1. To better understand your home Feng Shui, and if you are trying to DIY, then, you have to be serious about working out "charts" like the Eight House and Flying Star of your home. 2. For this interior of your home, after you have done above, you need to analyse and find cures or if there are good locations for enhancements do so. 3. You should also apply Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, more importantly to scan the environment for any threats such as lone lamp-posts or sharp angles of other buildings aimed at your home. Hi, Please read below:- Basically, yes I personally agree that circle is very strong shape. However, in terms of Feng Shui, if the building is circular, there is this possibility that you will have missing corners from the shapes and form school. In Feng Shui, the best shapes for houses is rectangle or square shapes, because if you look at it is easier to layout your home furniture in rectangle shape houses rather than odd shaped houses. If anyone has anymore to add, feel free to add to this topic. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Is there any particular direction that the Kuan Yin altar must face? How about facing the main entrance ofa house? Is it OK? Or is it better to face the living room windows? Generally, any alter should follow the following rules:- 1. The altar should not face the main door entrance. This is like employing the god as a security guard for the house. 2. Try if possible not to let the altar face the dining table as the god will be looking at the food while you eat. 3. Try not to have the toilet located directly behind the wall that you place the altar. 4. The altar should not face into the bedroom. Generally, it is best to place the altar lo…

It is good if there is a layout or simple sketch. As in many instances; some of us may mis-interpret the "center-of-gravity" of a home wrongly. Just recently, a client was so worried about an "L' shaped layout plan. When I reviewed the layout plan; instead there were some protrusions and missing corner(s) for this home. And the layout plan based on the "centre-of-gravity" concept; is not an "L"-shaped layout plan.

Frankly, as mentioned, earlier; a geomancer would often look at a typical chart. In this sample extract, just take a look at how many fields I had circles. These are some of the considerations a geomacer looks at when determing what is best for a person. There are more considerations. Even if one lacks an element; how much is the percentage etc.. etc... But just count the number of circles; and one will understand.... Therefore, that is why, I mentioned: best to go back to the geomancer who deemed ... you... need wood.... Not just a few lines of text and presto! Your woes are cured!

Dear Cheui May, Yes, I believe correspondence thru email is quite different from being actually there. In my opinion, feelings is can sometimes be subjective and a certain percentage of a person's `experiences' or `visualisation'. Warmest Regards, Cecil

If one has the time; can do a search at the TOP left frame of this forum for "Holy Trinity of Luck". These are just two examples of earlier resources posted to this forum to give additional flavours of Earth Luck (Feng Shui) and Man or Human Luck factors:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=29&mid=34562&new=?iframe=true http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=17418&new= There are more... if one does further search.

1. Further to what I had mentioned, simply just look at this attached pdf file: Sample Male person. In the above file, go to Page 4:- This sample persons best sleeping directions are:- Between: North (337.5 to 22.4) = Health South-East (112.5 to 157.4) = Longevity And his Best work or study directions are:- Between: E ast (67.5 to 112.4) = Excellent South (157.5 to 202.4) = Prosperity 2. Essentially, it is good to plot a Flying Star Chart in addition to the Ranking(s) I mentioned in the last recent message. To see which facing direction has a better Flying Star chart - especially for professional Feng Shui - assessment.

I just can't see the logic of this....so wanted to seek your opinion. Thanks Frankly, whether or not a person can win lottery determines on luck. Individually, each person have certain amount of luck. Whether or not one will win depends on who's luck is best among the people who buy the 4D/Toto. Which is why it is so hard for most people to even touch a small prize. And why most of the time gambling isn't a guaranteed way to make money. In fact, you are more likely to lose the money you gamble …

Further to what I had mentioned; these are some interesting points: 1. There are many cases where as a result of a tragic death; the person who had dead; does not "know" that he/she has died. And in many situations; could return to his /her favourate place. 2. For example; this is a true story in 1930; this lady had a wonderful time with a new found boyfriend. And tragically, she died nearby in a car crash. 3. During the session where she was asked whether she knew about it; she said that she had no knowledge that she had died. And "strangely" she had walked and no one even "paid attention" to her. 4. This lady returned to the hotel suite that she last enjoyed very m…

Dear Master Cecil What about if NW is the living room and has MS3 WS2 BS8, the bad #5 yellow that you mentioned at this sector will further worsen by the #3 & #2. What should I do to neutralise this sector, given that this house is a Sum-of-Ten house? Thank you very much for your kind help. Best Regards Emily Yahoo! 1. Frankly, it is common sense. 2. But this cow sense geomancer has to add these sentences... 2.1. As many of us know; in the English language: 2.2. We know what is the difference between a stove and an oven. How? 2.3. One cow sense way to differentiate the two is: 2.3.1 In the English vocab; we add an "a" in-front of stove. While since an oven starts with an "o" when we make a sentence out of "oven" we have to add "an" in-front of the word "oven" Right? 3. And since stove starts with S ; while oven starts with O: they are not the same rite? Got it? Get it? 4. Common sense says that the proper way to describe a microwave is not just microwave but mircowave OVEN. 5. So ar…

Dear Carol, Please see my reply below:- Thanks for bring up this interesting subject. Let me elaborate about Yin. Yin refers to softer materials e.g. "sof"t wood, light colours. "Soft" wood are e.g. pine even teak but not laminated wood decor. For colours, the use of light colours. Flooring made of wood pieces will enhance the yin in a room. This is why you notice that most bedrooms use parquet (wooden flooring) to enhance yin ... state of rest. Yang refers to `hard' materials e.g. glass table, metallic objects/table and even plastic and laminates on wood. Colours are vibrant e.g. bright colors. Flooring made of cold slabs of e.g. marble, homogenous tiles and other c…
