1. For info, usually for a professional Feng Shui audit; the first priority is to review the Ba zi of the Home (using Flying Star) and then it is nice to have say the individual rooms that suits the elements of say the person staying inside that room. 2.Suunto Compass Sorry, you had posted this question, and during the transition to a new server, that message was accidentally - erased. You can find the resources on it, here:- http://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Using_a_Compass_%26_Protractor

1. Unless one's home is a palace or at least more than 10,000 square feet and a bedroom is equivalent to or even bigger than some small homes put-together. 2. But, if it takes no more than 15 to 20 steps to walk from one side to another in a bedroom; then, it is not that practical to subdivide that room to look into that room's Feng Shui, sector by sector. 3. Many Feng Shui practitioners are "not-so-free" nor more importantly, find it not practical todo so. However, ifany of your room is the size of half a football pitch or an olympic sized pool, then go ahead...

1. The clue is "time-dimension". 2. When you mentioned east symbolizes big wood... is there any reference to time dimensions in such a statement? Yes/No? 3. If No, then should "just" focus on the specific sector(s) based on Flying star numbers and their analysis / interpretation.

1. Yes, this type of hulu is acceptable, except minus the 3 coins. Metallic or bronze/ copper hulu is ok. But avoid hanging the metallic ones. 2. Metallic ones are suppose to be placed on a stable platform e.g. table etc... 3. This cure is used more for #2 and even #5.

Sorry to trouble you again because i don't really understand what you mean by "do not face the stairs".My staircase is split into 2 - the first sectiongoes up to an empty space, then the empty space turns180? to the second section. Iam placingthe sword at this empty space, i.e. People will see the sword as they look in front when walking up or down the stairs. Is this considered facing the stairs? should this be avoided. I also read from an article that the sword should be placed in a direction to give the owner an advantage, is there any direction (e.g. North, South, East, West) the sword should or should not face? Thank you!

Displaying it a the staircase, I feel is better than facing the living room. Just make sure that it is not facing directly the steps. It can be at the "outlines" i.e. side of the staircase. For mansionettes, it can be at the passageway usually between the staircase and the kitchen ....

1. For a fish tank with GOLD fish(es):- Traditionally, should have 7 gold plus one black. Total = 8 fishes. Or as a last resortwhen say one of the gold fish dies.. then it becomes6 gold plus one black. 2. In modern times (today) For koi fish(es), in general, many who can afford to rear such a fish, usually have a large (larger) pond. And it is acceptable to rear as many as one feel - comfortable with it. As 8 koi fishes can seem little in a averaged sized pool. 3. Based on a famous Chinese koi fish painting: this painting has a total of 9 plus 9 fishes (which symbolises 99 ) or longevity! When we count the fishes it is actually 9 + 9 = 18 fishes. 4. On a practical side, we cannot always be concerned about how many fishes we have. For example, especially if we are given the task to count and re-count how many fishes in our pond. Very unproductive. Just enjoy the koi fishes. For example, they have a habit of circling the pond when one feeds it at specific time of day.....

1. In general, majority of sectors that may have one or two #5's in a sector. Or 2. A sector that has a #5 with either / and /or #9 and/or #2 3. A sector that my have a double #2 with #9 Thus, in many instances sectors that OFTEN have Para 1 to 3, may need the "help" of moving metal such as a 6 hollow rod wind chime or a moving clock e.g. grand father tick-tock-tick-tock type of clock. 4. Sectors that may have #5 with often a #6 and/or with #1 or 5. Sectors that may have #2 with often a #6 and/or with #1 For para 4 and 5, usually simple cures like a set of six coins tied with red string. Whilea hulu can be used often under Para 1 to 5.

1. Try to see if you can stop using (having) the water feature. 2. Having a high wall or pillars at your own home is a double edged sword: 2.1 Usually within your own home, you should have some clear space to create a "bright hall" effect or allow qi to congregate at the frontage area of your home. 2.2 Thus having a high wall defeats a bright hall effect. 2.3 Try to stop the water feature, first. As I mentioned earlier, to activate a pearl string is the hope that something as tall as two storey's high is directly opposite your home. This is the most effective, no intrusive method. 3. A rock feature landscape can take over the water feature. Quote: Madan Lal S. wrote: Dear cecill , Thanks for the feed back on pearl of strings. I have had a water feature on for six months, and everything is turning negative. I have no building in the front but I can make a small land scape in the left side . Does it have to have rocks or high pillars in front. Best wishes Madan
