And after a while it was a routine... when I audited these homes and they were Period 7 NW2 - NW3 facing units. 5.1.2. This was because then, these Period 7 homes were within 1984 to 2003. 5.1.3. A Period 7 NW2 / 3 home: Has the auspicious MS#7 star at it's frontage. Which represents the current prosperity and networking relationship luck. And the WS#7 was at the rear of the unit. But the ticking "time-bomb" was that usually TWO years before the change over e.g. 2002... 2003 to 2004 (Period 8) NW2/3 has the auspicious water wealth star #8 at the centrepoint of these homes. And most of these flats have a common toilet at this area or an enclosed space. Thus, when the clock strikes "2002" ... I received calls especially the husband got retrenched / lost his job or facing lots of hurdles. Not only it affects careers. But this lucky #8 in Period 8 stuck at the centrepoint means LITTLE or no luck for the family! The good news is that if one can "tahan" (Malay term) for if one can ride over this "crisis" usually a few years later e.g. 2005 onwards.. the effects are not that "fatal" as during the 2002, 2003 and even 2004 years for them. Here, this is why sometimes we see how come the business was so good on this side of the road. And 10 years later... it is the opposite... Frankly, this has more to do with common sense and financial strength and lots other non-Feng Shui related concerns. If the development is not a freehold; and for now far away from good transport especially next to MRT; more concern with resale value. Not for now; since Singapore is flooded with citizens becoming minorities. Another reason is that many with purchasing power would prefer to buy a brand new home e.g. from HDB (1st choice) than to purchase it from the open market as their first home. Unless other reasons: prime locations or near to parents etc... As for Eight House concept? If it is me personally, this is not my main priority. I classify this East/ West house thing as "NICE-to" and not a "MUST-have". More important is to try to avoid nasty flying star numbers such as #5 = misfortune and #2 = sickness or a combination of both in the master bedroom or another bedroom. Thus, if it is me: I would consider as mentioned previously the above Paras 1 and 2. Plus this paragraph. There are no perfect home. And even if one builds a home; there is still some compromise to make it at most 90.999 percent excellent. And the concept of the "bell curve". Please do a search for this term in this forum ... Best of luck in your house search. Many have simply brought their whole family for viewing of a completed or resale.. and this is one of the most important "litmus test" as it is not possible to seek advice on each home one intends to buy from a geomancer.

HDB Buangkok Woods and the location of it's precinct pavilion. Precinct pavilions are where on occasions solemn occasions may be held. For example a deceased coffin and maybe religious rituals are performed at these locations. It is ideally, not to have a unit that can see into the precinct pavilion. For example, such as happy occasions like on Chinese New Year. Best to avoid low floors @ Block 994B 325, 327 & 329 as these stacks are close-by to the precinct pavilion. Please see attachment.

Buangkok Woods Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans buangkok-woods.pdf Year Completed 2020 HDB Buangkok Woods and where are the central rubbish chutes: (normal and recycling) We should give credit to the architect as certainly he/she must have designed all five (5) residental blocks clearly with the management of rubbish in mind. In fact, what is unique about the rubbish point is that there is a separation or gap between normal and recycling rubbish bins. Hey! nothing is 100 perfect. But Block 993B stack #303 and even #301 may be affected by re-sale value in the near future. As for Block 993A stacks #277 or even Block 994A stacks #357; we still see this design in some HDB blocks today. Thus, again not perfect but in my opinion; acceptable, here.

Common Rubbish Bins in HDB Tampines Greenview 1. Seems like this recent batch of all four HDB newly launched developments have two rubbish bins each. 2. In the past, it is always random: some have; some don't have it. 3. I have earlier reviewed the locations these rubbish bins in sites like HDB Valley Spring @ Yishun and was sorely disappointed that the architect position their common bins as an after thought. 4. I was happy to see that for HDB Tampines Greenview; the architect has ensured that these common bins are considered. Thus, they are located at places that you and I see elsewhere in other HDB developments. 5. Thus for example even if one purchase a unit close to the common rubbish bin; especially the main door is not in the line of sight of these bins. And areas where the unit shares the same corridor; this is a walled up area.

This is common sense. As it can both affect the Feng Shui as well as re-sale value when it is time to sell the unit:- 1. For Blk 479B stack #35; the central rubbish bins. There are two: normal and recylce bins 2. Others:- 2.1 Block 479C stack #28 is most affected since the bin faces or overlooks its main entrance door. 2.2 Pretty uncomforable under Shapes and Forms for the two rubbish bins to be close to ro just in-front of Block 479A stacks #49 and #51. Personally, I would not like to purchase stack #45 as it's main entrance and lobby may be able to peer into the central rubbish bin area. 2.3 For block 478B, I don't like the placement of the rubbish bin area. 2.3.1 For example, please take a look at this (478B block). There is a narrow corror where the central rubbish bin is. And this narrow corridor will be used by 9 stacks or units: 131, 133, 135, 137, 138, 141, 143, 145 and 147. 2.3.2 Equally bad is to purchase stack #149 as this stacks frontage is at the "bottle-neck" of the rubbish bin area. And It's main door has the rubbish chute's sharp corner facing it at a 45 degree angle. 3. As Blk 478A is identical sister of Blk 478B the same comments applies to this block.

Block 126B Especially low floors (storeys) of these two stakcs: Stack #793 & #795 where their living room have a full view of the precinct pavilion. Particularly for stack #785: especially for low floors like #02-785, #03-785 and even #04-785 etc.. has the precinct pavilion in full view of their master bedroom, bedroom 2 and living room. Hopefully, it is not a major festival like Chinese New Year.. and seeing a wake/funeral on. Plus all the religious rituals and sounds (noise.) One might also want to avoid low floors or stacks at Block 126A particularly stacks #777 and #775. Since these stacks are either next to or close-by i.e. that of religious rituals and sounds (noise).

East Delta @ Canberra Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans eastdelta-@-canberra.pdf Lease Commencement Date: 2019 HDB East Delta @ Canberra & Shapes and Forms Feng Shui A top consideration in this development is the question: Where is the central rubbish bin? In this development: HDB East Delta @ Canberra; there are two central rubbish bins in each block: The first is for regular rubbish. The second bin is for recycling waste. 1. For block 126C the most disadvantages based on Shapes and Forms (of rubbish chute) is stack #805. Followed by stack #807 2. For block 126B, it has to be stack #795. Followed by stack #793.
