  1. This Chinese restaurant faces a T-Junction. The owners added two Pa Gua mirrors facing this T-junction....
  2. In addition, unlike a high rise; this illustration shows that all homes have three alternate advantages "water or rainfall drainage" from the property out of the plot of land. And often, this should also be looked into. See sample illustration. This water classic consideration will also determine whether the water in the drain or canal at the rear of the house should preferably flow from the left to right or right to left of the house. For example, if the home is a terrace house; and if the home was built from scratch, then it is not possible to consider the "2nd exit" point as mentioned in the attachment. What is worst in this example is a situation where there is say a canal/drain at the rear or close to the rear of the house and water drains towards this canal/drain other than the orange coloured zone of e.g. 277.5 to 307.4 degrees in this example. Thus in this example, there is a drain that drains water at 260 degrees towards the rear, then it becomes inauspicious. (Please note that this example is specific to one of the 15 directions of the frontage. And cannot be universally applied to say your potential home unless the frontage matches this example.) If one does a search in this forum, there are more examples of this. For example; http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=17626&new=
  3. In my opinion; majority of Geomancers may consider one's gender at the time one is born when considering one's facing direction. Thus if one is originally born as a "baby boy"; then this should often be the used, instead.
  4. Thanks for the illustration. These are some considerations: 1. The red arrow that you have drawn applicable to "Right-hand" drive cars. 2. Thus if this house is in the Commonwealth; then the red arrow applies. However, if this is Korea, US, France and many other "Left-hand" drive countries; then the red arrow is closer to the other side.. 3. The test if there is a major concern or not is to visualise whether any vehicle be it a car, a van or a three or more tonner vehicle if lost control or driver drive straight and plough through. 4. In your illustration, the good news is that the rear of the home is quite a distance away! And furthermore, there is a canal to the rear. 5. Thus in my opinion, there should be little to worry about the rear of the house at a "T-junction". 6. But, wait! Caveat Emptor! Let the buyer or potential buyer beware! 6.1. One should really be concerned here is that there seems to be a large canal at the rear of the house. 6.2. If the canal is always dry i.e. water slightly less of a concern. 6.3. One has to really examine the flow of water in this canal e.g. left to right or right to left depending on the facing of the home. As well as how fast the water flows - based on the "Water classics".
  5. Parc Centros @ Punggol Central Just T.O.P.
  6. Frequently, when a mirror is positioned directly beneath an air conditioner, it is possible for the air conditioning unit to leak water, which can subsequently harm the mirror(s). The mirrors possess coatings that are applied to the back to create the characteristic "mirror" reflection. These mirrors are affixed to a piece of plywood prior to being mounted on the wall. The plywood itself is also capable of absorbing moisture. In Singapore, the humidity levels often exceed 60 percent. Alternatively, an air conditioner may direct cold air onto the surface of the mirror, leading to potential flaking of the mirror. It is important to note that the mirrors depicted here represent extreme cases. The photographs were taken in coffee shop restrooms. However, it is hoped that this provides an understanding that a mirror installed in a residential setting may exhibit some of these types of damage.
  7. Under symbolism, preference for even number of chairs excluding baby chairs &/or for rectangular tables benches are excluded. In addition, if the round dining table has only one "leg"; make sure that it does not have low center of gravity; which could result in the table toppling down...

  12. Flo Residence and Feng Shui - Just T.O.P. This development has stacks / units that most probably face NE1, SE1, SW1 or NW1 The only stack that is most suitable to an east group is SE1. The rest of the other three stacks are more suitable to a west group person. It is best to confirm the attached readings as just 0.4 degrees and the above readings can instead change to e.g. NE2, SE2, SW2 or NW2.

  21. Tides Building formerly (long time ago) calledLau's Acadia in the 1970's. At night, with lights on; it is noticeable that the whole building has wavy lines... no wonder it is called the Tides. This design is representative of the Water element.
  22. Not too common sight.. are the grafitti art (advertisements)in new lifts... In the past, whenever a new HDB estate has just T.O.P. the lift walls are littered with every square inch covered by opportunistic advertisers hawking their business. These advertisers would find empty spaces on the temporary protective lift walls and paste their ads. Some even resort to defacing their competitor's ads by tearing away the contact numbers. Or simply paste theirs on top of the competitor's. In recent years, many developers would place a notice "demanding" such opportunists not to paste it onto the lift walls; as they have a specific notice board nearby. They merely have to seek permission to post this onto this wall. HDB Compass Mast estate is today, a rare few that does not have the above scheme. And let them post it freely onto the temporary lift wall protective covering. The graffiti art is uniquely SGP.
