Dear Master Lee: I sent this question to you by E-mail already because I can not attache my floor plan due to the big file, I don't know you received it or not, or the question is over the limit for free advice? My floor plan has the family room, garage, and bedroom4(2nd floor) under the same roof which is lower than the main roof, but the family room is separated from the kitchen area(under the main roof) by half wall, and there is door from the main house to the garage, the 2nd floor bedroom4 is over the garage. Dear Hoa, Yes, unfortunately, the traditonal Chinese coffin's cover is similar shape i.e. semi-ciruclar when we look at it from the head (front to back) view.

Dear Ed, Generally, this can still be done especially if you find that this is one of the better or best positions within the bedroom. From a commonsense approach to Feng Shui, so long as one draws the curtain (for privacy) or if one has young children, avoid letting it be opened as children may climb over it. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hello Master Lee. While shopping for bed frames I noticed that many designs have a gap or open space where the mattress goes under the headboard. Headboards that completely block the mattress from the wall are actually very rare. I included an example picture below to show what I mean. My guess is that this a very minor or non-issue since the mattress would cover the gap completely, so the headboard is not visibly "open." Am I thinking about this correctly?

Dear Olivia, I have sketched out the basic good designs on the wall behind the head-board. Generally, the worst kind of head board is in the shape of "tomb-stones" & "circle" shapes. Quite similiar to the attachment - inauspicious wall facade design. Please click on the attachment. Dear Tanja, In my opinion, the best trouble-shoot is to apply Flying Star Feng Shui. Dear Patricia, Regarding Health related problems, it is usually caused by the following:- 1. It could be because you are staying in a bedroom which happens to fall within your bad sectors based in the 4 good and 4 bad directions (Eight House Report). Most likely you are staying in a bedroom sector which is Death or Disaster. Or sleeping in your Death or Disaster. Cecil, Both my wife and I are metal dogs, born in 1970, with Kua No. 3. We stay in a South West facing house with our bedroom in the south sector. We sleep with our heads facing East. These are additional considerations:- 1. Earth luck is strongest on the ground. Thus for a landed property, the sitting and facing direction is much easier to get correct: unless the land is complicated by e.g. the back of the home faces a beautiful lake etc... 2. Dear Master Cecil, I belongs to the west group which currently my apartment main door is facingnorth and the living room is facing east while my master bedroom is south east. I am constantly feeling giddy, headaches and uncomfortness especially in the nights when i sat in the living room, regularly sensing chilling air in my living and bedrooms(SW). We have moved into a one bedroom rental property less than two months ago. The unit is at ground floor and the living room windows and bedroom's balcony are facing the main entrance to the apartment. Hi,are there any concernsif the following applies to my home?? a) The Health sector happens to be where the toilet is b)The Prosperity sector is at the entrance/front door area. c) The Excellent sector is in the kitchen. Dear Cecil, Thank you so much for taking time to reply my queries. We have considered your suggestion of shifting the bed to opposite side of the room. This may be too costly for us at the moment since on the opposite side of the room we have some fixed (built-in) wardrobe and shelves, if you have noticed from my drawing. You can either read up the resources on thie website or any other books written by Traditional Feng Shui practioners on this subject.
