Dear Hemant, Frankly, there is no direct relationship between selling say a godown vs Feng Shui. A godown is especially related more with business decisions, then Feng Shui. In the holy trinity of luck: considerations include: things like your office Feng Shui, home Feng Shui.... Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: HEMANT K. wrote: I want to sell one built up godown having north facings, but despite my full effortsI am failed to getany offer, any feng shui tip so as to get earliest funds from the sale of this property. There are two types of Flying Star analysis:- 1. The most common is the horizontal Flying Star Feng Shui where a home can be classified as belonging to one of the 15 directions or mountains. 2. If I am not mistaken, you mentioned yours is a home and does not seem to have a floor or storey number. 3. Please re-read the objective of that report. If I am not mistaken, the report does mention that it is FOR apartments. The report is meant for analysis using VERTICAL Flying Star. Therefore, there is no relevance to a landed property - if you choose to apply it to a landed property. This is in-correct. Anonymous wrote: Hi, I entered 3310 house number address then the year…

If Feng Shui is to be considered, you may have missed issues especially with Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. For example, how the drainage flows out of the home to external surroundings, etc....and many other such factors need to be considered. What we have now is the disappointments with Flying Star Feng Shui. Time and again, I mentioned that even if one scores 100 marks under Flying star, bbut all else "crumbles" outside the four walls, the result can be failure.

Dear Cecil, My husband(Rooster 1969) and I(Ox 1973) was married on 30th April 1996. We choose d this date as it was my birthday. However, misfortune seem to fall after our marriage. First we met with an accident and both of us injured. Then my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He was operated twice and radiation done but unfortunately his tumors recurred again. Dear Fenny, Traditionally, you can try purchasing a small foldable pen-knife. Wrap it in a cloth material and it is sewn into the pillow casing. Warning: Make sure that the pen-knife is closed shut and the casing is padded with cloth. It is suppose to curb dreams. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Kevin, The `key' ingredients for a new plot of land is: By Ranking (1). Shapes and Form School. (2). The Flying Star of house. (3). Your personal Eight House. 1. Ideally as you have mentioned the frontage of the house should logically be facing the front. 2. The main door can be either at the frontage or at the side of the house. Usually, you may need the services of a competent Feng Shui practititoner to advise you on which sector is the best door location based on you personal Ba Zhi. Here, several Flying Star Charts can be drawn to find out which is most auspicious sector for the main door and like a puzzle, once this is made known, the other sectors of the house …

1. It depends! 2. One critical factor is about size. Some offices are pretty large by itself. But based on your sketch, the office looks puny or small. 3. In addition, another clue is where is the "mouth" of the office. In the sketch, the mouth of the tiny office is within the "mouth" of the retail shop. Thus, since this mainmouth is where qi is suppose to flow intoTHIS premises, then logically for practical reasons; the mouth of the retail shop should be the "first choice". 4. Unless the office MAY have a separateentrance door;and if this door is used as the office's main door.

Dear Aj, Usually, poison arrows such as the corner of a table is considered more `important' consideration - to avoid. For bookshelves with books, this can be quite subjective as some of us may not feel the impact. However, if one is concerned with it, one could try to use doors on the bookshelf or covered with cloth (not sure how practical this is). I believe that as you had mentioned that it is above the bed, this should not be an issue as it is not aimed directly at any part of the body.. (on the bed). Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. Please use this link (report link) to generate a report to check which is your favourable sitting position/direction for work:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-workposition.htm 2. However, please note that the above sitting / facing direction for work is contingent on things like the layout plan of the room and/or some of us simply cannot change out sitting positions. 3. Thus, it is considered as "NICE-TO-HAVE" and not a "MUST-HAVE".

Hi Anon, Anonymous wrote: When leaving the marital home due to seperation and divorce, Would it be appropiate to take material possessions? minus garbage and donating to charity. How about the marriage bed and frame? less than 2 years old? or the bedroom suite ?Is there any advise to help the transition to a new life? This is really up to you. Personally, there isn't harm taking things that can still be used. Most of what you mentioned are mostly chinese beliefs if any. Probably the reason why you might not want to consider the bed and frame is so that it does not remind you of an unsuccessful marriage for example. So ideally, if you want to start a fresh it is best to …

Dear Cah..., I strongly suggest you go and read or re-read some of my other replies.... Clue: 1. Situational approach: No two situations or "flying star charts are" the same.... 2. Yes, try to be more conversant with the "Five Elements Concept".. 3. In a 20 year flying star chart.. there are more than 1 variable.. e.g. MS# WS# and Base #. 4. Sometimes.. when the cure is "very complicated"..... please check out my very recent posting on "Yin / Yang " concept as the higher food chain of the Five Elements concept..... If so: please evaluate what you have said " In flying star concept, we need water to activate water star and we need wall to activate mountain star, is…

1. Excluding one's Kua, Period 8, in general, NE1 & SW1 can enjoy sum-of-ten especially if the interior layout is squarish/rectangular shaped. For NE2/3 and/or SW2/3, can benefit from Parent String effect. Both homes should have as much open space if possible especially for the ground level : living/dining area. 2. Drainage out of the plot of a landed property is very important! For example, I have attached two samples:showing the degrees where drainage out of the home should best be located. Sample 1: NE1 Period 8 landed property. Note the specific degrees where drainage MUST exit the property. Sample 2: SW2 Period 8 landed property. Again, where the water or…

Dear Anon, 1. In my opinion, I believe that it is more of a `coincidence'. 2. One must understand that if something although is easy to implement but get mixed results or that results do not always have the same `happy' ending, it is difficult to be used effectively or applied to everyone. While, situations like a sharp edge of a building aimed at main door of another house has been known to cause problems, we understand that this is indeed a problem and specific cures can be used and most of the time with positive results. 3. Thus, even if the wind chime is good, some of us do not know that it can certainly work at all sectors or must it be at e.g. the West, or east. Oth…

Dear Gina, Frankly, it is very difficult for me to give advise based on general statements. Hope you understand. As for a mirror at a staircase landing... this can be considered a good thing (especially) if it is a private home where one has an upper floor. A mirror at the starcase landing is side to help or aid Qi flow upwards (up-stairs). However, if it is common property.. I am not sure if the landlord allows it. Frankly, I find it "not advisable" to hang a crystal ball from the top frame of the door. However, if I were given the choice, I would rather place 6 coins inside the house (above the same door frame instead of a crystal ball). Here, the belief is that perhaps…

1. It depends on what type of "beam" you are referring to. 2. For example, if the "beam" is actually a decorative feature such as a gypsum board ceiling light box "beam" where say the halogen light is mounted in it. And below the bed, it looks like a beam. Then actually this is more of a "cosmetic" than a real beam. Not a major issue in Feng Shui. - Only visually not-appealing. 3. Slanted ceilings are acceptable. Unless it is a full concrete beam. Wooden pillar supports are equally less of an issue. 4. A Chandelier is equally a non issue since it is made up of a string or many strings of glass pieces (diamond look-alike) or crystal glass pieces. In fact, it is equally …

What if the home's main door faces any of the other locations (ie, West, Northeast, etc)? How do you determine the bad and good locations in this regard?
