1. Frankly, one must understand why there is a rationale for properly determine where the "mouth of the house" is. 2. The main purpose of determine the "mouth" is so that we can understand where the main qi comes in. And thus, apply the Flying Star Feng Shui. And not based on our whims and fancies to "snake" around the home to find doors that fit the static Eight House (4 East/West Group) persons. 3. Please note that the Compass School of Feng Shui does not depend only on the Eight House concept. And how one tries to fit a square peg in a round hole sort of thing. 4. Thus, one should not be too obsessed only with the Eight House concept; as if the whole world revolves within it. 5. Far from it. The Eight house is a static model and often best used when determing the purchase of a home. But since both your existing and new are similar... what has this Eight House to do with it. 6. Thus it is not abou "sneaking" in and out of a home from a specific secondary entrance etc... 7. It is very common for both partners to have different sleeping directions. You may like to read some of the resources, here:- Master Bedroom: Which side must I sleep on Anonymous wrote: We are looking for a new place and realized that the layout are mostly the same as my current house. Can I treat the door entrance as the 'mouth of the house'? Small sqft apt always hastoilet in the center of the house due to the small size. Can this be rectified?

1. Yes, frankly, what you had mentioned are some of the more typical "cures". 2. As you have mentioned, it would be very odd to see a wall in your environment, this is out. Thus a more natural approach as suggested in your message is to grow "bushy" type of plants vs trees with distinct tree trunk. 3. Of course, Para 1 above,is often the most effective method - in your case, out of the question. Para 2, is thus usually the next best choice. 4. Other methods are basically based more on symbolism e.g. placing a conVEX ba gua mirror above the main door. In Asia, this is a very common method after Para 1 and/or 2. In fact, in Asia, many combine Para 1 with Para 4. 5. Thus without Para 1 or 2, the face or "mouth" of the home is left exposed to such "sha qi" (bad qi). Anonymous wrote: Dear Master Cecil Lee

1. Under the current period: 8 (2004 to 2023); the areas to look out for in Singapore would be the NE corridor of Punggol / Seletar area. 2. Another area is already evident is in the SW sector Singapore. Go down to Boon Lay and one can see that this is the busiest sub-urban place-to-be in Singapore. 3. In the next 10 years or so, the NE corridor would gradually also see much activities. NE would be seen as more of a "physical" recreational activity hub... while the SW more of a "work cum window shopping" kinda-of a place. 4. It does not mean that the whole population has to move to NE or SW - goodness me! Nowadays with easy transportation: MRT and many own cars; it is so much easier to move around i.e. mobility. 5. Under this period: South should also not be forgotten as after NE and SW; South is considered another "auspicious" hub of activities: both recreational and work. 1. If you see the trunk of a tree "slicing" thru the window, it is considered a poison arrow. But if these are fine branches with or without leaves, it is a non-issue. An alternative is the placement of a convex mirror at waist level on the outside of the window. This conVEX mirror should be facing the tree trunk. 2. Sometimes, it may only be an illusion that of a tree trunk slicing towards the window. Often, if the tree (tree trunk) is on the side of the window, this is not considered a poison arrow. The tree (trunk) must be directly facing the window or tangent to it. 3. If it is the back of the staircase, it is often a non-issue. The main issue is to see the staircases sloping down towards the main door. A simple partition or a screen can be used to block the view of the staircase from the main door.

1. In Asia, this is very common. And it range from private homes, apartments. 2. The modern concept of small office/home office, or SOHO, have very high ceilings. 3. In fact, Shapes and Forms Feng Shui especially homes that can benefit from sum of ten under Flying Star should have this type of characteristics. 4. Looking out of the window, if you see a tree trunk, then this is considered a poison arrow or sha qi. Use a blind or screen or day curtains is good enough to neutralise it.

1. Sorry to hear about it. 2. More importantly, the new burial site - if any is very important. However, if cremation - this is considered neutral. 3. Other than the above; what can change is one's earth luck: Feng Shui for the living (one's home Feng Shui and office Feng Shui are very important) factors.

The most less obvious method is to draw a small thin red line the line is the size of a thin red string or even a string directly above your head + shoulders will do. This is best method available: as the red line represent fire element to "melt" or destroy the concrete beam. Other than this, other methods are even more obvious.

1. One of the key success factors is to determine what are the Flying Star numbers good or bad that is at the facade of a specific area of a home. 2. Thus, if the home isa landed property with four "facings"; it is good to encourage qi to flow either thru an opening such as a door or a window. 3. Therefore, look out for good flying star numbers such as: current prosperity stars #8 and future-future prosperity stars such as #1; often #9 is favourable also provided it is not "mixed" with #5 or #2. 4. From the above example under Para 3, if say; your main entrance door has either a mountain star #8 or a water star #8 or better still double #8's then; it is 10 times better to use the original entrance vs the kitchen as your "main door". 5. If other facades of your home has good qi, again, an opening can help to circulate good qi. 6. Some even look at the yearly or (monthly) Flying stars - but generally, the 20 year and yearly flying stars are enough. 7. From your description; it is acceptable to see the laundry or the toilet from the "back door - kitchen door" even if you made it your "main door". Thus in my opinion, it is worse to place a ba gua mirror inside a home. A ba gua mirror of any sort should only be placed on an external wall looking out of a home. 8. In fact, some apartments (flats) have no choice with the main entrance door immediately facing the kitchen and/or service area. 9. The key success factor is try to tap good qi external to the home and encourage it to flow into a home. 10. Once a while, if there is a rainly day; once the rain is over, it is good to open all windows in a home (occassionally) to let the entire home be refreshed with outside "air". These are the key fundamentalsfor a home in terms of commonsense approach to Feng Shui. It's free! Anonymous wrote: Dear Master Lee, As per my study with the help of your Bazi premium report.I have understood that the main door has to face West or North west.As aweak water person my main door is facing North that is disaster so I am using my kitchen door which is also my back door as my main door but my main convern is ! it is facing the laundry room and toilet. Please advice me if that is ok or I have to use a cure such as concave mirror.IF yes, what size concave mirror would be appropriate? 1. What is a catalyst? In chemistry, this is anysubstance that starts or initiates or accelerates a chemical reaction without itself being affected. 2. Who is a catalyst? A person who acts as an interface that causes an important event to happen; activating the double #8's which are themountain and water stars to produce wealth! 3. How old can a catalyst be? If it is a person; even an elder or a person in his late 80's may also become one. 4. What is the requiste of a catalyst? In this example, he or she has to have good upper body strength i.e. he (or she) is able to balance two items on each of his hands... for a relatively long period of time. 5. Why is he doing this? He (or she) is not trying to enrich himself (herself). Just that he/she is too free or nothing else better to do. Please apply now to:- toofree-n-nothing-better-to-do@sunset.com

You don't need to be a rocket scientist! So long as when you use the blood pressure monitor and can hear a faint "Five" "five" "five" "five"... this means bad news! Major sickness ... has arrived.. and thus "misfortune" to the family.... If you hear a faint "two" "two" "two" ... this one.. not so bad... still got hope

Hope he can get his word across to them!

1. This has more to do with Commonsense or Commonsense approach to Feng Shui: 1.1. For example, in the even that the stove area catches fire; both smoke and fire may overwhemn the staircase area. 1.2. Alternatively, if for some reasons; the fire at the stove was extinguished but if the stove is a gas stove; the gas may flow around the staircase / and nearby area - both dangerous and may be fatal to breathe-in.
-
1. When visting any Feng Shui websites, remember to check whether are they selling any commercial products. If so, most likely, they will sell you useless Feng Shui products. These practitioners, have no shame; to line their pocket with your hard earned money. 2. When the buying STOPS, the selling, CAN!
