Waterfront @ Faber by World Class Land Pte Ltd Blocks 40 & 42: either facing N3 or S3 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N3 facing vs a S3 facing chart. Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S3 chart. N3 and S3 stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. The only concern for a S3 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". Artra is a 99 year leasehold development with 400 units. Launch date is expected soon.. A tradtional rectangular slab block residential design towering 43 storeys high and expected TOP date is year: 2021. Often if the progress goes well; sometimes such smaller projects could even be completed earlier... but still got to play by the ear... Artra follows trends like Hill V2 and Greenwich which is considered an integrated development. It suppose to have an anchor supermarket, 15 retail stores and a childcare centre.

Part 1: Resources - inZ Residence EC @ Choa Chu Kang / Tengah is another new project to be launched early this year. 1. This 99 year leasehold development consisting of 490 units will have nine blocks of up to 15 to 16 storeys high. 2. The most distinctive feature of this development are the generous Reinforced Concrete or RC ledges:- 3. The RC ledges not only gives this development a distinct external outline but follows the 1950's art-deco era of form and function. 4. The function is that it allows each individual unit to have as many windows or openings partially or even fully opened without unduly concerned with the elements such as wind and rain. 5. Allow each home to be airy. That is of course if one does not turn on the air-con 24/7 all the time!

The Clementi Canopy Condo by UOL The initial compass readings based on the Sale Brochure of The Clementi Canopy shows that this developments stacks either face NE1 (23 degrees) or SW1 (203 degrees). The main concern is that just 0.5 of a degrees or more and the facing changes to either N3 (e.g. 22.4 degrees) or S3 (e.g. 202.4 degrees) facing. The next few reviews, I will try to counter check it with streetdirectory.com. As the outlines are not up yet; but at least see if the sales brochure is "in the right direction".

SE1 with stacks 37 and 45. For such a facing, ideally, a water position should be at the front. If achieved, it results in a double bonus as SW1 benefits from the auspicious 10 combinations under Flying Star Feng Shui. 5. SE3 with stacks 25, 27, 47, 49, and 51. HDB Ang Mo Kio Court & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This year (2017) HDB seems to plug all the "holes" in Bedok to develop HDB flats. 2. Same, here. Last year, this unusual plot of land much like a zig-saw puzzle tile is plugged with an estate like: HDB Ang Mo Mio Court 3. There are only two stacks in this development that are NE1 facing: 39 & 41. 4. NE1 stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. 4.1 If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. 4.2 If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. 4.3 On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. 5. SW1 with only one stack 37. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. 5.1 It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. 5.2 As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. 5.3 Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations especially if these stars fall in any of the bedrooms. 6. E2 = stacks 29 & 31 and E3 = stacks 43 & 45 6.1 E2.3 facing stacks has the combined double auspicious wealth stars #8's wasted at the rear of the unit. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are. 7. N3 = stacks 05, 07 & 23, 25 & 27. These stacks has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable as the S3 facing stacks. 8. S3 = stacks 01, 03, 21, 33 & 35 are in general considered the better stacks for a East group person.
