Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store in disguise. Selling is their business. Not authentic scientific Feng Shui Ask: "Must I buy from YOU?"

Many Feng Shui Masters are FAKES! They are actually a highly commercialised Feng Shui Store in disguise! Ask: Must I buy from YOU? Feng Shui is purely scientific! No purchase of commercialised products in the name of Feng Shui is required! Give me a good reason? Here goes.... Spread the word to your family and friends!

Case Study: Meet and recognise Feng Shui from hell? Avoid like the plaque.. LOL These persons give Feng Shui a bad name... The tell tale signs are often on their website: Please ask: “Must I buy items from you?” Authentic Feng Shui does not require one to buy commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Feng Shui is purely scientific. Everyone of us can do our part to boycott them.

Q: We ended up not purchasing the house you evaluated. We are currently considering at home that faces north. Can we still use the analysis you did and just rotate the floorplan around to determine good/bad rooms? The home we are looking at now has bedrooms in the NW, SW and E. Using the previous analysis, is east bedroom good for George? I noticed that it's not blue on the diagram. Unfortunately west room is a bathroom in this new home. Is that bad? The current home was built in 1941. The previous home you did analysis was built in 1950. Both hands had roof repaired in the last 8-10 years. Comments: Frankly, you can only use the individual + their best directions as a reference. As to good or bad rooms, this is based on drawing a chart based on one of the 24 permutations [Flying Stars Feng Shui]. Thus, not possible to superimpose the previous home’s chart and say whether the sector is good or not. For example, even if the sector is good for an individual, it may not necessarily have good influences.

Where should my stove face?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in 4 Good-Bad Directions/Eight House Suitability (Zai Yun)
Honestly, there are more than meets the eye under Holistic Feng Shui. 1. How to apply sleeping and work positions. 1.1. Under this link, the Flying Star Feng Shui, the general bedroom layout is taken into real consideration:- 2. Also, in a real world there are many say married couples who have partners where one is east group and the other west group persons. 2.1 Thus it is not like a couple: one west and the other east group persons: "need to wash their legs close to sleeping time." And one partner sleeps with the other's legs and vice-versa if they need to face their best bed-head directions. (If any) 3. All too often questions like these looks simple enough: "Now my master bedroom am I suppose to face West or my Headboard suppose to be on the West?" 3.1. Frankly, there are lots more considerations: as considerations include the bedroom layout, where are the openings such as windows, bedroom door, toilet doors etc... 4. Try to avoid this type of Feng Shui:- 4.1. Simply called : "Fast Food Feng Shui." 4.2. Please excuse this graphic. And IGNORE the word "CRAZY". 4.2.1 As your posting is certainly not "CRAZY" but understandable. Just that I do not want to re-edit this caricature. 4.3. But it is useful to bring it up to illustrate the term: "Fast Food Feng Shui" that's all! 4.4. Thus, your posting is understandably not crazy. LOL 5. Just a few days ago, something similar was asked.... 5.1. I took a snap shot of that resource: 5.2 The actual write-up is in this link... Please scroll to Part 15 under Parc Botannia, below: 5.3. The question seems so simple.... yet ... many factors are taken into consideration. -

1. Although the topic is "The design tricks that keep skyscrapers from swaying seems remote or does not seem to have anything to do with Feng Shui." 2. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is equally important to understand a related topic such as "wind votexes" on a building/block/stack and unit. (Above: The Florence Residences) (Above: Treasure @ Tampines) 2.1 A Shapes and Forms expert always also looks at the external of the site and the positioning of the various blocks/stacks and how wind flows and wind votexes (if any) on such a block/stack/unit. 3. This is why, when one often looks at my reviews on developments, I often illustrate possible wind flows, sha qi from exposed unit frontages and also how the geographic terms like High and Low pressure zones can affect both the health and wealth luck of someone living in a home. 4. Coincidentally, holes or openings in tower blocks is equally popular in Feng Shui design considerations. 5. Here, the most common reply is that a hole or opening in a tower block allows the dragon from the hills a gateway to come flow to the sea. 6. Thus this is highly popular especially in Hong Kong real estates. 7. Under science, from the above resource, this helps in reducing the stress on a building and reduce the sway significantly.

Case Study 6: Recurrent dreams after moving into a new home? 1. For one, how nice if we are always above a certain passion? How about food? Yes, make it Han Bao Bao(s) x infinity!" Nice-:) 2. Oh Dear! My dreams are nothing like the above. Let me describe it for you.... "Don't worry, Feng Shui has a fix for this...." And one can then move-on.. LOL This is what you get when your home was formerly the ground zero for one of Singapore's most successful Fast Food Chain....

Yeah, still around. But looks like at my visit in the morning on a June 2019 Sunday, the cleaner was the only one benefiting from it. She will collect the tray and left over plates. Place it on the conveyor. And once it successfully enters the system; she collected a piece of receipt. This receipt is for a discount... -
Case Study 16: For ground floor units, it is a good idea to find out what other facilities is facing the potential unit. 1. For example a look at the development scale model, in this instance shows a wall blocking the unit's view living room view. 2. Armed with this information, then the purchaser can decide whether is it worthwhile to buy this unit. 3. Don’t buy then later when collect keys then, OOPS! Huh? Why like this? Sorry, already too late!

This illustration shows three different afternoon influences on various stacks affected somewhat by the afternoon sun rays. To simply, majority of the stacks facing Serangoon Road could be affected by the afternoon sun. Subject to certain storeys being shielded by the hospital (or not). 1. PURPLE = Afternoon sun all year round towards the living room and all bedrooms 2. PINK = Afternoon sun all year round also towards the living room and all bedrooms. In addition, on a hot sunny day, do expect the afternoon sun to soak outside the master bedroom walls. And be prepared to see the heat oozing into the master bedroom often even at 7pm or even at 8pm. 2.1 Turning on a fan may just circulate the heat. 2.2 However, the effect of soaking into the master bedroom wall depends very much on the thickness of the external walls. But from past experience, HDB's wall are like that... not fantastic. 2.3 In some recent condos, the development grew creepers along the side walls extending from the top floors to close to the bottom wall. Thus this has the effect of shielding or cooling somewhat the heat. 3. Older HDB flats have extended RC roofs or even added arm-length aluminum trellises to try to partially shield the unit from direct heat from say 12.30pm to 3 or 4pm. 4. GREEN = Afternoon sun soaking into the master bedroom wall. And afternoon sunlight towards the service yard and kitchen area. For the later, no issue since these are non living quarters. Some like it as their clothes get maximum afternoon sun heat. 5. This additional illustration shows RED lines drawn onto stacks that are affected by afternoon sun:- 6. Below. Just imagine that what you see here are all the stacks that are affected by afternoon sun:- (Artist sketch: shows the Serangoon Road side of Kempas Residences).

*FAKE NEWS* Landscaping? Oh! We took the lowest quote for the design of the common areas. Thus don't expect everything will be PERFECT. And NO! We did not read the comments by the Feng Shui Master on The Visionaire EC... "If it is so dangerous.. go get a helmet for all your family when you go down to the common areas. Don't forget.. nowadays.. even if one were to cycle on the roads, a helmet is required!” (Quote/Unquote = The Developer)
