Hi. I just got married, and i buy a land with side by side with my parent. But there some problem after i read about fengsui. this land (146m2). 1. Acording to pic, is this Irregular Land? 2. some people in here said i should build house facing to south, because if i chose facing to west, it bad location because the left side is road. So i choose to build with house facing to south. The problem is,is i build square 10x10m, what sould i do with the rest land? Build garden or i build another shop house to make my land square? 3. The left side house is my parent's house (2 floor house) 4. My KUA is 9 thanks

I have just moved to a new 10 years lucky cycle. I am a Yang Weak Wood and the new 10 years indicate I moved to the Yin Metal period. I understand Wood and Metal is conflict. Does that mean I will be face with difficulties and problems the upcoming 10 years and is there a remedy to counteract this conflicts?

There is a street slotted storm drain directly in front of my front door. its on the street curb on my side of the property, so directly in front of my house aligned with front door. Can not be covered. Its not a sewer drain since it as a fish logo on it. Its for water runoff. Front door is South facing. Can not change color of door. What cure can fix this?

Dear Cecil: I'm a Strong Water (70% water, 18% metal, 8% wood, 4% earth, 0% fire). Here's my dilemma with house hunting: 1) House 1 faces West, my Excellent direction. But West is Metal which is my Worst element. 2) House 2 faces East, my Death direction. But East is Wood, which is my Best element. Both houses were built in period 7. Hello ? hoping someone can help? We have a sw1 facing period 8 cottage. My question is regarding the north this year? Firstly is it the square segment of the bagua we use to determine exact north location or do we use a compass for finer accuracy? Hello, I have my eye on a resin wall hung fountain, where water pours out of a Lions mouth. If I hang it on the right side of my front door (Looking at it from the street/outside) will this be a prosperous placement ? The compass position will be SW. My concern ,is I've read the water must run towards the house but if the water pours out the Lions mouth, its flow will go towards the street then flow through the drainage back into the pump back up to the Lions mouth. Is this a favourable position ? Thank you

Dear Master, My friend’s house (painted in white) faces a 2 way road and directly opposite of another house whose door is painted reddish brown. I feel it is negative so I advised my friend to place a ba gua mirror on the outside, top of her front door facing that house to help with negative energies inside her house...am I wrong? (Btw her 17 year old daughter had fallen down the stairs inside the house which faved that front door and also has become very sick. Please...kindly advise. Thank you so much

Hello Master, I am not familiar with these practices, but my mother-in-law gifted us a 'Fu' decoration to put up in our house for CNY 2023. It was blessed (?) by a master. Her belief is that it must not be taken down until the next CNY where we replace it with a new one, as the house will continue to receive blessings. However, my paternal grandmother has just passed away 5 days ago, and I know we won't be celebrating any occasion within the next 100 days. Can I remove the 'Fu' or am I supposed to just leave it on the wall until CNY 2024? Thank you so much for your advice.

Hi Cecil, My husband and purchased a property that settled on January 21st 2024 (period 8 ) and we moved all our belongings into the home immediately. However, we did not sleep there ourselves until February 8th 2024 (which is period 9). Which period do I use to calculate my flying star combination? An additional question about the Mountain star and Water star. Greetings, I like Long and Shallow Aquarium glass tanks because we can provide more swim area for the fishes and the shallow depth can help us to see the fishes from the top is a good view. Hello Master, Inside "Do-It-Yourself (D.I.Y.)
