Dear Master Lee, I recently got interested in Feng Shui and found out that certain toilet placements in the unit that I am renting is unfavourable (please correct me if I am wrong). I have attached a picture of the floor plan showing the sectors of my unit. 1. The toilet that mainly concerning is the toilet that is located at the main entrance (Southeast). Not only is it located at the wealth sector, it is very near the main door. Is there anything I can do to remedy the negative qi of the toilet with regards to its sector, and also placement near the main door? Also, is it still advisable to place a water fountain on the left side of the door (looking out) to a…

Dear Anon, Further to what I had mentioned, the key to understanding Flying Star Feng Shui is that "one must not simply - only eat and sleep on this method". I often see, some FS practitioners get into heated arguments on Flying Star Feng Shui. Looking only within the four walls in the home. Often, what is most important is that Flying Star is but one of the many methods used. Further more, I personally find that what is most important is the external factors. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Appended by Cecil: Thank you. I have observed that. It appears that the site plan is oriented at a slightly different angle compared to the "amenities" page. I am concerned that, despite the use of a good protractor, it may not be precise. Therefore, it is not satisfactory. --- I apologize, but I do not possess the project brochure. However, I was able to locate the North compass marking on the location map beneath Amenities. I hope this information is helpful. Best regards,

Dear Master, I read several other reference thread pertaining T-junction. I have a situation here whereby unit (highlighted in red) is facing a bomba service lane (suspected to be super minimal traffic, but who knows). The gate will be 2 cars width, means there will be close to no wall. Bomba lane should be standard 4.5m width. What kind of gate design would further improve the potential sha qi in this instance. Thanks in advance in any advice.

Hi, Am looking at changing my Main Door. Currently they are 2 equal sized leaf withbeach leaf being less than 1m width. We usually opens only 1 leaf and find that leaf being a little too narrow. I was thinking to replace it with unequal sized 2 leaf door. i.e. Wider side (at least 1m in width) for frequent use. However, my friend mentioned 2 different sized leaf main door creates inequality in gender or something. Can you advise? Thank you.

Dear Elena, Please see below:- Although a U shaped house is not ideal but overall, it is still acceptable design. Yes, the addition can still be made six months after they move in. Please email to robert-lee@3dmail.com so that he can provide you with a free credit to generate the month auspicious date. Here, you need to obtain the breadwinner's date of birth (time optional) and if the month of reno is clear, use the report to find out a good date to start the renovation. The above looks ok to me. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hi Master, I bought a lot that's irregular on the back where the left side is longer than the right side by 25'. The lot is facing East at front. So the lot is East - West. I read several Feng Shui that states it's bad luck. How could I cure it? Should I plant hedges across to make it rectangular and pretend that longer side is not my land? Or could I plant trees and grasses on that extended part? Please advise. Thanks! J. C.

Hi Master i went to get my reading with a geomancer & she advised that my fire element is weak. she said this will make it difficult for me to have children hence I need to increase my fire by buying a horse figurine (I did not buy, it’s $1888). I did the free ba zi reading on your website and it stated that fire is unfavorable element for me. Furthermore, house of life and house of conception is empty. Can you share what this means ? Should I try to enhance fire element or not? my birthday 04/02/1988 11.45 am. thank you

Hi Master Lee, We are planning on buying a house. It is a nice neighborhood but the house is located on the exterior curve. It is also trapezoid in shape. At the back is a commercial building, with a road leading to that building. Is there a way to improve good luck and make it auspicious if we can’t put up a wall infront of it?

Hi Master Lee Appreciate if you can advise on the following: The DB cabinet is placed in a way that cuts into the walk way from the main entrance as seen in the picture below and this DB cabinet cannot be moved. Is there any concern with this? Will it help if a curved cabinet is placed next to the DB cabinet to lessen the appearance of a sharp edge? Thank you!

Hello. large turtle aquarium for 120 liters, with a large turtle. The room is 20 sq.m., there is nowhere else to put only to the northwest (on a large wooden table.?), because of this will be a problem with the money? Does it have to be to the north? To the east of the toilet, to the southeast of the kitchen. On the north is the closet. Thank you in advance !

1. In my opinion: most standalone blocks of apartments or "point blocks" are suppose to have better Qi then those "joint" together in a long curve or "L-shaped type of blocks. 2. What you mentioned: water building or partial metal: there are really no perfect answer to this. As some may even consider it a wood building by virtue that top down may be a tree trunk and or side-view like a tree trunk. A clover (top-down) view may be considered as a plant (leaf). 3. In general in reality or real life: the adage "one size fits all" is far from the truth. In fact; some buildings are a combination of two or more elements: metal-wood or metal-water-wood element. As for your t…

Dear Mr. Lee, Thank You very much for your advice. I am bit confused about the following advice you have givenie., "if you have a feng shui ruler every8 inch will fall under the auspicious dimensions ie 7-10 inch or 15-18 inch etc." Would you please explain to me what you mean by this? My understanding is that the length of the desk should be a multiple of 8 such as 56, 64, 72 or 120,128, 136 or 144. Did Iunderstand it correctly? Thank You. Anon

In addition to what you have mentioned, another major key issue is to look out for water coming in or flowing outwards of the property. EXAMPLE 1:- ========== For example, please take a look at this attachment illustration: water-entry-exitpoint-A.gif In this illustration, assuming the property is facing "SOUTH" compass direction and in addition, there is a drain with water flowing directly towards south into the property:- Please take alook at the first heaven trigram (top most trigram). Here, South represents the"Heaven trigram". And assuming that when we investigate this property, water flows out of the land at NW . Which is also the "Heaven trigram" - Of the…

Hello Sir, We recently moved to a new home. The main door faces NE and opens inside to a small landing space with the kitchen right in front of it. The kitchen opens to a balcony. So from the main door you can directly look into the balcony. I try to keep the kitchen door closed as much as possible. Does this require to be rectified ? If so how ? The gas is placed in a position where we face NW while cooking. Thank you for the input
