  1. 1. Predominantly, for the condo development; this development = Skies Miltonia has 4 facing directions: N1 or S1 or SW1 or NE1. 2. Toilets at the centrepoint is often considered a leak. However, for example, if one selects stacks like 18 = SW1 facing; it can easily withstand easy; a leak at the centrepoint ... during Period 8... as an example.
  2. These are some considerations: 1. Attachment: BY RANKING SKIES MILTONIA: Please ignore the bottom right box as it is specific to the "right person". (Note the bottom right box is for a west group person.) 2. The working file shows that especially for the larger apartments especially 3 and 4 bedrooms; they are predominantly facing S1 or SW1. 2.1 Many of the better units are facing afternoon sun. 3. From now to 2023, the better stacks are those facing SW1 and for the two bedders, NE1 (not shown). 4. Out of topic: Recently, I was at the show room, not sure about the workmanship of the units. As I went into the master bedroom toilet of one of the two showflats and the tiles are not there and was covered by a rug. And also most showflats have toilets in the show area. This one and Laurel Tree (Hillview showroom) same those external plastic toilets. Sometimes.. such first impressions count. 5. Top stacks (3 and 4 bedrooms) are stacks 8, 12 and 16. Coincidentally, when I was at the development; another geomancer I know had purchased a unit at stack 12. 5.1. From now to 2023, SW is both the indirect water spirit as well and ranked highly in the Flying Star "food chain". And if one is a west group like the attached "By ranking" then it is a bonus for a west group person. 5.2. Especially for stacks 12 and 18 lower floors would not be as affected by afternoon sun as it will be blocked by BLOCKS 33 and 35. 5.3. Thus for stacks facing SW; it is not possible for me to cover all the aspects with regards to afternoon sun or slight afternoon sun or none at all. For those who are purchasing such stacks should bear in mind the stack that you want and visualise any impact (if any of the afternoon sunlight) 6. Currently for those who have loved ones who have to depend on the MRT, there were grouses that some even had to wait 9 trains during peak period before they can take the North - South line. And according to another comment some had to wait the 4th train. This is another bad news given that the new tracks from Woodlands is not ready, yet.
  3. The 2014 to 2020 Chinese Horoscope & Feng Shui Forecast Here are the Yearly Forecasts from 2014 to 2020:- Year 2014 Forecast:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2014.htm Year 2015 Forecast:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2015.htm Year 2016 Forecast:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2016.htm Year 2017 Forecast:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2017.htm Year 2018 Forecast:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2018.htm Year 2019 Forecast:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2019.htm Year 2020 Forecast:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2020.htm
  4. Government's latest cooling measures on property purchase - as of last Friday... This round; there will be a wipe-out of investors. Thus, in my opinion, there should be a price correction of around 10 percent by later 2013 (next year).
  5. How many eggs or rather; how many varities of eggs are sold by this vendor? 44, 99? 101?
  6. Excluding prices of Riversails (Just launched)....
  7. 1. Please note that as you had described; it should be 2012. 2. In addition the hse number report is for apartments only.
  8. Resources on the Stove can be found under this link:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Kitchen_Stove_%26_More And it is based on one's Eight House chart (Lady of the house)i.e. either an East or West group. Thus hope you understand, for practical reasons, all things or everything cannot be squeezed into any report else a report becomes a huge thick "encyclopedia".
  9. These are some considerations: 1. Individual Ba Zi Reports have consideration for bed-head and study directions. 2. Please note that Ba Zi Report is not an Everything in it report or for pratical reasons an all thing report. For example, not everyone owns a home nor affected by the kitchen etc.... 2.1. In a traditional family : there is the husband and wife team. And usually the kitchen is the wife's domain. 2.2. While a Ba Zi analysis caters for all parties both Male and Female. And as the kitchen is the wife's domain; a ba zi analysis applies to all persons both Male and Female. 2.3. While a home which consists of a Kitchen is looked at from other Feng Shui related analysis. Summary of Sample Person (Owner/Breadwinner) Eight House Chart. Direction Location Status suitable for North-West Death Bad: Poor health, accidents, misfortune and loss. Storeroom or toilet. North Longevity Good: Ideal for health. Beds, bedrooms and dining table. North-East Disaster Bad: Quarrels, frustration, disputes and legal problems. Storeroom or toilet. West Spook Bad: Uneasy, theft, robbery and financial loss. Storeroom or toilet. East Prosperity Good: The Best location. Money luck and promotion. door, room doors, kitchen door, beds, working desks. South-West Irritation Bad: Petty annoyances, disease, headaches, theft and infidelity. Toilet or kitchen. South Excellent Very Good: Prime Location, ideal for vitality Front door, beds and religious altars. South-East Health Good: Ideal situation for speedy recovery. Beds, doors, master bedroom and the dining table. For example, the above; belonging to the Compass School : Eight House analysis is certainly not Ba Zi. It belongs to another field of discipline. In addition, please try not to be confused. Stove placement belongs to this Compass School i.e. Eight House Theory i.e. the sitting and facing direction of a stove. 3. Please note that traditionally some items have existed a very long time ago such as the pagoda and 6 coins. 4. Many of these Fung Sway Emporiums are churning out tons and tons of decorative items in the name of Fung Sway for the sole purpose of making money.
  10. Under this illustration, as mentioned earlier; the main entrance depends on how the architect connects all the stacks into one block.
  11. In my opinion, if you are specifically focusing on the frontage of this unit; then most likely the facing direction is standing at marking in RED: E looking towards F.
  12. These are some considerations: 1. For a condo unit; often an architect designs a block of flats (apartments) and then as an after thought; places the main entrance door according to how the various stacks are "glued" together. 2. For example, in some developments, the main door can even be as shown in the attachment. If so, the direction of the main door can change totally from your original layout plan. But the way the qi flows in is still from that Foyer, area. 3. Therefore, if one based on the concept of standing inside the main door and looking outwards, the "facing" direction of the apartment can differ depending on where the main entrance door is. 4. Living Habits in this unit 4.1. Often, one should consider one's living habits in the unit. 4.2. For example, some often slam shut their main door when not in use. And if so; this is one strong statement to say that the facing direction of the unit should not be, here (standing inside the main entrance door looking out of it).
  13. In this example, the loft bed is closer to the window area (side). Air-flow to the bed-head also depends on the openings at the window area. Many new condos have windows that open only at the side. And if it is in this situation; opened at the bed-head side; some asian children, are scared of strong winds blowing towards their bed. Thus, we must always consider variables like where are the windows, full or partial walls; and where are the bedroom doors.
  14. The illustrations show that often, it is better to place a wardrope at the corner of the bedroom furthest away from the bedroom door. As this has more to do with air-flow into and out of the bedroom. Natural air always follow the path of the lowest resistance which is an opening. BUT, if one turns on a fan to circulate to all areas of the bedroom or turn on an air-con; then what I mentioned above is a non-issue.
  15. 1. As mentioned previously, double-decker beds have been around for many years. 2. Nowadays, many condo developments have SOHO units or even high ceilings that allow not just one bunk bed but TWO in this example. 3. In World War Two; many of the US ships have bunk beds that can sleep even four sailors in a row. Thus, there is no issue even with this innovative double decker x 2 beds. 4. In this example, the developer's Interior Design has designed such that the 2nd person or lower double decker bed ; has the person's head not below the other double decker bed. 5. By right there is suppose to be no issue. Perhaps, this is one way of assuring concerned parents that there is no major fears as the person's brain matter is not under another bed. 6. My slight concern is that for person on the higher bed; if his head is at the corner of the room; make sure that there is sufficient ventilation. 6.1 As sleeping at a corner implies stagnant air flow. Of course, air is always there but if no fan or air-con circulating around this "corner" area, it is not that healthy as there is lower refresh (air) cycle at that area. It also depends on type of windows and how air circulates or does not circulate into the "corner of where the 2nd person's head is at the upper deck of the double decker. 6.2. Often this is why, the wardrope is always often placed along this area.
  16. In my opinion: 1. I personally feel that even in exactly the same career; it can differ in element. Why? 2. It has more to do with the individual who takes on with the job. 3. For example: I would interpret Singapore's First Prime Minister job function as more to do with Wood element. While Singapore's current or 3rd Prime Minister more of a water element. 4. Why? 5. The First Prime Minister is in my opinion, full of vision and although all Prime Ministers are orchestra conductors; the first PM is able to fully make use of his team: and make substantial growth of the country = Wood element. And on occassions, make tough decisions = Fire element. 6. The current 3rd Prime Miniser although is still an orchestra conductor (in my opinion) even if his musicians are out of tune; is more forgiving and more into auto-pilot mode. Thus; I feel water element and goes with the flow of his elite team. As a result, he can't be "wood element" as wood element is characterised by being pro-active. He's is more of an elastoplast; more towards, patching problems after it has surfaced. 7. The morale of the story is we have to look and reflect on the person in order to better understand what element he or she is inclined towards.
  17. Maybe the owners dream of having brainy children? Chidren that can go to University and become a doctor? If not, why does the two qi lins in the attachment have such huge brains?
  18. I understand if a person is born naturally with a mole on their face. They did not plan for it. BUT, the frontage of a house is man-made. Man design and create it. How's this house with one of the ugliest moles on it's facade!
  19. 1. I am glad that one of the largest stacks remain unsold for this development is stack 09. 2. the three bedroom Stack 09 has poor Shapes and Forms Feng Shui:- 2.1. The Interior layout is not rectangular 2.2. Most importantly, although it is one of the few stacks that have both frontage views as well as views towards the back i.e. Heron Bay Executive Condo; 2.3. Although it's frontage has an unblocked view towards the opening; but this stack would normally "suffer" or the residents would most likely suffer from Money In and Money Out due to the funny thing called "forced thru" or more aggressive flow of "wind" or qi due to the totally unblocked frontage leading to the back. 2.4. Think of it as a weak link or weak chain that is about to break that glues or holds Block 25 to Block 27. 2.5. Thus if one looks at the attachment: the opening at purple marking "A" is more a liability than an asset to stack 09. It would be better if the architect has added a proper stack on it's opposite site. 3. This development has one of the very unusual layout of various stacks. And for this development; there are stacks that range from good to reasonable to poor. Other stacks to "watch" out are stacks 11 and 19 in this development.
  20. In my opinion: 1. Riversound Residence: 1.1. In my opinion, this development has two "fast moving" water courses in the form of two potential busy roads or highway type of road i.e. Buangkok Drive that connects to the highly used aerial road = KPE and the other is Sengkang East Drive. 1.2. Sengkang East Drive is another "mega" highway that links the every growing HUGE population up north at Punggol. 1.3. It has an "estate road". But, because of Para 1.1 and 1.2; this is why roads are like water courses... ain't fantastic for this plot of land. 1.4. As mentioned above, Riversound will have two major "water courses" and Buangkok Drive will progressively become a more "aggressive" river with more and more load. Too aggressive a flow is not favourable so close to the length of one side of the development. 1.5. Please see attachment. Where in the future, Yio Chu Kang road will branch off carrying traffic when the entire stretch of Buangkok Drive is completed i.e. Marking in RED A to B. 2. For Riversails; fortunately, there is only one Major Road i.e. at the tip of Upper Serangoon Road which is relatively not as potentially busy.. as there is an alternative road = Hougang Ave 7 for other residents below this tip (Upper serangoon) as fewer people would head north; instead, they would most likely head south wards to wards Paya Lebar etc... 3. There will be an estate road: Upper Serangoon Crest (U/c) that will be serving this development and it's next door neighbour. Like any other development; there will always be good and not so good units in this development. 4. For Riversails; flats can be ranked in a bell-curve. There are excellent stacks and the rock bottom stacks and the rest are in the middle of such a bell-curve. 5. Riversails Stacks 2 and 18 for example would depend on how the future neighbouring plot organise their layout of their blocks. Hopefully, these blocks are parallel to especially these two stacks. 6. Riversails Stacks 14, 16 and 18 that is parallel to Sungei Pinang and facing this river; needs to be further evaluated as the flow of water from left to right of the frontage is based on the water-dragon classics. 7. Riversails Blocks 6, 8, 10 and 12 This applies to: 7.1. Stacks that face EAST 7.2. High floors 7.3. The above stacks facing EAST have to be careful of the reflection on the water of Sungei Serangoon. 7.4. For example, depending on the season and time of morning; the sun would reflect light onto the body of water at Sungei Serangoon. And in many instances, the calm water in this river will act like a mirror; and the full unobstructed morning sun will reflect sunlight directly into certain stacks of blocks 6, 8, 10 and 12 that is directly east facing. 8. For afternoon sun, the pond at punggol park will most likely be a concern for those who purchase units at Riversail's neighbouring plot (to the right of this condo).
  21. 1. Let me elaborate further. 2. Many years back when The Rivervale condo (see attachment) TOP. 3. I was holding a Luopan and doing a first visit. Naturally, during the first visit, I had to go towards the living room area to scan the environment. 4. It is many years back, so I cannot remember fully, which season it is as every 6th monthly the rays of the sun changes due to our tilt in the earth axis. 5. I was standing in one of the units either in Block 1 or 3 in the PURPLE circled stacks overlooking the Sungei Pinang. 5.2 By the way, Sungei Pinang was not the "issue" but rather, till today, I can still vividly remember the full force of the sun rays reflecting onto the pool at Punggol Park which I marked as a purple "X". 6. The glare was so great that it "nearly blinded" me as I had to check the Luopan readings but had difficulty doing so. 7. For those who stay or have passed thru Yishun. If one has a chance to take an MRT train heading towards the city in the morning, and standing facing the North side i.e. the Yishun Reservoir can also see the glare of reflected sunlight onto the calm water and following one go on the water line. 8. Often for landed properties; often, it is adviced not to use slanted glass at the facade as often the sunlight can also reflect onto this piece of glass and bring "glare" into the windows of a bedroom... 9. Feng Shui is a live subject and such "glare" can also be considered as belonging this part of Feng Shui science...and believe me, it is for real.. 10. There are many other situations where two blocks housing are close-by. And sometimes when we stand in the living room or balcony or even a bedroom of a specific stack in a block, how many of you will get uncomfortable with the glare coming off the wall of a neighbouring block? Thus, in this simple example; one don't need to be near to a water position to get "white pollution" from sunlight glare... P.S. Frankly, I am as puzzled as you to see reflected glare at The Rivervale as it (the stacks)are notexactly in a DIRECT East-West alignment. Thus, I am not claiming that it is a daily occurence. But for those stacks directly facing east e.g. in Riversails: the good news is that it occurs momentary in the morning... the bad news is that this might occur on a sunny day all year round!
  22. Try this: For those who are taking an MRT train from Yishun / Khatib towards the city and pass the stretch as highlighted in purple: Standing and facing east; on a sunny morning (roughly around 8.30am or thereabouts)... One should be seeing the morning sun reflected onto the calm water following you from the begining of the purple line to where the water line disappears...
  23. This is a simple illustration showing a frozen time of day (in the morning) where the sun on a non cloudly day may shine onto the pool of water in Sungei Serangoon.
  24. 1. Riversails, east, morning sun and reflection from Sungei Serangoon (reservior) 2. Frankly, very few people or even Feng Shui practitioners will consider this. 3. Sun rays even if it is morning sun is actually part and particle of Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. For example, even in the early morning, do go for a swim.. and one can easily get darken skin due to ultra violet light. 4. In this case, morning sun, reflection and uv light...
  25. For such a plot of land; one may have to choose "properly" as fortunes can wane according to which stacks one has bought....
