Those acquainted with The Clementi Mall will recognize this as one of the linkways connecting Clementi MRT station to Clementi Central. There are three sets of escalators positioned in front of the shop. Typically, two of them are moving downward, while the remaining one is designated for upward movement.

This Jurong line is a link between the North to Southern side and NW of this district. Most noticeable is this entirely new Jurong line that is at the door step of NTU and Jurong East Avenue Three. Includes the iconic name of Peng Kang Hill. Where many section commanders must have memories good or not so good about it. LOL

Yes, agree that it is a large development with 1,052 residential units + 5 commercial. But not as huge as this advertisement suggests:- In Singapore, numerous condominiums and executive condominiums (ECs) feature a minimum of 1,000 units. Perhaps Affinity is eager to demonstrate that it is yet another "Treasure @ Tampines". LOL. Honestly, many individuals would prefer residing in a more compact development. Therefore, that sales pitch is not particularly impressive... Please make a better effort next month! Simply state, "We may not be the largest, but we are optimally sized with 88 exceptional facilities."

Cecil Lee replied to mw66's topic in General Help
These are just the tip-of the ice-berg. In March 2019 alone.... these are the only two verified... there are more.. that are not verified... Please stop sending all these. If don't stop is also fine. All such requests goes into a "blackhole". -

Please understand why two recent questions related to the altar are replied to? And why yours will not be replied to at all.... -
On April 1, 2019, this store offered the MK DC battery doorbell for $20, not including GST. Three years prior, the same item was available for just $10, indicating an inflation rate of approximately 100%. It is important to note that I have no affiliation with this store; I simply purchased one for my residence. Therefore, this invoice serves merely as a reference. Additionally, there is no assurance that the item is still in stock. MK is a well-regarded brand, and it is likely that other retailers also carry this product. The MK brand bell: This is how the actual (external package) box looks like: S4338 WHI Battery Operated Melody Chime @ 4.5V Slimeline Plus F1727

PLOT B This location is an additional area where sizable tents are erected. In the previous year's Chinese 7th month, Chinese Wayangs were also featured. The focus is less on this area, as only Block 914 and a few stacks need to turn to their left to have a view of Plot B. HDB BLOCK 844 is the most impacted by the activities at Plot B. PLOT B PLOT B

PLOT A Stack #17 may frequently observe religious activities, including the presence of large joss sticks and burning incense near the car park area. Today on April 1st, 2019: Adjacent to the car park, there is a sizable religious gazebo tent. This location should be easily visible to stack #17. Car park to the left and the religious activities to the right:- Cars are going or heading towards Bedok.. This area is under Plot A. These photos show the fringe of the car park heading towards Bedok:-
