If red, green, and brown are considered unfavorable colors, how do plants fare in this context? Additionally, a case study will be presented showcasing the comprehensive application of Eight House, Flying Stars, and Ba Zi Feng Shui.
Case Study: You have your own favourable and unfavourable colours. But sometimes, what is unfavourable to you, can be favourable for the house. For example, although green (wood element) is unfavourable to you. Your living room or a son's room can be suitable for green. Common sense says that you are not a fixed object in a room or occupy your son's bedroom. Nor are you fixed at the living room where it may need green. It is different if you are nailed 24/7 to the living room floor. This is one of the premise not to be too concerned with colour associations at these places. Of course, if your favourable colours are say blue, black or grey, then one might (where possible) wear more of these favourable elements. 1. Flow Chart of a Practical Approach to Feng Shui Today. 1.1. The Sample Page 1 of 3 incorporates all of these:- 2. Page 1 of 3 of a standard Full Audit Professional Feng Shui report by Geomancy.net 2.1. These charts are no accident. For each full audit, it takes as much as 5 hours to prepare reports, study / analyse and prepare detailed charts. Where at one glance, all the Feng Shui concepts and theories are combined together. 3. You wrote: "Hi, from my bazi analysis, red, green and brown colors are considered unfavorable for me and I was advised to avoid these colours in clothing and bedroom deco" 3.1. In the example below, it is not about You only. For married couples as should in this example, the binding element for this couple are Earth and Metal element. While their daughter also has her own specific colours which are applied in Page 1 of 3. 3.2 In addition, did you see this: NOTE: SOME SECTOR(S) MAY NOT ACCEPT BRIGHT YELLOW &/OR BRIGHT RED &/OR GREEN COLOUR EVEN THOUGH THE COLOUR(S) MAY BE SUITABLE TO THE INDIVIDUAL. 3.3. Hence, so what even if your favourable colours suit you. But the house also has it's birth chart (a birthday) and it's best colours also has to be considered:- 3.4 (Below) Plotting all family member's individual ba zi. And for married couples, looking at their Binding Element. To see if it can be applied to most areas of the home where they own. Especially the living room and master bedroom:- 3.5. Below: Cannot depend on an individual's ba zi colours. For example at SW sector, there is a Flying Star Water Star #3 = quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements. 3.5.1. If say an individual best colour is wood, but based on the above, this sector cannot accept green or plants. 3.5.2 This has to be factored into the equation or sector. Not just because an individual is suitable to plants, one can place it anywhere in that house. LOL. At SW? Not advisable.... 3.6. (Below) So what if for example my favourite element is Earth? 3.6.1. Even if the individual or combined husband and wife's best element colour is Earth (Yellow). 3.6.2. One has to look at the Flying Star chart e.g. Living Room = West to see if Earth such as Bright Yellow can be used or not. 3.6.3. In this example, the Living Room happens to have a nasty #5 (strong earth element) misfortune/sickness "strong earth element". 3.6.4. Thus, best to avoid Yellow at this area. 4. (Below) Applying Eight House Concept: No accident of who sleeps where:- Application of the Eight House determines who sleep where. For this example, Mr should sleep closer to the window. As the qi flowing into the unit from North favours more for Mr = his excellent. While for Mrs, she should sleep closer to NE which is her excellent sector:- 5. If you are a married person, under Page 2 of 3, the binding elements of both partners are Earth and Metal element and this is considered in relation to the Flying Star Feng Shui of Mountain Star #4 vs Water Star #6 as shown in the circle numbers. 6. (Below) Part 3 of 3: Reference Five Elements shape and colour chart)

Consideration: Are vinyl floor tiles safe for residential use? Are there any potential adverse effects to be aware of?
Formaldehyde Gas Another aspect to consider is the presence of Formaldehyde Gas, which can be emitted from manufactured wood products like Plywood, Blockboard, Chipboard, MDF board, and others. These materials are commonly used in various parts of the house such as the living room, dining area, kitchen cabinets, and wardrobes. Symptoms of exposure to Formaldehyde Gas include watery eyes, irritation of the nose and throat, a strong smell, skin irritation, and more. Prolonged exposure to elevated levels of Formaldehyde gas could increase the risk of developing cancer.

Imagine, who could have thought that a modern day wall paper may have an issue. In the past, wall PAPERS are really made with real paper! The only concern is that it should not be painted with lead paint. I could not imagine that today’s wallpapers may be using petrochemical products... Thus today, it should instead be call wall decorative sheets or wallCOVERINGS I stead! yes Anything man made may have volatile organic compounds. Saw this ad, touting it is green! In Summary: 1. It is surprising to think that contemporary wallpaper could encounter problems. 2. It is astonishing to consider that a modern-day wall covering could face issues. I have never actually utilized this. However, it does serve to expose the various potential contaminants present in our environment.

Case Study 8: Should I be concerned with the long (slightly winding) common corridor? Even with a long corridor, good news is that none, yes none of the stacks/units are affected by sha qi from a direct path towards their main entrance door.

Sixteen35 Residences at 16 Lorong 35 Geylang by Oxley Holdings
This small development has a single block of 8 storeys high with a total of 60 residential units. Leasehold 99 years. Expected TOP is under Period 8 Flying Stars Year 2023. A tightly packed (like a sardine can) of stacks/units: P.S. Geylang being a red-light district has a corresponding high number of temples. Lots! A major concern is that many banks are reluctant to give loans to buyers within the Geylang enclave.

Feng Shui suffers a bad reputation, today. Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. Many Feng Shui Masters and their shops are FAKES! On Saturday, 14 March 2020, a WhatsApp from a past client P.S. Frankly, I was just being extremely polite. Actually if one got the hint, as the British always say just throw the "bloody" thing away!

Case Study 6: Common sense of Prevention is better than no cure: the location of the Service Road Entry/Exit 1. In Singapore, we have lots of not only impatient drivers, but also drivers who don't give way even when they are right. 2. Together with a stressful life-style. 3. As a driver, we also need to depend on the planners to do their part in the development of a preventive (accident) environment. 4. What is the planner(s) of HDB Punggol Cove Crown doing when he/she located one of this development's Entry/Exit service road exactly facing each other? 5. Mark my words, one fine day, (touchwood) this may cause a what was a preventable accident. And my feeling is that the primary cause could be one of those PMDs at this intersection. Oh Dear! Just had a flash-vision of it... (Appended by Cecil Lee on 29.11.2019 = PMDs are banned on pathways and this should discourage the use and abuse by driving it at traffic lights junction) 6. Stupidity has no limits. LOL! HDB should get this planner to write 6,000 lines: "In the future, I must not do this again. LOL" 6.1. Hey! HDB, I personally feel that it is still not too late to adjust this Entry/Exit point. Try to right a "wrong, please". 6.2. Alternatively, if you had bought a unit here, may be write-to them? Didn't HDB say that you are a potential Subsidiary Proprietor (SP) kinda-of... even if you are just a leasee...
