1. Please see sample illustration. 2. As both Mr and Mrs are Strong Fire persons; one of their binding elements is METAL. 3. Thus if both are the owners or subsidiary proprietors of a condo unit; then it is better to get a Guan Yin that e.g. has pure white clothing (less the colourful lotus leaf colours) that she sits onto. 3.1 Or the clothing she wears is gold in colour. 3.2 Usually the figurines have "natural tone" colours. 4. The next thing is to walk around and stare at her face. Often, instinctively, if one likes that statue's face; then this is a potential buy. 5. Often the other more common material is a wooden Guan Yin figurine or a Guan Yin that has substantial greenish clothing. If so, this Guan Yin statue for example fits someone who is e.g. a weak wood element person. 6. If one is at a lost; then the more common (without looking at one's best ba zi elements) is a body that is in white.

eCO condominium at Bedok South/Tanah Merah and Townhouse Type T8 layout plan 1. As mentioned earlier, for Townhouse homes; it is best to superimpose the 1st storey layout plan with the 2nd storey plan. 2. For Townhouse Type T8 layout plan; the wet kitchen stoves are above bedroom 2. 3. Fortunately, this is often not the location of the bed / bed-head area. Thus, although it is not ideal; at least better than some other layout plans where in some instances it is directly above the bed / bed-head area. 4. The only remote concern is "touchwood" should a fire start at the 1st storey kitchen and if it is prolong; the floor close to the bedroom 2 bedroom door and the passage to the 1st storey may not be passable due to the heat/flash fire (if any). 4.1 Please see attachment.

eCO condominium at Bedok South/Tanah Merah and Townhouse T1E These are some considerations if a home has two or more storeys:- 1. On the second storey, do check or super-impose the ground floor layout plan onto the 2nd storey plan. 1.1. In this example of the Type T1E; one will notice that the wet kitchen stove is directly above bedroom 3. 1.2. There are two concerns, here:- 1.2.1 Under Symbolism in Feng Shui, it is inauspicious for the bed-head and bed to be directly above this wet kitchen stove. 1.2.2 Based on common sense, it is also not ideal to have the kitchen and in particular the stove above bedroom 3. This is because, there is a higher probability of a fire starting in the kitchen / stove area. And as fire and heat travels upwards, it may cause a "flash" fire / super-heated directly above which is bedroom 3. 2. In such a two or more storey homes; there are other concerns such as where are the toilets especially WC bowls at the 2nd floor in relation to the ground floor. As often, a developer may have the toilet and wc directly above the main entrance door etc.. 2.1. And it is also not ideal to have a toilet/wc directly above a dining table. And for those who install an altar; also avoid having the toilet/wc above such an altar: be it a catholic altar; a Chinese altar e.g. Guan Yin or even a Poojah (Hindu altar) etc...

Sennett Residence and Flying Star Feng Shui Majority of the stacks/units in this development either face Flying Stars Period 8 E3 or W3. E3 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the apartment. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are located. W2 facing stacks:It is good to have clear space or a water position at the living room side. As the frontage of this facing has the double auspicious combinations of water wealth stars. The only drawback is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.

Sennett Residence and 6 Bedroom + Study Block 31 #16-03 Type PHI0-65 In this layout; where possible avoid sleeping with the bed-head sharing the same wall as the WC of the Junior Master Bath.

Question: Morning Master Lee, wanted to ask you what height measurement for the study table should it be? Reply: The Feng Shui ruler measurements are not suited to a study table else it will be very uncomfortable height: either too high or too low.

Revisited Costa?Del Sol?a few days ago. This development makes a distinction between?the appearance of their swimming pool I.e. blue glazed?mosaic tiles vs the greenish ponds for plants?and not for swimming areas.?

These are some considerations: 1. Some feature walls may be larger than the largest single piece of laminate or formica. 2.Often most single piece of formica is around 4 feet by 8 feet wide. 3. Thus, many feature walls are much larger than this. 4. For example, in this illustration, this wall has two 4 feet by 8 feet wide pieces joined together. 4.1. Unfortunately, the designer decided to place these two pieces in a vertical joint. 4.2. If so, there is a pronounced "hair-line" split that can be obviously seen very distinctively both in the photo illustration and in real-life situation.

1. Part 6: Eco Sanctuary Condo and Block 63 and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. All stacks in Block 63 either face Flying Stars N1 or S1 direction. 3. Stacks 10, 11 & 12 = N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. But in this development N1 stacks/units face the Bukit Panjang Garden. Which is considered as clear space and in an unobstructed view situation; this clear space translate to "virtual water". Not real water, but at least, birds can fly freely at this frontage. 3.1 Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 3.2 If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 3.3 The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. 4. Stacks 9, 13 and 14. For the south facing or S1 stacks/unis: the combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. 4.1 It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 4.2 If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector. 4.3 However stack / unit 9 may have a potential poison arrow aimed from Tree House condo's block 66 corner.

1. Part 5: Eco Sanctuary Condo and Block 61 2. Block 61 Eco Sanctuary is the only True North-South facing block out of the three blocks at Eco Sanctuary. 3. However, both the North and South stacks don't really face any water position. 3.1 North stacks face 0/360 degrees or Flying stars = N2. 3.2 South stacks face 180 degrees or Flying stars = S2. 4. N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable as the S2 stacks under Flying Star Feng Shui. The saving grace that it is facing the Bukit Panjang Garden = greenery or clear space especially for higher floors. 5. S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. For this block 61, there is really no water position for these south facing stacks/unit. Only "clear space" This clear space is of course not as good as having a water position; but at least; it is considered as "virtual water". The Chestnut avenue road is considered only as an access road to all three condos. Thus, not a busy or noisy road. 6. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 7. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 8. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 9. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

1. Part 3: Eco Sanctuary @ Chestnut avenue and Sha Qi or poison arrows from neighbouring sharp corners of blocks. 2. In many developments; usually the neighbouring sharp corners are from the same development's block-stack sharp corner. 3. Please see illustration. 4. One will notice that Tree House condo's sharp corner of block 68 has a sharp corner aimed approximately at most likely Eco Sanctuary's Block 61 stack #2 or #1. Best that it is completed before making a judgement call. 5. Tree House Block 66 also has a sharp corner that potentially is aimed towards Block 63 of Eco Sanctuary stack #9.. 6. Did you also notice Eco Sanctuary Block 65 stack 15 has a sharp corner aimed towards a stack in Tree House. Anyway, this is another matter all together .. since this topic is about Eco Sanctuary not Tree House condo.

The photo shows that the top surface ceramic tiles are bluish. But perhaps because the swimming pool is under construction; it looks coincidentally greenish...

1. A sample Feng Shui chart incorporating Compass School Feng Shui : Flying Stars + Eight House and Ba Zi Feng Shui. 2. The plus factor for a S3 facing unit such as this is that the combined double auspicious #8 stars are at the frontage of the house. Thus for this stack #15; it benefits from a water position in the form of the swimming pool right in-front of the frontage / balcony. 3. Thus stacks such as 18, 19, 20 & 21 have these two good stars wasted at the rear of the flat which often is the kitchen/yard area. 4. As NW sector has bad #2 with #5 stars; and since this is the location of the dining table. It is advisable to avoid purchasing a marble or granite dining table top for this house. 5. As it can affect the male breadwinner's career. Given that this sector is also NW = male head of the house and overall "heaven luck" of the house. 6. In addition, there is no need for a partition between the main door and the balcony as the French doors when folded should be sufficient still to act as a "partition".
-
1. Please see this illustration. 2. This partition is long and covers the entire main entrance door. 3. In addition, it is full height up to the entire ceiling of the house. 3.1. As mentioned in some of the earlier threads; full height and especially now that it is "air-tight" means that light from the living room cannot filter to the main door. Thus generally, making the foyer area dim. 3.2. Another thing I would like to highlight with this "air-tight" partition is that often for safety reasons; those sitting at the sofa area will not see who is coming in or if a family member is at the main door talking to a person or stranger. 3.3. Personally, I would still prefer some openings so that if I am seated at the sofa area, I can at least "monitor" what is going on at the main door. 3.4. This is why, don't be mistaken that a partition has to be air-tight. Some of the earlier threads shows other partitions that are e.g. 5 poles etc.. in addition, this allows light towards the foyer; adequate air-flow and also as mentioned under para 3.2 to 3.3; can monitor what is going on at the main entrance door. 4. For some of us; just imagine, hearing the main door open and only later than can see who (which family members have returned home especially if no sound or voice is heard from them).

These are some considerations 1. It should be 14 steps. 2. In Feng Shui; it is always good to have a turn or landing at a staircase. 2.1. Some geomancers explain that it is to allow good qi to meander or flow from the ground floor to the upper floor and vice versa. 3. Another side of it has more to do with common sense: 3.1. This is because, touch-wood! If someone were to trip and fall on the upper stairs, often they will land onto the landing then to fall all the way down the entire stairs sometimes to the bottom steps. 3.2. A landing serves as a temporary resting area for some elderly before they further negotiate further up the staircase. 3.2.1. Therefore, it makes sense or ok to have a wider landing.

Question: Hi Master, do you think the leaves can act as a partition / panel between the staircase and the main door? Reply: Not ideal. The leaves have two many sharp points. And all the white leaves; apologies; in my opinion, looks more like meant for decorating a funeral wake. Client: LOL thanks

Haus @ Serangoon by CDL Feng Shui This small cluster of 99 years lease terrace homes sits at the fringe of Serangoon Gardens. It is closer to Ang Mo Kio with an under path that connects to it. Under Flying Star Feng Shui: All Odd number house numbers face S3. While All Even number homes face N3.
-
Under Flying Star Feng Shui Feng Shui; from now to 2023 the odd facing homes has the advantage of the double auspicious #8's at the frontage. Plus an excellent combination of 1 + 6 good stars at SW which is partially also at the frontage of these homes. While the even number homes have this auspicious #8's wasted at it's rear. Where the rear is the kitchen side of the home and the small yard area. Please see attachment. Attachment shows the flying stars of the ground floor of a typical odd number home: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 numbers. However, after 2024 onwards, generally, the even number homes have better luck as the flying star auspicious numbers are #9. And one of these #9's are at that time the frontage of the even number homes. Fortunately, these odd number homes will not suffer as much even when at that time the #9 water star is at the centrepoint of the home. This is because, it will be located at the centre which is clear space. Unlike some homes or flats that have such a good star locked up. Only thing is that the owners of odd number homes will only get "small luck" as opposed to significant good luck during this period. Others: 1. Strongly recommended to install a partition between the main door and staircase leading to the upper floors. 2. Part of the dry kitchen is located at NW: thus need to avoid a stove or oven especially at the NW cardinal point. Fortunately, there is a sink at this compass sector.
