Sorry, I hope you can clarify further what you mean by " we can only position the bed without headboard- directly under a window. " Do you mean to say that it is something similiar to a low ceiling or resembling a pillar. Thanks in advance!

1. In Chinese myths and symbolism, the turtle is not as prominent as the tortise. As the turtle is considered as a food item. Unlike the tortise which has relevance in stories like how the Luo Shu grid (Flying star 9 x 9 grid came about). 2. Overall, finding an animal can be "uplifiting" or feel good factor ... and more towards nice-feel 3. Based on general Feng Shui, generally is acceptable to have it placed at east or north. Quote: Anonymous wrote: I was just wondering if there is a meaning in finding a turtle or a turtle entering your home? We are planning to purchase a brand new apartment, the building is still under construction. I have already tried all kind of compasses, including luopan, but have got all different results; it looks like like the compasses go crazy. Just for a record, I'm not a novice to using a compass. Mind you, most of the compass readings show NW more or less, but very inconsistent): sometimes it's NW1 (pearl string in period 8), then it's either NW2 or NW3. What's going on, please? What would be your advice in this case, please?

In my opinion, even in any location and development;? Thus, even in a district and/or any development in that district; the "bell curve" applies. To understand, more about the bell-curve; this is a useful link:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=32652&new=%3Cbr

Dear Rose, Please see below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed> Date: Wednesday, April 28, 1999 7:59 PM Subject: Green Dragon and White Tiger Sad to say, I usually try to avoid answering this question. This is because, this falls under the Shapes and Form School and it is best to be present to look at the location before providing any comments. Not that I do not `trust' your words but in order to provide a good assessment, one has to be physically present to `review' this type of `question'. Hope you understand. This is because unlike a `True' dragon or tiger where you can actually see the profile,…

Dear Steven, Generally, it is very common to live in a home where someone has died in the home. Often, if death is due to naturalcauses especially old age, no worries, here. For old homes, it is best to avoid having any of the posessions left by the person who had died e.g. his cupboard or any antique items. Sometimes, we are not sure what kind of items are left behind, if so, when we purchase such a home, try to get "vacant" posession of the home. And not keep such items. For those who can apply or use Flying Star Feng Shui; one way is to avoid an imbalance caused by too many YIN stars in a secto…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: My kitchen happens to be right below my bedroom and my stove happens to be right below where my bed is positioned. I cannot move my stove to any other part of my kitchen What cure can I use to help me with this issue? Any advise is greatly appreciated. Generally, the reason why this is bad, is simply because the chances of fire starting is very high in the kitchen. So if a fire does start, your bedroom will be most affected by it. Don't be believe in using like 6-coins to balance up this sector. It won't do you much good as if there is a fire, the coins will probably melt. You be much better offby installing a smoke detector/fire alarm to ale…

1. Mathematically, there are 50 percent who are East group and 50 percent who are West group (full stop). 2. If one already had purchased or stayed in an existing house or apartment, is it possible to get the earthquake to move your home so that it aligns to your good directions? Yes/No? 3. This "obession" with whether your home is East or West is "history" if one intends to stay in that specific home. Unless, you are saying that you intend to move-out. 4. One has to be realistic. And if trying to apply Feng Shui, make sure that there are no further "loss of wealth leaks" etc.. By applying proper Feng Shui. 5. If you close your eyes, the direction facing would'nt go…

Finally, this man can rejoice! As his Geomancer called him into his office. And told him that he can finally be allowed to get married! Let's hope this man's joy-stick is still in good shape! Cheers!

Dear Koslan, Please see below:- Yes, one should apply cures for any imbalances at the specific sectors. If one is applying the Eight House Theory, then apply it towards (especially) your bedroom i.e. is the bed at an auspicious sector? Or if it is a couple, one party could use another as a shield. For example, if the husband's sector is `death' while the wife is `irritation'; it would be better for the wife to sleep closer to this intangible force and the husband further away. In order to activate the mountain stars:- 1. It must not be activated i.e. at the front door or frontage of the house. For example, if a mountain star is found at the front door, do not ac…

1. Planting an orange or lemon tree has more to do with modern western "practises" than traditional Feng Shui. 2. In addition, especially during the communist take-over of China, many Chinese fled to either Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Far East. 3. In the far east, especially in Singapore and Malaysia, the climate is too warm to support both orange and lemon trees. 4. You mentioned:".... it said something about husband will have a roving eye when you placewater feature on the right side (your inside looking outside)." I believe if you do a SEARCH in this forum, you can find lots of articles or past forum message(s) on this topic and/or check out some of the "preventive" meas…

1. Early, I am referring to real water. 2. Another form of "water" or some refer it as "yin" water is possible. Yin water can be considered as colours or e.g. wall paint &/or curtains &/or bed sheet. 3. Water element in terms of colours: Blue, black or grey or shades of them. It can also be wavy pattern. 4. You might want to use colours instead or "Yin water instead". But definitely not REAL water especially an aquarium in the bedroom. 5.In this modern commercial times; where everthing is "in the name of Feng Shui"; frankly, many have the idea thatsuccessfullFeng Shui isabout enhancing wealth and thinks ways and meansto try enhancing their home not knowing th…

Dear T Wong, Please see below: Imagine this: if the ceiling above you is flat, then there is no `beam'. If the ceiling above has a supporting beam to support the structure of the above unit/floor than, it is a beam. Under Feng Shui, even if there is a ceiling beam but if it is fully covered under a false ceiling, this no longer becomes a `threat.' Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. This method is taught by some Geomancers to their aids or rather their work-hands. 2. Here, the concept is; better to get it close to the correct area than far from it. 3. In this instance, the Geomancer would often ask the novice work-hand to draw as many lines from one end or corner to another opposite side corner. 4. Where the most amount of lines that criss-crossed close-by; implies that the centrepoint is close-by. 5. In this sample example, lines drawn A to A; B to B and C to C seems to congregrate towards a small triangle (Highlighted in Yellow). 6. While there seems to be an ORPHAN line E to E which seems not to be on it's own. 7. Frankly, I don't quilte like …

Dear Master Cecil, I hope to get a very short reply from you about this.Regarding placing an aquarium in SE sector, which has MS#4 WS #8 and base 6 (house facing W1), in general this sector is good for aquarium. However in 2005, star #3 flies into the SE and it seems like it is going to be quite strong. Is it still appropriate to use an aquarium here for 2005 ? Thanks.

1. Frankly, I had illustrated the significance of first placing on the outside of the door and why it was taken in, later and "put" right (right side up). 2. Anything else, is entire up to you. If you still feed good about what you are doing and have or can justify what you thing is good, then go ahead with it. 3. As such things - or for such things: there is no right or wrong answers.
