Sengkang General & Community Hospital : Sengkang Health
The flying saucer like roof-shelters are huge and look imposing. If aimed towards a HDB stack/unit can seem threatening... So far I noticed there are of these along Sengkang East Way. The two huge roof-lines are located in the two red-circles. The arrow shows potential poison arrows.

Fengshui placements by neighbour
Again assuming that it is 10 coins. And they are 10 Qing emperor period coins. For HDB flats that are bare, that comes without flooring done. Often these coins are buried in the same meaning as what I wrote in the earlier thread. Better still they are not seen or hung. But buried below the tiles at the main entrance area = stealth mode...

Fengshui placements by neighbour
Traditional Feng Shui uses either 3, 6 or 7 coins. Frankly, the photo is blur. I counted like the circumference has a total of 10 coins. Most likely this is a set of 10 Qing dynasty emperor coins. As mentioned, the photo is just too blur to recognise each of the coins. BUT if this is the 10 emperor coins; Under symbolism: 1st coin is Shun-chi starting from 1644 to the last coin Shuen-tung. Where the last year of the Qing dynasty ended in 1911. If it is the 10 emperor coins: overall it means that hanging the coins represents: longevity as the Qing dynasty is a pretty long lasting dynasty. And to some also the 10 coins represent wealth.. The centre is most likey a single larger coin = Zha cai jin bao : invite wealth and bring in treasure. I could be wrong.... here.. but really the photo is so blurrrrrr......

Fengshui placements by neighbour
In my opinion, the main concern is the A4 sized mirror. This is highly unusual .. and often, placed on some advice from someone like a geomancer or religious-geo person. A pair of Kirins although is a concern, it is not that uncommon for households to place them. it is difficult to further understand.. without proper perspective of the whole thing.

8 Trigrams In Bedroom
Firstly, no offence. As I trying to be frank with you. A Traditional Chinese person consider the Trigrams scared and taboo. Thus, do not consider every using these symbols as a "decorative" piece or item. Well, that's it!

No, don't seem threatening.

Water Dragon Classics
All the above that you had mentioned can be considered so Long as they are in open spaces. But not in a covered drain storm. For example, a hidden drainage or Reservior system that aerial photos cannot detect or shown.

Front door facing poison arrow ?
T Must be exactly the same height + from an opening at the opposite home facing it. Thus even if it is the same stack but higher or lower than the pointed roof... not an issue.

There is no scientific proof that magnetic fields especially generated by sub-stations are harmful. It is not like gamma rays from the sun or radiation: which are. Take for instance the MRI scanners in hospital. These are huge magnets that are used to scan slices of just anything that is not solid. Thus, it can scan flesh (human or otherwise) and even bone structures. Common sense: living next to or in full view of a bin centre: In Singapore, frankly, rubbish is cleared almost daily other than the unexpected .. but due to our humidity.. and how rubbish is thrown by residents (unbagged) or those durian skins etc... does smell... wind currents plays a part. And how high the unit is.- Late former Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew's home @38 Oxley Road
