The morale of the story is that the rich gets richer, by investing in time and effort to secure (expert) help in finding a good home. The poor as usual, gets into a cycle of poverty: Imagine buying a home equivalent to a ten year old car. No matter how much effort is done (later) to improve their home, the Feng Shui of the home cannot turn it into a "gem" of a car! If one bought a run-down toyota, how to turn it into a lovely 7 series BMW? Again, it is like a family of 8 buying a home equivalent of a small Chinese cherry car! How to fit 8 persons in the car! No way! Have to purchase a car the equivalent of an MPV!

1. What you had described is very similar to the development known as The Meyer Place. This is the link to it:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=5532&new= 2. In all developments, there are often excellent units, good units and inauspicious units. This depends on which floor, what is the external influence of that particular development. Thus no two homes in a same development is similar. 3. In the above example, the unit " achieves " a quantum leap in Feng Shui by "sucking" wealth from the duplex bungalow - directly within it's development. This bungalow formerly belongs to a wealthy merchant : Tan Lark Sye. 4. Location, location and location plays an important factor. Thus, the smart person would normally get Feng Shui advice prior to purchasing a home. Vs one that they had already chosen and asked for a Feng Shui consultation. 5. In this example, there are also homes that are "entrapped" and one example is as follows:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=11582&new= 6. . Usually, there are two major instances where a home may not be "lived" in by human beings.... http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=3&mid=23677&new=

1. Even in Singapore, it is very common for bedrooms to have an attached toilet. 2. Commonsense approach to Feng Shui:- 2.1 Toilets are considered "dirty" especially each time we flush the toilet bowl, the "air" and "water pressure" shoots out fine mists or droplets all over the entire toilet area. And if there are openings, these will "flow" further. 2.2 However, one day, I was driving along the highway, and this radio feature, had this person, selling some disinfection tablets to regularly sterile the toothbrush much like those denture cleaning tablets. He said that anywhere we place the toothbrush in the toilet, there will sure to be some form of "germs". 2.3 I was "shocked" because: many or all of us from young had never sterlised our toothbrush, or other utensils such as glass for mouth wash etc... 2.4 Thus, the conclusion, here that most of healthy adults do have certain residence to general germs. And is no major cause for concern -- in this area. 3. Given a small room, more doors, may not be practical. In my opinion, just leave it will do.

Quote: 1) What is the Wealth Element & Colour? 1. Please refer to the link, below:- http://www.geomancy.net/talknotes/talknotes.htm 1.1 Under the Five elements concept, there is a cycle known as: "Destructive cycle". 1.2 Literally, it is known as the "destructive cycle" because, taking an example: 2. In the "destructive cycle diagram" , "Wood destroys earth". 3. Just imagine a large tree (strong wood) with it's roots digging into the earth to get nourishment. 4. Thus, we can also say that the Wood (tree) draws wealth from the earth. 5. For a strong metalperson, again in the "destructive cycle",metal destroys wood e.g. a block of wood costs $4, but if you are a strong metal person, (imagine an axe or metal instruments are used to curved out a lovely figurine i.e. a work of art.) 6. For a strong metal person: best elements are: water (blue, black or grey) and wealth element is wood. while Fire (red pink or purple) is equally favourable colours. Quote: 2) The Chinese Name Element: Fire Wood Wood is good for thestrong yang Metal Rabbit? 7. Analysing, recommending (selecting new born's name/ existing) involves several rulesets and the Five elements concept. Best to seek help for those who want a name change.

1. This is not a free service. 2. You can view our link, below for such a service:- http://www.geomancy.net/products/po-dates/po-dates-caesarian-operation.htm 3. In general, if you were to approach a Geomancer for such a service,TWO important variables (or fields)must be known:- 3.1 Baby's sex (male or female) 3.2Your doctor's recommended dates for the caesarian operation (Two weeks range) 4. Optional:- Parents (and or siblings) date and time of birth 5. Para 3 is very important to select a good birth date. And it really does matter whether the child is a male or female as this will have an impact on the date and time there (are) born. 6. While para 4 is meant to see if the child suits / supports the parents ba zi (or not). But this is less crucial, since most people prefer that their child is born "with a better" life. And this area is considered as "nice to have" and not a "must-have.

Some of the interesting photos include "bricks" which are actually ceramic pillows! Look for two or three pictures of these bricks...

Yes, what you mentioned above, does help. Quote: Are the landscaping, the car porch and garage at the back also help the house situation which is between 2 road (small lane at the back, normal road at front)? Attached is the drawing to illustrate the situation better.

This question is similar to the concept found under this recent reply:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=24209&new= Quote: Katrina L. wrote: Hello Master Lee, For 2009, the West is afflicted with the flying star #2 sickness star. My bedroom is located in the East. When I lay down in bed, my head is pointed to the West because it's a good direction for me. Upon reading your response to a related post, you said that when it comes to flying stars, the focus should be the location of the flying stars and not the facing direction. In that case, is it still okay for me that when I am in bed, that my head is pointed towards the West even with the #2 flying star in the West?

1. Please check out this link (3 of 3 articles and graphics) on the rationale of having a certain number of mirrors:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=29&mid=10857&new= 2. Please note that having say one piece or three piece(s) of mirror are considere "nice-to-have" and not a "must-have". Quote: Hella R. wrote: Hi! I recently started to redecorate our house, and try to go after the feng shui guidelines. My front door face north-east, and the wall next the door is east. I thought I want to put a nice mirror there, but I didn't had enough money for the one I really wanted, so my friends suggested the tile mirrors, which sounded good. I thought I can get creative. I got 15 1 foot by 1 foot mirrors, to make a design on the wall. It turned out to be nice, the mirrors are about a quarter inch apart from each other going from the baseboard and ending a little bit after the middle of the wall. My question is that I read that the mirror should be one piece. Can I fix it somehow without remove the mirrors from the wall? If I need to remove it I have to fix the whole wall. Thank you very much. 3. As mentioned earlier, it is nice to use a one piece or say 3 piece mirror. And your tiled mirror(s) are considered "not-so-nice" but it does not warrant for them to be removed since you had already installed it (them).

1. Under the Eight House (East/West Group) the best that can be done, here is:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Master_Bedroom:_Which_side_must_I_sleep_on 2. Otherwise, leave it. As under Eight House concept, there is very limited "cure" for this concept. A holistic approach to Feng Shui is different, it looks into this concept, plus Flying Star, plus Shapes and Forms of the bedroom.

Quote: Aloysius C. wrote: I uses to face WEST direction in my work place which is my ShengChi direction. But this year STAR 2 the illnes star is in WEST direction can I still continue to face WEST or should I change direction to face SouthWest where STAR 6 located. From what I read, your work place seems to in a specific room or location. But if you are in the same location (no change), then flying star should be considered in that sector. And not where you face. For example, if you are seating in the West sector, and you can move to the South-West sector, then fine; you can actually if possible, still sit at SW facing West. It is not like "West is the #2 sector". And that one should not face #2. It is about which sector you are in. Don't misinterpret the same senario as Tai Sui or grand duke. Flying Star is about the sector that one is located in (your office).

1.Since, things went smoothly, you can either monitor the situation as often: "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" applies! 2. Although you had drawn a layout plan, for a proper analysis, often, the person's birthday, compass directions are often looked into. Thus, what you had provided is limited information. 3. Since you do not have your own office (room) or cubicle, it is much harder for any changes if any. Thus it is best that you monitor your situation, first. Quote: Stacey L. wrote: Hi Mr Lee, I am in the financial advisory business and my office is located at gateway west. SInce we moved from Parkview square at north bridge road, business went down alot so I read up on fengshui and approached some shops at FuLuShuo for advice. I applied the Bagua chart for my own desk as I do not have my own office or cubicle. I have attached the picture for your reference.I would like to know if anything needs to be changed as it's another year. For me business went quite smoothly after I applied these items. Please kindly advice, If you do need to take a look at the place what will be the charge. I am really concerned about success in business this 2009.

A search in this forum will also have articles on how to find the centrepoint of a home, how to superimpose a compass chart on it etc..... Try to use your fingers to do the walking..... SEARCH

1. In general, it is not so good to have a water feature at NW sector unless one can confirm or use Flying Star Feng Shui and so happens that the water star #8 could be at this location. 2. Otherwise, it is still not the best location - based purely on very general Feng Shui (Five elements) concept.
