  1. Part 2: The Wisteria Condo with Blocks 590 & 592 1. The streetdirectory workings shows a reading of NE1 25 degrees with SW1 of 205 degrees. 2. However, using the Sales Brochure, shows a totally different reading. Here, it is now N3 20 degrees and S3 200 degrees. 3. Although the deviation is only 5 degrees; this 5 degrees is at the fringe of the borderline of N3 and NE1 which resulted in two totally different readings. 4. Given the above findings; it is best that an on-site survey be conducted to confirm the Flying Star facing directions of these two blocks.
  2. Part 1: The Wisteria Condo and Feng Shui compass readings 1. As the development is under construction; there is no way to go on-site to take a reading or confirm the readings. 2. For Block 596 the Flying Star directions based on the Sales Brochure and streetdirectory map are identical at Flying Stars N2 and S2. Both give the North as 5 degrees and South as 185 degrees.
  3. Part 3: Treasure Crest EC by Sim Lian Pte Ltd Question: Should I avoid buying a unit with a view of the Sengkang General & Community Hospital (SGCH)? These are some considerations: 1. Currently, the plot between Treasure Crest EC and SGCH is most likely a temporary Heavy Vehicle Car Park. Perhaps, some noise or occasional fumes can be a turned off for some? 2. The immediate or long term future is still a question mark? 2.1. This is a catch 22 situation. Currently, with this temporary Heavy Vehicle Car Park, units facing it has clear views up to the hospital. And some units which are higher than the hospital can still get unblocked views. 2.2. Please see attachment. Adora Green at Yishun has stacks - see attachment that has both a full view of Yishun Pond and also a commanding view of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. These stacksif I am not mistaken were the most costly in this development. 2.3. Perhaps, there are some differences: 2.3.1 These stacks face the Yishun Pond 2.3.2 And Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is perhaps 2 or more times further than SGCH. If so, then Adora Green may be a poor comparison. 3. There are always some who believe that it is inauspicious to have a home with a view of a hospital. Thus one cannot change these people's mind-set so easily. If there are many of them; then it may affect the resale of the unit. This is more of a marketing concern then Feng Shui. 4. In fact, it would be more so for those who had purchased a unit at The Vale, another development; since this development is just a road away from the hospital. It is similar to a specific condo directly facing the Changi Hospital at Simei. Additional Resource of The Vale Condo:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=43&mid=34612&new==
  4. Treasure Crest EC, developed by Sim Lian Pte Ltd in collaboration with Flying Star Feng Shui, is located at Block 54. 1. The stacks #13 and #14 of Block 54 are oriented towards the SW1 direction, while stacks #15 and #16 are oriented towards the NE1 direction. 2. The NE1 orientation of stacks #15 and #16 features the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the front. Consequently, units with a water position at the front (balcony side) can benefit from favorable Feng Shui. However, it is important to note that there is no actual water or (Yang Water) present at their front. 2.1 Nevertheless, there is no need for concern; stacks #15 and #16 still benefit from "yin water" or clear space, which can be considered as virtual water. 2.2 Therefore, the sum-of-ten can be activated for health, wealth, and family luck. Given the absence of yang or real water, it is advisable to consider placing a water feature in the balcony area to enhance luck. On the downside, other areas within such a home may have unfavorable stars that should be disarmed or neutralized. 3. In the SW1 orientation, the presence of the water wealth #8 at the front is advantageous. Thus, stack #14 meets this criterion as it faces the swimming pool. Overall, the stacks/units can activate the sum-of-ten. 3.1 It is important to note that stack #14 has a club-house roof-line sha qi (poison arrow) that may be directed towards one of the lower units. 3.2 Although stack #13 does not face yang or real water, it is oriented towards the next best option, which is yin water or clear space. 3.3 However, it is necessary to disarm the unfavorable stars present in many areas of the home to address health-related concerns.
  5. Part 6: Kingsford Waterbay Condo Blocks 66 & 68 1. Blocks 66 & 68 have stacks that are either NW2 or SE2 facing directions. 2. Under Flying Star Feng Shui NW2 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Blocks 66 & 68 with stacks facing the swimming pool fulfil this condition. 2.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. 2.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 3. SE2 facing has the water wealth star and it also faces a pool of water i.e. Sungei Serangoon. 3.1 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed
  6. Part 4: Kingsford Waterbay Condo Blocks 70 & 72 1. Blocks 70 & 72 have stacks that are either NW1 or SE1 facing directions. 2. NW1 stacks has the?auspicious Pearl String effect; Ideally it should be a "mountain" at the front and water behind the unit. Water in the form of Sungei Serangoon is behind the stack. The only thing is that there is a water position or swimming pool at the frontage. If we look at the total picture; although this condition is not ideal; but the plus side is that water at the frontage means that there is a large clear space there. And this overweighs the negative effects. 3.?For SE1 facing stacks, the water at Sungei Serangoon is very advantages for these facing stacks/units.?Thus?it?is a double bonus as SE1 enjoys the auspicous 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui.
  7. Part 3: Kingsford Waterbay Condo Blocks 74 & 76 Blocks 74 and 76have similar to Part 3: Block 78that have stacks that also either face E3 or W3.
  8. Part 2:Kingsford WaterbayCondo and Feng Shui Flying Stars ofBlock 78 1. Block 78 has stacks that are either E3 or W3 facing. 2. E3 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the apartment. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are. 3. W3 facing stacks has the double auspicious combinations of water stars at it's frontage. And these stacks are facing the water position within the condominium. The only drawback is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.
  9. Part 2: The Hillier Condo 1. I am concerned with the compass readings. As based on the Sales Brochure map; the stacks are border-line cases where it shows E2 or W2. But, just 0.4 degrees and the readings could change to E3 or W2 or worse in the most inauspicious zone of "no-where". 2. If the stacks #27, #28, #29, #30, #31 are neither E2 or E3; this is considered extremely bad luck. And residents can face lots of issues. 3. Similarly, stacks #22, #23, #24, #25, #26 could also not be W2 or W3. If so, it also spells bad luck. 4. It is best to do an on-site readings to be sure of this.
  10. 1. The Hillier condo and the compass readings 2. I took a readings of Block 6 stacks 14 to 19 using the sales brochure site map and compare it with onemap.sg's directions. 3. The margin of error is only 2 degrees and well within the facing directions of NE3 and SW3 respectively. 3.1 Stacks #14, #15 & #16 face NE3 while stacks #17, #18 & #19 face SW3. 3.2 NE3 stacks #14, #15 & #16has the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. SW3 stacks #17, #18 & #19 . Shares quite similar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.
  11. I have unlocked the Singapore Property Review conference. Thus, anyone can post a message directly to this conference. Anonymous wrote:" Hope you dont mind my request is posted here as the conference for property review is locked."
  12. Part 1: Kingsford Waterbay Condo and the site plan in the Sales Brochure 1. In a few instances, the North compass markings of some sales brochures were inaccurate. 2. Since this development is expected to TOP around two years time; one cannot do a compass reading on-site, now. 3. The next best thing is to compare a sample reading using streetdirectory.com's map and compare this with that of the sales brochure. 4. The good news is that I could be able to match exactly Block 80's compass directions as 75 degrees and 255 degrees for both streetdirectory and the sales brochure. 5. Block 80 has stacks that face either E1 or W1. 5.1 E1 facing stack /units has theauspicious flying star numbers and it isexcellent for these stack / units faces sungei Serangoon as this is yang water position. The only concern is that other sectors have imbalances and need to be looked into; if possible.
  13. Question: Hi master lee, one quick question if we start the renovation now and it will stretch into 7th month, is ok right? Reply: "The idea of not starting in the 7th month is just in case one of them stays in a vacant home. And if one starts reno during 7th month... they may get angry." "But they are also like human beings. If you start renovations now and continue during 7th month... "they" would rather visit (if any) other homes that are less noisy."
  14. Attached, please find a sample illustration showing a typical flat along a common corridor. In this example, it is a 5-bedroom flat. Here, one can see that besides the main entrance door; there are two more openings at the common corridor side: the dining table and bedroom 4. Both with sliding windows.
  15. HDB flats in the 1st phase of Edgefield plains 1. The first batches and the earliest batches of HDB flats in Punggol were build at Edgefield Plainsand Edgedale Plains were built closest to the TPE highway side. Today, this entire stretch parallel to the TPE is fully built. And many new flats are now built closer to the "other side" which is Coney Island and the sea closest to Johore Bahru - Malaysia 2. The least commencement dates of most of these flats are in the year 2003. 3. During that time, majority of these flats were built around that development's Multi-storey car park (MSCP). 4. And in fact, nearly every openings in the home less the main door and some kitchen windows open inwards towards the MSCP. 4.1 This means that unlike many units along the common corridor which usually have the living room windows and a bedroom window openedtowards the common corridor; here the bomb shelter occupies the location where often a bedroom is. This is to achieve close to total privacy unless an occupant choose to partially open the main door. 5. Even this 4-bedroom layout plan has just one opening (the main entrance) door at the common corridor side. Otherwise, all the blue arrows shows the windows facing this MSCP court-yard. 6. The disadvantage of such a design is that especially for higher floor units; one often get to see a neighbour's flat frontage at a distance. And no external views of the surroundings. Perhaps, this is a good thing; especially if the site next to one's development is up for construction. And the construction noise and dust can often be up to 3 years or more. 7. The newer HDB plots / blocks in Punggol today, are closer and closer to the sea and the waterway. And many no longer adopt such a design as mentioned, above. 8. In the past, older estates are the opposite. The flats face outwards and often towards the road. And they seldom face inwards towards the open car-parks unless the blocks are sandwiched parallel to each other in a larger plot of land.

  17. These are some considerations: 1. Location, location and location. 1.1. A major key success factor is location, location and location. This should be the most important consideration, first. 1.2. In addition, the saying "A picture (or photo) tells a thousand words. All text... difficult to visualise". Sometimes, it is good to take a look at each layout plan: how rectangular or whether there are missing corners or whether where are the toilets vis a vis the main entrance or frontage etc... 1.3. Thus, in my opinion; with the limited information that you provided; it is not ideal to say A or B is better for both persons. 1.4. Another scientific guideline of applying the Eight House concept is to prepare a chart. In this example, which I had just posted; of doing a check list. In this check list; both 1st and 2nd stacks had a score of 4/8 and the last or 3rd stack scoring only 1.5/8 marks.
  18. These are additional resources mostly highlights on blocks 1, 3 and 5 that you had requested on key concerns that I have observed in most North and South facing stacks/units and in particular Sea Horizon. The additional resources can be found, here: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=43&mid=35156&new=
  19. Part 14: Sea Horizon Executive Condo (EC) and Stacks #04, #08 & #12 These are some considerations: 1. Period 8, Flying Star N2 facing with Master bedroom or a bedroom at NW sector. 2. In most instances in Sea Horizon EC these are stacks #04, #08 & #12. 3. Please see attachment. 3.1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui this sector has the mountain star #2 with water star #5 at NW. 3.2. When these two stars are at this 2 5 combination; and if it is a bedroom; this star is notorious for afflicting health issues/problems to WOMAN. Often leading to hospitalisation. 3.3. Thus, often if this is the master bedroom; it means health concerns for usually a lady between 20 years of age or older. 3.4. Fortunately, it does not affect young girls. Thus if this is the master bedroom; it does not affect the husband or a baby girl or teenage girl sleeping with you. 3.5. In the additional attachment of an annual Flying Star chart. In this example it is the annual flying stars of 2014. In that year, the #5 misfortune/sickness star falls into the NW sector. 3.6. And if this was this unit where the NW has a combination of #2 #5 stars; then be careful of serious health concerns for a women sleeping in this sector. Generally, a child or teenager is "exempted" from this concern or a man or boy. 4. What happens if the Flying Star combinations instead are #5 with #2? Here, health issues can affect both male and/or female and/or young or old and in particular the stomach and or sustainhands and legs injuries. Contrast this with the above 2 5 combination. These two looks similar but have different characteristics in afflictions.
  20. Part 13: Sea Horizon Executive Condo (EC) and Blocks 1, 3 & 5 with stacks? #02, #06 & #10. 1. For south facing stacks; often before purchase one should be aware of the concern of?the Fire?@ Heaven's?Gate. 2. Since in many apartments; the kitchen / stove of a south facing unit often is located at either NE side or NW side of the unit. 3. For Sea Horizon EC stacks #02, #06 & #10: It would be inauspicious if the stove is especially located at the NW cardinal point. If the stove is not exactly at true NW; then this is less of a concern. 4. Attachment showing South facing stacks and potential Kitchen/stove at NW sector. Particularly stacks 02, 06 and or 10 Resources on Fire at Heaven's gate: Potential cure: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=19305&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=16138&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=18801&new= Alternatively, can use the SEARCH feature on the TOP-left frame of this forum to search for "Fire at Heaven's Gate"
  21. The Visionaire EC @ Sembawang: By Ranking Exercise of?11 stacks of the same bedroom type in the development. In this illustration, so happens that both husband and wife belongs to the West group. Therefore, all the blue coded stack numbers are considered suitable to the West group breadwinner or to both partners. The red coded stack numbers are more suitable to an East group person. Please see attachment.
  22. Part 12: Sea Horizon Executive Condo (EC): Hot sunny day and swimming pool water condensation 1. In conditions where there are few clouds and direct sunlight; especially pool marked in red as "X" may often get the most sunlight and also when the windows are blowing from North to Southerly direction. 2. Thus, if so, the pool water evaporation rate may be high. 3. For those especially living at low floors and who open their windows while the rest of the neighbours close their to go to work; 3.1. These units may often get the most from the "pool water with high concentration of chlorine particles." 3.2. This is typical of e.g a 1st storey or 2nd storey unit e.g. at either stack 36, 40 or even 44. Where there can be a new born or a young child and the windows are opened. 3.3. The fortunate thing is often such young children would built resistance after 6 months. Thus sometimes; for the first few months after moving in.. they may often have lung issues but this will often go away. Or where other neighbours of similar levels open their windows. 4. Again, if it is a sunny and relatively non-cloudy day. And because of the U windows even if blown from the NE or Northly direction would be funnelled towards Blocks 3 and 5. 4.1 As pool marked in red as Y is aligned more to the rightcloser to blocks 21 and 23; 4.2. Following the window vapour trails (see attachment); most likely the wind or vapour trails would have the highest concentration at stack #05 and even #08. 4.3. Thus if one is especially living at #01-05 , #02-05 or even #03-05 or #01-08 may have the same concern as mentioned under Para 3.3, above. 5. Stacks #05, #08, #09, #12 and #04 and #01 would on many occasions "enjoy" windy days. However, if it may not be a good thing if residents at these stacks hang their clothes (although technically illegal) could dry fast but if not secured properly may fly away. 6. And yes, if residents of#05, #08, #09, #12 and #04 and #01 are considering installingoutdoor blinds... the "cheap" ones will not last..may have to fork out a bit more for a better quality outdoor blind... 7. Please see attachment showing the potential vapour trails of evaporated "dirty" water from the swimming pools: in particular the two pools marked in red as "X" and "Y". Pool "X" would be the most concern as it is the one that will be exposed to longer hours in a hot sunny day...
  23. Caution... for those who have a unit at stacks #01or #02... I suggest .. please don't scroll down and read this.... . . . . . . . . . . Actung! Last warning... 1. I will certainly look further into Blocks 1, 3 and 5 when I have the time. 2. My?initial?observations are of stacks #01 and #02: 2.1. Where stack #01 seems to have?around 2 poison arrows or sharp corners of the jagged edges?of?neighbouring stack #48. Please see attachment of the purple arrows. 2.2. In addition stack #02 also seems also?to have two poison arrows or sharp corners of #47 aimed at it! Please see attachment of the yellow arrows. 2.3. Furthermore, both stacks face the "backside of stack #47 and #48. Meaning... if these units located at these two stacks hang their "flags" sorry I mean clothes / underwear / bra.. imagine... those staying at stacks #01 and #02 would literally know their?neighbours "inside-out". 2.4.?Thus both #01 and #02 "suffer" from poor views. Imagine.. buying a unit?to look at these two stacks air-con compressors etc.. 3. In addition, these two stacks are sitting directly on top of the entry and exits of ?the entire development. Not exactly auspicious. 3.1. And common sense?says that somehow;?just?imagine, lots of traffic moving around your basement lobby entrance area.?And I would be concerned for my young ones.. if left alone to run around this area.??
  24. Botanique @ Bartley Feng Shui - By Ranking Exercise This ranking exercise is in conjunction with specific stacks of The Poiz Residences. The Poiz ranking is in green colour
  25. The Poiz Residences and a very specific focus on just three stacks to rank or choose from. In fact, each stack/unit has some differences. Thus one must really sit down and look through all the points of each of the three chart. This is a very tedious exercise as it is as good as doing a total of three detailed Feng Shui audits. Thus this is not the typical By Ranking Exercise.
