One Meyer @ 1 Meyer Place by SL Capital (5) Pte Ltd (formerly The Albracca) As this development is beside the head of Meyer Road and the current Katong Park MRTstation, it is pretty dirty and noisy. Furthermore, the Meyer Place (slip road) access from Meyer Road / Fort Road junction is temporarily closed during the MRT construction. Thus the only way into this estate is via ARTHUR Road or Ford Road. Anyway, there are only 4 small condos leading to Meyer Place. While out of the three bungalows along Meyer Place, only two are stayed in. While one is vacant. Actually two of these bungalows have “dirty” title deeds. As there are various claims to the Two run down buildings: roughly around 16,000 square feet. A triangular piece of land. Essentially, there are 9 low-rise housing tower blocks. They share many characteristics with other developments, where the units tend to remain quite rectangular in shape. Overall, the planners have made a reasonably acceptable adjustment in the placement of each of the 9 blocks, based on my observation of the site plan from a global perspective. At first glance, there do not appear to be any major disturbing issues, aside from the sharp corners of some stacks. I hope these do not point towards the openings of neighboring units, particularly the balcony openings (if any). Fingers crossed! Source & Credit:

“Flying Stars” is literally means timely Stars. Thus Annual and monthly are more timely than the base Stars. Thus one interpretation is the monthly and the annual are preferred. Why? Again these two stars are truely “timely”. Question: Is the base star timely or (untimely?”). In practice, this is one way to look at it.

Bsded on the exception principle, hopefully the sector South is not a master bedroom etc... else more attention should be placed to cure this sector etc.. Why March month is highlighted in yellow? So happens the report knows that I generated it in March 2019 perhaps to look further into it.
-
TThese are some considerations:- 1. Similar to the Principles of Management of a business; there is a concept known as “Management by exception.” 2. Plot the 20 year Flying Stars. Plus the Year + the month. 3. For example, Look for any red flags such as clusters of #5’s with #5’s with #2 with #9’s. 4. Where is this sector located? Not great if it is the master bedroom. Thus if the master bedroom has such “nasty” combinations, then more emphasis on the cure(s). Say for that year and especially that specific month. 5. Conversely, if there are clusters of good stars like #8’s ; #1’s etc, same can be said to activate the good stars. For that year and month. 6. Same can be for stars like #3 or lesser #2. 7. Thus based on the exception principle; in general, the above especially the #5’s and #3’s being some of the more problematic stars may be monitored = if one has the time to do so.

Part 1: Stigma of a Block, Stack & Unit close-by to both the Bin Centre (BC) + Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) A. Bin Centre: 1. Block 1: Stacks #02 and #03 and Block 3: stack #11 are directly facing the Bin Centre. Usually, these stacks/units should be a last resort. Especially lower floor units are to be avoided "like the plague". 2. Although Stack 01 is not directly facing the Bin Centre, side glance will still see the Bin Centre. 3. Low floors close to marking in pink "A" may be affected by both the noise from the rubbish collecting truck and smell from the truck as well during the unloading of the rubbish into the truck. 4. Surrounding locations at marking "B" is less likely. 4.1 Unless due to some circumstances that the rubbish truck(s) did not come to load up rubbish - such as maybe during Chinese New Year. 4.2 Or if there situtations where distinct odours such as the thrown away durian husks etc.. or even a rare "strike" by the rubbish collection persons? 4.3 This senario is very unlikely in SGP. As it is a crime to do so. LOL. B. Electrical Sub-station (ESS) 3. Although there is no scientific proof of the ill effects from staying near-by to an ESS. 4. However, there is a well-known stigma attached to this. 4.1. Thus, even if technically there is no issue; why go against "the flow?" 4.2 Just follow the crowd and give these stacks / units a miss and avoid carrying a baggage in the future. Such as in the event of re-selling the unit.

The Antares Condo by Keong Hong Holdings Launching soon
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
The planning area is considered as Geylang. [A location where some banks avoid bank financing - if any] Please check that banks allow readily financing for the development. Thanks. -
According to the Sales pitch: 1953 @ Balestier Road “Shaped by the rich heritage of the renowned Balestier, 1953 stands beautifully with a conserved facade to add on to a new legacy. This new freehold city fringe mixed development by Oxley along Balestier Road. This project is built on the former shops which faced Balestier Road. 1953 on its completion will have 7 units of conservation shop-houses, 7 units of commercial and 58 units of residential units.” The facade spots an iconic 1950’s look:

These are based on common sense. how can it be inauspicious? For example: “Welcome... Sweet Home”. Feng Shui does not micro manage until this type of thing
