1. As stated in a previous communication: 1.1 "I will be visiting the actual site next weekend to assess the location, the mosque, and One Tampines Hub." 2. It has been some time since I last visited the area, as my previous trip was to the AIA office for a Feng Shui review, and before that, I went to the Tampines DBSS Premiere last year. 2.1. This morning, on 15.11.2019, I passed through the area in the early hours, but it was raining. One Tampines Hub is a large structure... facing the Greenspring site... I aimed to gain a better understanding of the site... 3. Additionally, several individuals have expressed interest in the BTO. It is quite a popular site..

Main entrance signage installed on 15.11.2019. T.O.P. expected in about one month. Subsidiary Proprietor (SP) Owner says: Let’s hope 100 palm trees are planted here! Developer’s Representative: What? Who said there would be 100 palm trees? Are you serious? SP: Really? There won’t be 100 palm trees? Developer: Do you not understand English? Developer: We promised 100 palms, but what we actually meant is there will be 100 palm motifs— not actual trees! Developer: Even the gate has a palm symbol next to the words "100 Palms." All blocks and units also feature these palm motifs! So far, that's 11 palm motifs—only 89 more to go.

Fortunately not many of these... as one photo shows the edge is slicing towards one home:- Below... no threat...as the sign slices towards the edge of the home... phew

All the lamp posts are on the even number side of the development. It is noticeable that some of the lamp posts are like Sha Qi or poison arrows slicing towards an opening... These Two homes are safe as the lamp post slices towards the boundary of these two homes...phew!

Case Study 3: All stacks/units are even numbered 1. As 4 or 44 or 444 are even numbers, there can be units that may have #04-444. 2. Certain Chinese consider a number like 4, 44 or 444 unlucky! 3. Sometimes, it may also affect Re-sale value, especially if the buyer simply has an adverse thought of it.

I believe that while having a high IQ and EQ is great, what truly surpasses both is a good dose of common sense. In fact, 70% of Feng Shui is simply common sense! It's so true that I am the only Feng Shui Master who can write a book on Common Sense Feng Shui! LOL

Ah ok. I just combed through your forum posts. And I really like how much you mention about common sense! ? Sometimes, we get too obsessed that we lose common sense

Case Study 2: Garden Vines uses only even numbering of stacks/units such as #464 or #466. Hi! I stay at Block 238B Garden Vines #04-444. 1. Thus one can find unit numbers such as e.g. #04-446 or #05-466. 2. One also can find even unit number like 444. 3. Frankly: "One man's meat is another man's poison applies, here". 4. Some Chinese (especially the Cantonese dialect group) find 4 = sounds like "die". And here, 444 to some means die, die and die!. 5. If in doubt, skip these stacks/units since it may sometimes affect the re-sale value.

Hi Mr Lee! I came across some of your writeups on fengshui for Jadescape. ?? Just wondering if you are working with any agents currently? Hi xxxx, I have been in this business for many years. For creditibility have to remain neutral. I have also have lots of agents who themselves take up personal Feng Shui. In my business... it depends on reputation. Thus... I feel ...... Seriously, I have too many clients. I leave them alone to see what they like... whom they like to interact... and furthermore... as per the above illustrations.... even in Jadescape there are the good, the bad, the ugly.. LOL Of course who don't want to make extra money. But... this is a conflict of interest for me.. LOL
