  1. 1. The Scala has a total of 5 blocks of 17 stories each. Each of the blocks and stacks face a different Flying Star direction each: Blk 130 : NW3 (334) and SE3 (154) Blk 132 : E2 (85) and W2 (265) Blk 134 : NE3 (57) and W2 (265) Blk 136 : E3 (110) and W3 (290) Blk 138 : N2 (354) and S2 (172) 2. This takes me back to 1999 when the nearby The Springbloom condo has just TOP andall the units were sold-out. 3. The Scala by Hong Leong has got to be the hottest selling development in the NE of Singapore. Cannot blame(indirectly becausesomehow this area is popular both with the nearby amenities (and future amenities) and it iswithin walking distance to the nearby Lorong Chuan MRT. 4. Overall, the interior layout plans arequite standard layout plans found inmany other condos. So no real shocker-here. Other information:- Location: Lorong Chuan / Serangoon Ave 3 Tenure: 99 years leasehold Expected Completion is around plus minus 2013-14 Total Units: 468
  2. These are some considerations:- 1. Yes, too limited information. Usually, a Flying Star chart is plotted to determine what flying star numbers are within that sector especially for your home & it is also good to check what flying star numbers are at the neighbour's main door area (also). 2. A blessing is that hopefully; no one places things like ba gua mirrors on either main door which can result in a "ba gua war". 3. Last resort is like many; "slam-shut" the main door = minimal interaction with a neighbour.
  3. Stacey L. wrote: Recently, I went to have my bazi read and I was told to be lacking earth and fire elements. I was advised to boost this buy purchasing a goat crystal and snake crystal that will have my bazi below and blessed by master which will cost $1288 each. Is this advisible or are there cheaper methods to do this. Please advice as I am in a dilemma now. I do want to improve my career and relationship areas but not sure if I should pay so much. Thank you. Regards, stacey 1. I am very glad that you did not immediately purchase the two items as many "Masters" are more concerned with making high mark-ups from us! 2. Such "Masters" con people via "in the name of Chinese astrology, ba zi and Feng Shui. 3. These are purely commercial products aimed at making us depart with our hard-earned money. And one of the most common excuse to charge us a high price is by "blessing" the object. 4. In the past for us Chinese, during my grand parents and great grand parentstime; such products were non-existent. Thus just imagine; every cure and ailment can be "cured" by blessing a commercial object. 5. Traditionally, how we balance once's ba zi is : starting really young! For example; when we have a newborn; an eager father or grand father may approach a geomancer to help select a Mandarin name to balance the child's ba zi chart. And not like your situation of buy this or that. 6. Under the Holistic Approach to Luck: 6.1 There are a total of three kinds of luck or we call it the Holy trinity of luck:- 6.2 Heaven Luck or born with (ba zi) 6.3 Earth Luck or Feng Shui 6.4 Human or man luck or relationship luck 7. Thus, mathematically: each of the three types of luck get a 33.3 percent each. 8. In fact many are not blessed with heaven or born with luck. Could take advantage of or try to improve their Feng Shui or earth luck. 9. Here, you may consider getting expert advice on say the Feng Shui of your home especially to fix the leak(s) or improve the Feng Shui of your home. 10. My advice is dump that fella who wants to push$1,288 "worth" of useless products. These are what we call the Black sheep of or in the "wrong name of" Chinese astrology or ba zi. 11. Such products end up collecting dust and chuck away in a few months to a year's time!
  4. Some business prosper during the Chinese 7th month...
  5. I am blessed with a great family! United WE stand, divided WE fall! Hey! Please don't laugh at us! Unfortunately, the greatest flaw in my family is that we are "myopic!" AND all of us must wear glasses!
  6. Many of us are not born with a silver or golden spoon. Neither do we have fantastic Feng Shui! However, what I have is my GREAT FAMILY!
  7. These are some of the considerations:- 1. The traditional method of applying the ba zi starts as a newborn. 2. Often after a child is born; a parent or grand parent would visit a geomancer to select a newborn's name based on his ba zi characteristics. 3. For example, based on the child's five elements within his chart; the geomancer would recommend a name or a few name choice to the parents to circumvent the "poor ba zi" of the child. 4. Ba zi is basically a snapshot of our life when we were born. And ba zi has several escape clauses where a person's life or MING can change. 5. For example, two persons were born in the day and time but life in different parts of the world. Even twins can share different experiences.. 6. Each individual's MING or life will be influenced by those close to him or her; his interaction and experience with family, friends. Another major influence is education. And also things like philantropy etc.. 7. Under the Chinese Holy Trinity of luck (you can do a search) for this; 7.1. Heaven luck or born with = ba zi 7.2. Earth luck or Feng Shui 7.3. Human or man luck = relationships 8. Thus, Heaven luck or ba zi is only around 33.3 percent of all total luck in the Chinese system. 9. Some are blessed or lucky with earth luck or Feng Shui or try to squeeze out as much luck from this area. 10. Some have not much earth or heaven luck but have a good support group i.e. great human or man luck factors.
  8. 1. Look at it this way! Even a "spirit" would love to live in a spacious or not so crammed environment. 2. Tell me: would one prefer living in a bungalow or out on the streets? Usual bamboo poles are pretty thin! Perhaps less than 1 inch diameter? 3. Morale of the story? Even spirits: good or bad: have fine taste or good preferences. 4. The only difference is that we in Singapore are so blessed in living under a concrete or re-inforced concrete home(s). While many of us would feel "inferior" if we were to stay in many of the "wooden" homes in the US! or Homes that were built with wooden frame structures and plywood! 5. Here, I strongly belief: spirits would prefer the wooden home vs our concrete and hot humid climate! Cheers! Oops! You live in the Philipines and I hope it is not a "wooden structure" hahaha..
  9. 1. Further to what I had mentioned; they are real life another sort of spirit(s). 2. There are geniune stories of situations where a person or child has been saved by either the warnings or "help" by guardian angels! 3. Hey! If there is ebony.. there must be ivory! In our world we have black and white. So why not "guardian angels or spirits". Black = satanic forces and White? = The Good. 4. Look at it his way: many of us are so afraid or even phobic about spirits entering our home! What if: it is a good guardian angel spirit that comes into our home and "bless our homes". 5. Haha! Again, frankly, statisically, rare. Alreadly, many psycholocially invite e.g. Goddess of Mercy into "our homes". Isn't this; to some as good as the "real thing". Hahaha...
  10. 1. No, a newly fired jars and purchased is of no issue. 2. The only issue lies is where for example; I had mentioned a real case of praying to a "Japanese god" in the form of bringing home a Japanese object in the shape of a casket. 3. In general, once such an entity enters a home; 4. It (or this entity)then can hide in such places and one of the easiest or most popular items is a vase or say a jar. 5. For example, how many of us seen those Shaw Studio movies of "spirits" captured and contained in jars. These things in my opinion, does really happen. 6. As I mentioned if one does not bring in such things or family members don't bring them in to pray etc... the chances of getting hit by lightning has a higher probability! 7. In today's world; it is considered statistically that it is even safer to fly in an aeroplane than moving in a vehicle! 8. By the way.. let me show you what a "Big Boss" or satan's right-hand person looks like! You will be amazed!
  11. These are some of the considerations:- 1. Contrary to popular belief or convention; actually not all days in a Chinese 7th month is inauspicious. Thus some days are very auspicious despite our concern of the "wondering ghosts" in the month. 2. Many homes where the living stay; and in many of the circumstances, "healthy" living beings (have our inner qi or chi) that or we call this sufficient Yang qi energy to "repel" such things. 3. In reality; many "ghosts" are even more scared of human beings then the other way around! 4. In the west, often a haunting occurs especially under some or all of the following conditions:- 4.1. Something really bad happened on that land e.g. a former home or a well was at that location and 4.2. Someone or a group of people had a disasterous calmity e.g. murder, hanging of sorts. 4.3. If it is an existing home where such a thing happen; often in the west; someone decided to buy the home and say renovate or remodel the home. 4.4. For example, a sensitive area of the home was disturbed; here unfortunately, the spirit will get angry and ... 4.5. In other situations; usually one or several or more spirits may be trapped in such a home. And there is an even more evil force that "controls" them. Much like those "satanic forces". 5. Under the above situation; many of the ghost busters would perform some ritual especially to bring these benevolent spirits towards the "light". Once this is done.. (other than the evil force) often if the home is cleared of such things; peace often prevail. 6. In Singapore, there are other situations. One of the more prominent one I mentioned has to do with the "Haig Road" case. Where, a former owner left a pair of qi lins and a buddha figurine... 7. When in doubt never bring back any so called "antique" item especially vase(s) that are at least 1 foot by 1 foot size or especially unknown history of a wooden antique cabinet. 8. Do your daily routine is fine for most people. And if in doubt avoid hanging a wind chime or a bell unnecessarily. 9. As I said earlier; we are scared of ghosts! But, look here, many of them are even more scared of us! And a normal human being's aura is good enough to "repel" such things. Unless, some one is "down and out" i.e. not such of no money or chased by the loan sharks; but rather.. some people's internal qi is "weak" or have bad luck! 10. Thus in essence; giving you a broad perspective: those that are "released" during the 7th month are low ranking or no ranking "ghosts" with no powers to "interupt" or creat havoc on earth. 11. And many of such "ghosts" or "spirits" are benevolent... and as I said, are more scared of us then the other way around! 12. Only do watch out their "BIG BOSS". But, hey, one hardly meet such things and usually; they already would already have their own "kingdom" and happily managing a group of "spirits" in some old homes. 13. Why call them BIG BOSS! Hey, have you ever seen big boss dirtying their fingers or hands directly? No rite? They get their "slave spirits" to do the bidding for them! Cheers!
  12. 1. It is Nice-to select a good date to perform the first-time open door procedure. 2. As this procedure applies to the breadwinners: usually Husban and wife; then, feel free to e-mail to: support@geomancy.net with Name / Gender / Date and Time of birth (western dates will do). If lunar dates, must make a comment/remarks. 3. Once I receive this, you can go and view the private link of the Combined auspicious dates and timing. Can advise you further; should that day of "inspection" is not auspicious or otherwise. 13. An interesting article about the arrangement of a marriage for the ill-fated parties....

  15. These are some considerations:- 1. It is always best that you engage a professional to do the on-site assessment. 2. Like you mention, there is also a difference between water moving from left to right or right to left of the exact home or development; also taking into consideration things like the external drains (if any) and the external landscaping. 3. Another consideration is the plot vs neighbour's plot and any other visible water positions within the site and estate / gradiency - if any plus corner plot / semi-di / terrace are other considerations. 4. For such things, never compromise as even if the drainge out is correct but the flow is wrong... the consequences is great. The saying " a little knowlege is dangerous.. applies.. here".
  16. 1. Please click this link to view common practises during the initial opening of the main entrance door:- http://www.geomancy.net/info/initial-opening.pdf 2.There are two common methods of approaching the Feng Shui of your re-sale or (a new) apartment:- 2.1 Method (ONE) 1. If you have a limited time or eager to plan for the interior layout; can check with the existing owner through your agent whether you can arrange for a site visit. If so, then you should check whether which is the owner's preferred date (or if the premises is vacant); then with the agent. And laise with me on a date and time for the visit. Alternatively, canfax or scan a copy of the layout plan with additional family member's date and time of birth. I will then check with you relevant info like: confirm the siteplan with the interior plan andany altar / study / work room if any. Once, I have all the info, can start to plan and work out proposed layout plans. And arrange to meet up with you anywhere to your convenience to discuss the layout plans - often 1 week after submitting the layout plan. When you get your keys, will arrange to try to meet you to confirm the readings and discuss any other relevant info to assist you in your planning of the interior 2.2 Method (TWO) 2. If you are not in a hurry to "move-in". I will arrange to meet you on-site when you get the keys. And usually a week later meet at your new apartment to discuss on the Feng Shui. See which of the above two methods suit you and your spouse better. 3.OnceI have your personal particulars (Husband and wife's)would be able to provide anytime from now toa special link to view the best date and time for doing theinitial opening or first-time-open door procedure. Or advice you accordingly on how to go about it ifthe day you go down after collecting the key is auspicious or inauspicious(withvariation in the procedure involved). Feel free to call me at HP 065-97853171 if you require any clarifications or to arrange for an appointment.
  17. Please note that you can always check the Free 30 Days Auspicious Date for One/Two Person(s) under this url link:- http://dates.geomancy.net Note: this freereport is "As it is".
  18. 1. In my opinion, it is best to get expert help. 2. In your country, especially if can check around and perhaps; have people can recommend a geomancer to visit your home to review the feng shui is the best option. 3. Alternatively, you can consider off-site Feng Shui services. 4. Generally, what you had mentioned is pretty common and many professional Feng Shui geomacers should be able to address your concerns. Anonymous wrote: Good day Masters! What is the best thing to do? I bought a house and I noticed that if someone stayed my homelonger get sick and serious fights.what should I check in this case pls.I need some advice. Thanks
  19. These are some of the considerations:- 1. The superfical advice given by many Geomancers is : it is ok to tilt the door. However, care should be taken to determine the correct tilt! As tilting may be a double edged sword especially if it is tilted e.g. at an inauspicious angle. 2. Another method used by professional Geomancers is the placement of a piece of solid metal on the floor = but do take note that this is often used to correct say a direction is neither SE1 or SE2. 3. The more advanced or higher level "thinking" is that other then shapes and forms concern e.g. main door facing a stairs; such a tilt; especially for a landed property is only temporary. As often, the qi still "blows" in from THE SAME direction.
  20. Further to what I had mentioned, for the benefit of users, here who do not know what is 9 star ki; In general, 9 star ki was exported to Japan. And from there; it was re-exported especially to Europe and is popular with some UK practitioners. These are some of older links on the differences between 9 star ki and Ba zi & more:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=5276&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=22434&new= Although 9 Star Ki has it's origins from China; it is difficult to mix Traditional Feng Shui with 9 Star Ki. Furthermore, 9 Star Ki is more a mathematical close-to Flying Star sort of a cousin. And it has a missing link: Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. In addition, today, many position it as a Japanese Astrology tool= commercial usage.
  21. These are some considerations: 1. I am glad that you are practising 9 star ki instead of the "crab". As your original posting with the fixed template means just that. 2. In the 1980's to early 1990's cannot blame if someone asked a question in a traditional forum giving a fixed template stuff. 3. But today, we are in the 2010's and any sound person who wants to learn proper Feng Shui should have seen thru the fixed template stuff. 4. In my opinion, 30 or 40 percent of cases, many people mistake a missing corner where sometimes it could be a protusion! So cavet emptor! 5. How does traditional Feng Shui deal with missing corner? 5.1. Majority has to do with symbolism or the use of symbolism in Feng Shui. 5.2. For example, if one is living in a landed property; using the helicopter view; one can do some landscaping e.g. an outline of say landscape garden eg. grass or potted plants to "create" back the missing area. 5.3. A lamp post at the corner to "extend the missing corner". 5.4. The use of mirror(s) inside the home to "extend the missing corner". 5.5. A concave mirror strategically placed outsideof the home to "capture" back the missing corner. 6. Some Feng Shui masters who are into selling wares or products; activately promote things like "animal sign figurines" for a specific sector that is missing. 7. Frankly, there are some more. Deidre H. wrote: Even with traditional feng shui, if a sector is missing how is that dealt with? Or is it just room by room and not based on the house layout? In my opinion, what you wrote "Even with traditional feng shui, " seems to me like, this suggests that there is a modern form of feng shui? So how does modern form of feng shui deal with it? Then?
  22. Further to what I had mentioned, a pie chart is much easier a tool to "define" where a room or place is located. For example in the same attachment, the location of the Master Bedroom, the Master Toilet, the Staircase area, the Dad's bedroom, Dad's bathroom can be clearly be defined from the pie chart. Only two sectors: East = Study and West = Family area is less hazy and can fall into another sector. Please see attachment.
  23. 1. Please see this sample illustration of an "elongated home". 2. Do ignore the individual "markings" e.g. Pers 1, Pers 2, Pers 2 dad etc... 3. In this example, it is much easier to see more clearly information like distinctively the Staircase, Master bedroom master toilet etc....
  24. Further to what I had mentioned; Please check out Kate Bramble's website, on this fella Lin Yun and his great confessions:- http://qi-whiz.com/content/Ham-and-Cheese-Wry-Bagua In fact, the tools that you had just used i.e. the Fixed Templaterubbish "Fung Sway" thing is never used in the Far East. For example, these tools are inventedfor the gullible europeans andpeople of the US of A. And this tool that you had mentioned is nothing but a modern invention.
  25. These are some of the considerations:- 1. Frankly, you can't even call this proper Feng Shui. As this is a modern invention invented by the Black Hat Sect - Taiwanese guy who exported this "crab" to the US of A. 2. Therefore, this whole concept is BULL-SHIT. 3. Sorry, this site only practises traditional authentic Feng Shui and not a lot of bull such as this "concept".
