Hi master, basically the place i'm at is costa rhu, my unit is at the bottom left of the development in the map here. http://www.streetdirectory.com/asia_travel/travel/travel_id_1971/travel_site_65402/ so as it is left hand drive, the flow of cars nearest to my unit is from right to left, similar, as the kallang basin drains from the rivers to the sea, the flow of water should be from right to left. but then again, property is location location location as you said. so i have to weight both! thank you kindly!

Hi! Fairly new to all these fengshui stuff as looking to purchase first house. Have read a number of threads on this website, and have a question on the below link.. https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/major-feng-shui-theories/eight-house/interpreting-the-intangible-forces-with-eight-house Based on the free generated report, my partner and my facing (Ba Zi) are same, favourable directions for us are South/East/South East. Based on reading your website, it looks like this should be the facing of the balcony and not main door. Now we are abit confused on the section “Eight House/Micro Application” - reading the above link means that we s…

It is a widespread practice in numerous Chinese households to display a Hokkien "ang chai" or "Hong Cai" above the primary entrance. The Hong Cai represents joy and good fortune, particularly for the Hokkien community. This tradition is commonly observed when moving into a new residence, during the Chinese New Year, or at the start of each new year. Additionally, it is customary to hang the Hong Cai for weddings, newlyweds, and birthdays.

Hello My wife and I constantly having minor health issues that doesn’t go away and life obstacles and wondering if It is due to a point in a traffic sign directly facing our door. We have put up a 6 rod wind chimes in hope to stopping the bad energy. Is there any other solution other than trying to convince the city planner to move the sign (unlikely it is going to happen) that we can do? Thank you so much in advance Tony Hihee

1. In theory, or in general, the plot of land you described is considered inauspicious because it is wider at the front and narrower at the back. Based on Shapes and Forms principles, this is already seen as an unfavorable sign. 2. Remedies for this are mostly about applying other Feng Shui concepts to maximize good luck, such as enhancing areas with positive qi and minimizing areas with negative qi. 3. Since this shape is seen as a "major wealth leak" in Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, owners should be careful not to introduce more sources of wealth loss, as this can lead to ongoing financial decline. 4. If you are unsure, it is best to review other lots first…

Dear Master, I'm currently renting a condo which is on the slope of Loyang valley. To get to the main door of my unit, one has to first climb up a flight of about 6 steps and down 2 flights of stairs (13 steps followed by about 4 steps). The long stairs leads straight to the main door. Main door faces the stairs coming down. It faces Northwest (looking out). Inside the unit, the main door opens directly to an open terrace which is the back of the house. This terrace (looking out) faces SE 127'. This terrace leads to the back garden and onwards to the rest of the valley (pool and other units). So the whole condo is built in a circle, around the side of the valley. T…

1. In addition to my earlier remarks, we are indeed enjoying a favorable turn of events. 2. In the past, Singapore had only one or two street directories available for purchase, and these often failed to accurately represent the layout of buildings or residences. 3. Currently, there are at least three physical brands of street directories on the market, along with a variety of electronic options and Google satellite maps. 4. Over the last two years, there have been notable developments, such as providing a link to a directory website and inquiring about the accuracy of the orientation. 5. This serves a significant purpose beyond mere routine tasks; as …

Hello Master Cecil, I wonder if this is too much to ask. I have been trying to find out about the impact of living in a house with a huge water tank behind (or beside) a property but there are not so many resources. All say it's not good but they are referring to a water tower that looks out of place and gives off a scary impression. But what if it's a solid looking structure built on the ground like the example in the screenshots (please, if it is against rules to post pictures of another person's property, do not publish them): The water tank sits behind the house and is on a higher level. Source and Credit: Google 2020:- From my p…

Dear Master, Would like to seek your opinion if the unit marked in black is affected by Tian Zhan Sha. Not familiar with these but seems like when I stand from bedrooms/ living room, the slit is quite prominent. Thank you.

Dear Anon, 1. Often, when coins are used, it is based on the number of coins. 2. I am not sure if there is any `commercial' agenda; but majority of the coins that we buy are often imitation coins or newly minted coins that seem to look like `antique' coins. (Don't be fooled by the greenish colour on these copper coins as it is very easy to `age' the coins) 3. The usual number for a big metal cure are a set of 6 emperor coins each. 3.1. Previously before the internet age, many shops were selling 5 coins. Perhaps their knowledge was essentially that of the popular Five Elements concept of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire. 3.2. But today, …

Hi Master Lee, When drawing the lines to find the centre of the house, should the balcony be included? If the balcony is not included, the house looks almost like a rectangle with no missing corners. But once the balcony is included, it looks like there is a missing corner. Thank you for your advice.

1.Frankly, in Singapore many temples have both space constraints and rare occasions where there is a request to take in tablet(s). 2. Thus, certainly, you will have a very hard time finding a temple to taken your grand parents in. 3. Actually it boils down to money or (a large) donation. Otherwise, it is near impossible, here. ========================================== Other matters relating to urns + tablet 1. Many of the very popular sites in Sin Ming are (were) already fully "booked" or full house thus often they are not prepared to assist you. 2. In fact, …

Hi, There are a few `variables' with regards to the placement of the `White Tiger picture". 1. Some Feng Shui practioners say that it is generally auspicious to place a White Tiger picture at the West Wall if this is your inauspicious location e.g. under the Eight House. 2. In most books, the Chinese are " afraid " or scared to see a real White Tiger is they believe that it will bring them bad luck. This has correlation to their understanding that it is very unlucky to give birth to a child especially a girl born in the " Tiger " year. For example, under this URL: http://www.geomancy.net/love/amenu1.htm I have this short write up of " The Gate of Hope, Singapore " (Former…

These are some considerations: 1. There are no cures for facing a good or bad direction. Why? Commonsense says that you either face a good direction or not. There is no if's or but's, here. 2. Are there known cures available for this theory of good directions? Check out this link:The Three-Step-Approach 3. You have to apply other concepts like the Flying Star etc.. to try and maximise luck from elsewhere....
