  1. Yes! Yes YOU! You can change things! When the BUYING STOPS! The SELLING CAN!
  2. Who am I? Just a desperate person.. in need of LUCK!
  3. Can we practise the ancient art of Yoga from India with Feng Shui, together?
  4. 1. Stack 26 should be South 2 facing.Overall, should be favourable for East Group. But to take note of the direction of the canal flow. Low floors must be careful of termites - especially if the condo does not properly do "termite" protection after 3 or 4 years later after TOP. 2. For west group, just check whether what is the Eight House influence facing south: if it is the breadwinner's death or disaster facing... this is considered as "one wealth leak".
  5. 1. In my opinion, especially in land scarce Singapore or often to maximise the interior layout of the home or apartment; I personallyfind that many of the main doors can open up to90 degrees some can open up to 120 degrees. 2. Thus, if I were to give anrough estimate, at least55 or even 60 percent of all homes in Singapore, have main door that can swing up to 90 degrees only. Thus, thhis is not a crucial factor. 3. I have mentioned in the past that allgovernment flats, have the main door with very auspicious qi openings e.g.the Feng Shui ruler was used to check the openings. Andfor these old flats, even the measurement of the frame and the openings are very auspicious. 4. Thus the clue, here is not whether your main door can open 180 degrees or whether it has 1 or 1 and a small leaf (door) or two equal sized doors. In fact, many new terraces, havea main door that can open to one side only at 90 to 120 degrees the most. 5. This type of question is like: can I place shoes outside my apartment or home. We see this all the time:from people who stay in bungalows to semi-detached, to terraces to condo units to HDB's... This is considered as "peanuts" Feng Shui! Frankly, there are more important issues to be concerned with.
  6. Good Feng Shui companies will never participate in the so called Feng Shui Fairs, as these fairs are often distasteful with lots of sellers trying to CON people out of their hard earned money! When the buying stops, the selling can!

  11. In the story of how the 12 zodiac signs came about; it was told that the rat, jumped onto the ox and the rat slipped in to see the Jade Emperor, first! How nice, it is a wish, that me, the superb Koala bear, with my super grip could have held on to a kangaroo. And you know, the kangaroo is famous for jumping... it could easily have jumped above the ox, stampee the rat and I, the koala could be the first animal sign in the Chinese zodiac! What a wishful thinking... Can't I dream?
  12. In Singapore, we have the crocodile brand of clothing.... In the West, this sign is more famous for the Lacoste Branch of clothings... whatever... But both do not have the same prestige as being named as one of the 12 Chinese zodiac signs! Miss Piggy is one of them!
  13. How I did land up as a "SWINE?"
  14. 1. In (very general) terms, the facade or high floors of the units or stacks: 17, 18, 19, 20, 23 & 24 is underFlying Star NE 3 (or NE 2). Is suppose to have good qi - family and wealth luck under Period 8 (other than to balance out the health issues) Will have morning sun. Best to avoid low floors especially for units 20, 23 and 24, as the roof of the club house's roofis symbolic of a sickle or knife slicing towards most likely units #02 or #03 - inauspicious shapes and forms. 2. Units or stacks 15, 16, 21, 22 and 25 should be SW3 (or SW2) facing. Suppose to have good qi under Period 8. Only "bad" thing is that it is bathed by the afternoon sun - often, the living room, master and one of the bedrooms sandwiched between living and master will be soaked in the afternoon sun. And if the facade has lots of bricks or cement material, it will literally soak in the heat. 3. Usually units or stacks 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13 and 14 should generally be North 2 facing. And often the kitchen or yard is "wasted" at the back of the apartment. And generally, such homes have so-so luck only. 4. Units or stacks 11 or 12 can be considered as a SW facing. Again, favourable flying star qi - except for the afternoon sun! 5. Stacks 07 and 08 in general could be South 3 facing direction. If so, would be an excellent choice especially for East Group persons. If it is a S3 facing, it will have a double auspicious #8s at the frontage and may also be possible to tap on the very auspicious SW water wealth location. This will still have the afternoon sun at an angle - no choice got to live with it.
  15. Both of you are in deep credit-card debt! How are both of you gona, see me thru to my tertiary education! Please wake up! MUM & DAD! Investing in me is investing in your future! Your future is me! I will make sure that when I grow up, I will fully support both of you! You never know... I may be another Bill Gates or Warren Beatty! 16. When the buying stops! The selling can!
  17. "I will play with a person's greed" to sell more and more Feng Shui products! Who cares if the product is a modern invention!I will just tell the "victim" this is a wealth vase! For lots of money $$$$ luck! For your romance buy a twin mandarin duck! And your romance will automatically prosper!
  18. 1. When applying authentic Traditional Feng Shui, and if you are strictly applying Compass School Feng Shui, then you should be using the "magnetic compass". 2. Not to complicate things, for example near the equator, the magnetic north is nearly equal to the geographic north. Even in other areas, there is a slight deviation, only. 3. As mentioned under Para 1, above, authentic Traditional Compass School Feng Shui, is where, as you had given an example, your frontage should be and is North not South, while the South is the back of the home. This is particuarly so, if you are TAKING a reading using a normal compass (or regular compass). 4. Not to be confused with the Chinese Luopan instrument. Even with this Luopan, it uses a magnetic needle. And only the wordings are calibrated, where North is South and South is North. Maybe this could have led to the confusion. 5. Your home based on the magnetic compass, thus should be SITTING SOUTH and Facing North. Thus, based on the compass, your Main door cannot be "SOUTH" but North. 6. You are also mixing the Four Symbolic Aniamls concept: where briefly, South is represented by a phoneix (fire element), North = water or tortise, East = green dragon and west = white tiger. 7. My god!, it is more useful to use this concept under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui than what you are mentioning: 7.1 You said: "keep red color and bright lights, etc. Also, should I treat my front door area foyer as THE NORTH and keep dark blue items and waterscapes, etc. " 7.2 What you had mentioned above under Para 7.1. is certainly NOT CORRECT! It is based on rudimentary or unfortunately : Kindergarten type of Feng Shui.
  19. The marketing director, has this signage behind his office desk:-
