Dear David, Thank you for the sketch of your home cum office. 1. The large tree outside is still considered a threat to your main door. See if you can use a ba gua mirror above the main door to deflect it. 2. Water position: 2.1 I do hope that the water position is not on the same wall as the stove. As this is inauspicious. 2.2 In addition, if you are a weak fire or a strong water person, then it is considered very unfavourable to have a water position inside your home. 2.3 If the current water position location has bad stars such as #3 or #4 (both bad wood stars) or a combination; 2.4 Then under the productive sequence of Five elements concept: Water helps wood (in this…

Dear Hoa Luong, Yes, one alternative is to place a plant. Alternatively, if we frequently leave the wooden door open, one could consider a reflective grill gate e.g. stainless-steel gate that has a mirror effect that covers most of the side of the gate that faces this stairs. Warmest Regards, Cecil

These are some of the considerations:- 1. First-time open door procedures: Usually performed by a new owner of the home who had taken over a re-sale or a brand new home. 2. If one is renting a home; and if one is moving from another home or apartment; symbolically, when I moves home; make sure that all the essentials e.g. cooking oil, rice, sugar, salt etc.. are full or well stocked up at the new home. In fact the Move-in procedure as found under http:/info.geomancy.net has some of these. 3. Essentially, when we first stay in a new home, we should "stock" up our kitchen. 4. Please note that the First-time-open door and Move-in procedures are considered as "NICE-to-hav…

1. Frankly, you may have to make do with your kitchen as for an already built up home; it is not so simple to say: lets relocate the kitchen of sorts. 2. These are more resources on the kitchen:-http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Kitchen_Stove_%26_More 3. You may have to try to squeeze as much luck from other areas than just to put your "love-nest" egg in one single"kitchen basket"... The Concept of Maximizing Marks

Dear Margarita You apply the 8 house theory only to your unit. It is important that your bedroom and front door do not fall in your death or disaster lines. In your bedroom have your head pointing to one of your good directions in order to draw in good energy. Do not have your bed next to a bathroom or toilet wall.It is inauspicious for the bedroom door to face the kitchen sink also. If your front door is in one of your auspicious directions, good for you. This will be a good apartment for you provided all other areas are suitable. Cheers Glyn

Dear James, The developer incorporated certain elements of Feng Shui. Specifically, when one gazes into the swimming pool, the outline of an ancient Chinese i-ching coin can be observed, characterized by the square hole typical of Chinese coins, complemented by the blue tiles within the pool. Some time ago, I visited Block 52 (units facing marking K) Source: http://www.themadeira.com.sg/main_siteplan.html. ** **Note: The link mentioned in RED is no longer available today. I found this particular facing unappealing due to the unfavorable Flying star numbers, as well as the view of what appears to be a distant "tomb" (Stadium). Similar to other cond…

Dear Alice, No, the colours does not matter nor the background. What is more important are; 1. The number of fishes. Often, it is 8 or 9 fishes. 2. What is most important is to look at the fishes. They should look graceful, not exactly plump but has a nice profile; (I hope you get what I mean) i.e. they should not look thin or skinny or undernourished. They should seem to swim and look "nice". Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Carol I do come across certain types of houses: 1. Broadly speaking, this house can be described as "entrapped." 2. The extent to which it is considered entrapped depends on several factors: 2.1 As you pointed out, it is at the same level as the other houses. 2.2 The neighboring houses are of similar height, and there are no dominant structures nearby, such as taller houses. 3. It is crucial to examine the frontage of all houses within or adjacent to this "entrapped" house. 3.1 For instance, if the house's frontage is aligned with the front house, which has a similar orientation and is approximately at the same level, the front house will benef…

This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_008D_01BEB122.39F255E0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Dear Monica, In my personal opinion, this idea of " spare bedroom - bad for children " is more towards `superstitious belief ' then Feng Shui. In Feng Shui, so long as:- 1. More concerned is placed on the Shapes and Form School of Feng Shui. For example, the bed is not next to a window or sleeping under a beam for a prolonged time, bedroom should preferably not be above the kitchen. A poison arrow e.g. the sharp edge of a table `slicing' the bed. These are some of the examples to take note in relation to Fe…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: 1. My house does not have a southwest corner. Anonymous wrote: How do i minimise the affliction? 1. For the exterior, you can create some landscaping ie stone borders to create an extension. So that when you view the house from the top it covers the missing corner. 2. If not, the alternative is to put a concave bagua that is usually used for sucking and trapping wealth for such missing corners. If possible, option 1 is better, if really no choice then the option 2 will be the only other solution to correct such a missing corners. On the interior, you can extend the missing corners by creating a mirror wall to falsely extend the missin…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Under what circumstances can an element in the chart (Water in this demo case), when combined with another element, lose its own elemental status and change to another element (Earth in this demo case)? This one you will need to read up on detailed ba zi analysis. There are couple of combinations and clashes and under what situations they will combine permanently and when they combine just for that moment when they meet. This is often beyond a basic ba zi reading. So you have to do your own research on this, as I don't have time to list out all the different combination rules and situationsavailable. All the rules are already programmed into t…

Hi, Symbolism in Feng Shui is very important. Even if it is not a real object, symbolism is a powerful `tool'. For example, when we mention `blue roof'. If one is not Feng Shui aware some may ask this question what has blue got to do with water? Here, if we are Feng Shui " aware " we will link Water = Blue. Equally, if we have a wooden object shaped like a pyramid. Do we consider it wood = Wood element or because it is pyramid shaped it represents Fire element? In most cases symbolic takes precedence over the material. For the above example, the pyramid shaped object be it made of metal, glass etc.. should be considered a Fire element. Coming to the artificial fish tank,…

Dear Anon, 1. Chinese Astrology primarily focuses on the Year of Birth and is generally considered in my view. 2. The main advantage of Chinese Astrology, in my opinion, is highlighted on the homepage of lovesigns.net where it emphasizes the importance of understanding each other's personalities to enhance relationships and love life. 3. "Auto-suggestion" plays a significant role in Chinese Astrology, where discovering that you and your spouse's Year of Birth are deemed incompatible can influence your thoughts and actions. 4. Being mindful of such information can lead to a form of "auto-suggestion" that may impact your relationship, potentially causing disagree…

My sincere apologies; I did open your message; closed it; open it; closed it several times; even the earlier posting.. Is it correct placement, in view of the fact that when some person enters the house, the side portion of aquarium may be visible to him? Frankly, none of the tools are used e.g. plotting the Flying Star etc... and to say whether it isa correct placement or not is like the old cases where one did not even do a "Feng Shui Triage"... sort of thing.... If the answer of point no. 1 is no, then -What if we position the aquarium in a way that person entering the house cannot see the aquarium while entering through the main door by covering the sidewal…

"You are the one that posted the question on: Walk-in-closet". I can assure you that AGAIN, this question has very much to do with commonsense. Thus, as mentioned under your previous thread "Walk-in-closet"; One should put on their thinking CAP and try to find out the answer, on your own. You don't need a Cowsense Geomancer to do it for you, rite? Off-track: In the past, in the 1980's IBM marketing personel would give away... pads with a bold BLUE word "THINK" on the lined pad. I believe, that was how; later, IBM chose to name their PC = THINKPAD! I strongly encourage you to put on your THINKING CAP... Got it? GET it?

These are some considerations: 1. Under symbolism in Feng Shui, instead of hanging mirrors and faceted crystal balls; in traditional Feng Shui; a hulu or bottle gourd is often used, instead. 2. As mentioned in many previous messages; usually; in general bad Feng Shui arise when a home has three or more major "leaks". 3. Often, although the toilet is considered as ONE major leak; often it is the combination of this leak plus two or more major leaks (or a combination of several minor leaks into one).

This is a recent reply to the same type of question that you had just posted:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=4&mid=23630&new= 1. We have to differentiate between Yin Feng Shui and Yang Feng Shui. 2. Yin Feng Shui can be known as Feng Shui for the dead. Yang Feng Shui is Feng Shui for the living. 3. The Eight House can be applied to both Yin and Yang Feng Shui. 4. Usually in a Yin Feng Shui environment, the person is dead, immovable object. Thus, it would be good to have the person within the good sector to "defend" against external factors. Thus, it is good to have the person absorb good qi as what you have mentioned. 5. Under…
