    Please note that I can immediately recall three large estates of approximately 500 units each that also has tilted main doors: 1. ex-HUDC Laguna Park = 500 units 2. ex-HUDC Laguna View = 500 units and 3. ex-HUDC Braddel Heights = 500 units All of the flats T.O.P. sometime around 1977-1978. Because of their large square feet many of the Type B flats approximately 1,600sq feet or more costs more than a million doors etc... (Type A flats are approximately 1,400sq feet). Tilted doors thus exists today but fewer but still around in many older estates. (Although not that common). Below: Highlighted in yellow: Laguna Park. While Laguna View is to the right of this map:- ex-HUDC Braddel View flats still there. Just that the estate was privatised today:- In general, tilted doors does not automatically have a stigma of bad Feng Shui. In fact, contrary to such grandmother’s tale; why then are Feng Shui Masters today still insists that their clients tilt their main doors.     These are some considerations: 1. I like many others would be concerned if by coincidence two immediate family members are told that both persons would have short lifespan. 2. Anyway, even if short lifespan: you did not really elaborate on what. This is because Ba Zi has several escape clauses:- 2.1. Modern medical science and advancement in health care 2.2. Philantropy or benevolence, generosity, kiness 2.3 Education and relationship with others. 3. Any of the above and or combinations of them can affect one's ba zi etc... 4. The Holy Trinity of Luck consists of: Heaven Luck via Ba Zi = 33.33% Earth Luck of home and work place = 33.33% Human or man luck or relationship with family members and friends = 33.33% (Do search for the significance of this in the forum) 4.1. From the above one can see that Heaven Luck or Ba Zi accounts for only 33.33% of the total luck. 4.2. Thus things like good Feng Shui and good relationships does help. 5. In addition, how sure is the diagnosis provided to you on both family member’s ba zi, also.

Importantly, the stove does not share a wall with a WC, which is a common layout in some developments and is considered inauspicious according to Feng Shui. There are two main concerns to note. First, the main door opens directly to a view of the entire kitchen, including the sink and stove. Fortunately, this can be addressed without needing major renovations. Second, one of the stove hobs may be positioned facing the sink. It is advisable to collect the keys and conduct a visual inspection to confirm the layout. Sometimes, during construction or at an owner's request, the main contractor may adjust the position of the sink to prevent it from facing the stove or tap.

Question: How can you tell if the sharp edge of the clubhouse roof is a poison arrow or sha qi? Reply: If someone inside a unit, for example in stack #34, can see the sharp edge pointing directly toward an opening, such as a balcony, living room window, or bedroom window, then this could be a concern. How can I check or confirm this? It is best to visit the unit in person or, once the development is finished, stand on the grounds to assess the situation. On the left side of the illustration, the sitemap shows the clubhouse located between stacks #01, #02, and #34. On the right, you can see the clubhouse design with the extended RC roof, which acts like a poison arrow.

    For a male breadwinner, it is not ideal to choose a unit with the kitchen in the northwest (NW) sector. 1. Try searching this forum for "Fire at Heaven's Gate" for more information. 2. In general, having a kitchen—especially the stove—directly at the NW point is considered inauspicious for the male head of the household. This can affect him negatively. 3. This is because, in the Ba Gua Trigram, the NW sector represents Heaven and also symbolizes the male elder of the house. 4. Simply put, using the stove at NW is said to burn one's Heaven luck, which means less good fortune and possible effects on the male elder’s career. 5. After reviewing many units, I can often identify stacks or units with this issue and will point it out to potential buyers. 6. For the Treasure Crest development, I noticed, based on a quick visual check, that block 56, stack #17 and block 60, stack #27 seem to have kitchens partially within the NW sector. However, a closer look is needed. 7. Many other stacks with similar layouts may also face this concern.

    For a male breadwinner, it is less than ideal to select a unit with the kitchen at NW sector. 1. Do a search in this forum for " Fire at Heaven's Gate ". 2. Generally, a kitchen especially if a stove is directly at the NW cardinal point will be inauspicious for the male-head of the house. Typically this can affect him. 3. This is because NW under the Ba Gua Trigram belongs to the Heaven (sign). And NW also represents the male-head elder of the house. 4. Thus in simple terms: turning on a stove at NW will burn one's Heaven luck = not lucky and also may affect the male-head elder's career. 5. Ideally, if one's unit has this "Fire at Heaven's gate" best to reduce this imbalance. No choice since this development has many stacks that have the kitchen at NW sector. 6. Based on a eye-ball view: stacks like #01 and #15 seems to be /may be affected by the kitchen at NW. And many other stacks/units need to zoom into detail to confirm this.

    This rectangular development has Flying Star Period 8 NE3 or SW3 facing. NE3 units: As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage. SW2 units. Shares quite similiar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight. Note: Readings are taken standing inside the unit looking outwards of the balcony/windows.
