HDB Sun Natura One has to balance the planning of the HDB blocks and then try to figure out where to place the precinct pavilion. And many instances planners either plan the HDB blocks/stacks/units around the Precinct Pavilion or more discretely at a corner of the development. I find that HDB Sun Natura is a sterling example of the placement of this develoments precinct pavilion. Take a look at what I mean by it. The two precinct pavilions (in red) are at both corners of the estate and diagonally to each other. As compared to my earlier comments on HDB Fern Grove at Yishun, this placement takes into consideration the sensitives of residents. Thus even if there is a wake/funeral on a joyous occasion like Chinese New Year.. it will certainly not dampen the festive moods of those who are in full view of the pavilion. The two precinct pavilions are diagonally opposite each other and tucked at both end-corners of the estate:- This arrangement get's the THUMBS UP! Flying Star Feng Shui of majority of 4 Bedroom types:-

Personally, I find that if the Precinct Pavilion(s) are placed at a discrete corner of the development; In my opinion, this suggests that the planners of that development is sensitive and often does a better overall layout planning of an estate than one who place it in a central location: such as this development: HDB Fern Grove at Yishun This development has two Precinct pavilion to cater for 1,294 units. Anything over 1,000 units is a large estate. By placing one of the precinct pavilion may mean that on a festive occasion.. a happy one.. but those staying at lower floors can distinctly notice the colour of tents .. on that day.. Yellow.. buddist funeral.. white.. Christian or Catholic. Of course everyone has to die.. but having say a CNY celebration and looking out of the living room windows.. a funeral / chantings ... on the other side..

Look at this illustration. I have super-imposed a protractor. And the Tip or Top is 0 degrees. And the bottom is 180 degrees. In addition, given that this is map uses gov.data.sg map; it should be highly accurate.

All streetdirectory maps have the TOP at 0 degrees and bottom 180 degrees. Using the resources in my book, one should be able to understand this. And use any streetmap be it paper or electronic and with tools like a protractor to plot the facing direction of any homes...

HDB Park grove at Yishun, just T.O.P. Oops! Not total...

One of it's major tenants is the Admiralty Medical Centre located Block 676 Woodlands Drive 71, Singapore 730676. Khoo Teck Puat Hospital's specialist clinics are moving to this building this month (July 2017). To free up space in the hospital in Yishun. From Diabetes care, eye surgery, general surgery, pharmacy, x-rax and ultrasound, blood and urine tests, rehabitation service, orthopedice and hand surgery, ear nose and throat.

HDB East Crown at Canberra looks like is about to T.O.P. If one can hold-back, Chinese believe in avoiding opening the door for the first time during Chinese 7th month starting on 22 August 2017. Also try to avoid starting renovations during Chinese 7th month. But it is okay to start renovations before the 7th month and continue onwards during the 7th month.

HDB Admiralty grove is expected to T.O.P. around three months time. And sometime during or after Chinese 7th month which stars on 22 Augus 2017. Many Chinese belief that one should avoid renovations during the 7th month. It is okay to start and continue during the Chinese 7th month.
