This sample shows an actual Can or Cannot Buy comparison of two different units in two different condos. It so happens that the male breadwinner's Eight House chart is identical to the wife's chart. And this family is interested in two different units. And seeking advice as in which unit is better. An individual chart for each home has been done. But for confidentiality; it is not shown, here. Many new condo developments today have interior walls that come with dry walls. For example: The Sail, Livia and recently TOP Caspian and also 8@Woodleigh. All other developers should take a page or example from the Sales Brochure of Naung Residence. This is because given that many new condo units nowadays come with internal walls that are dry-walls. Where often it can be a disappointment when someone wanted to mount a TV onto a wall but could not as dry-walls don't provde such a solid support. For example: CDL Properties: Livia condo first came with such dry walls. What a disappointment. As several years back I was also surprised that their (Livia) toilet walls are also dry walls. You pay so much and yet.. get such dry walls.

Thus, under the Flying Star Feng Shui; there are also differences between some West facing homes as it can be further sub-divided into what is known as a West1, West 2 and West 3 home: depending on the exact compass degree of the home. 3.2.1 (West 2 and West 3 share the same Flying Star characteristics). 3.2.2 Another input is when the house has obtained it's occupational licence or rather, when the first owners had moved-in (if not a new home).
